      I ordered merchandise from Kohls and was sent 33 sets of towels that are the wrong color. Kohls refuses to send me a prepaid label to return the items. They are telling me that I am responsible for the return shipping even though they sent the wrong item. The representative told me to dispute my credit card purchase and now kohls is denying the dispute.

      Kohls issued my account *************************** cashed as promised for a certain amount spent at their business. I am unable to use the amount. I cannot use it on the website or the app. I talked to their chat twice and then to a customer service representative for 56 minutes. They hung up on me because they ended up finding no solution and therefore concluded that I will be unable to use my Kohls cash. They said I can let it expire and call back and they will maybe reinstate it. They agreed they see it in my account, that it isn't expired, and that I haven't spent it, but they have no solution for the error message that continues to show and therefore don't know how I can use my Kohls cash.

      I order a lot from Kohls and unfortunately if it cannot be pick up at the store. We the customer have to deal with ************************** and the most unprofessional insulting people I have ever spoken with. Just nasty dirty talk. Now they are calling my number about my order and leaving voicemails to call numbers back that are not Kohls and clearly its them harassing me. I would like this harassment to stop and cease immediately. I contacted corporate and nothing. Spoke to a so called supervisor and got nowhere but total disregard to my issue of a missing package. I am still waiting on packages for Christmas and I am so scared to ever even try to contact Kohls regarding any issues unless I deal with store employee that sees me regularly. But they cannot handle ************************** issues. Even when tried they were hung up on. I just want my stuff and someone to make the telephone harassment and the mass sexual contented emails to stop. He even acknowledges himself of why he is calling and who hes with! I have it saved on my phone. If it dont stop I will have to contact my local Police department to make a report so they can proceed to try to protect me and my family as they have all of my personal information from ************************** to all the employees is unfair and unjust to continue this harassment as they have without any disregard that I am just wanting my stuff I ordered and to please be left alone, PLEASE!

      I placed an order on **************************. It updated my billing address but not my shipping address. I contacted them as soon as the email came and they said it was too late to make any changes or to cancel it. Its funny that they updated the billing address though.

      Kohls gift card information stolen off app, spoke with customer service and it confirmed that someone was using my app information in ****. Password to app changed. They stated they would send a replacement card in the mail and never did. I called back and they wanted to send me 100 in kohls cash, I asked not to attach to app but they did. I went to make an in store purchase using kohls cash and that $100 kohls cash was also stolen off the app as well. I called back customer service said it was used at an out of state store and they would not send any compensation.

      Order ********** Attempt at getting support for this issue: reference number:241208-011273.I received my items from this order with scratches, marks, and chips. It also looks like some areas were repainted and/or glued in an attempt to repair prior damage. There was also no instruction manual included. I asked support if this was a new or used item, but they could not tell me. I have received many used items from shopping at kohls and Im always told that it will never happen again, but it always does. For this order, I just wanted a replacement, so I could keep my kohls cash promotion, but kohls can't even do that. I feel disgusted shopping at a place that consistently sends its customers used items when they think they are purchasing new items. Then provide the worst customer service support possible when trying to "fix" the situation by making things worse for their customer.

      On Dec 2nd I placed an order and on the 4th at 3:54 AM was told it shipped. It is now the 8th, 4 days and 7 hours later and still sits in label printed status. This has happened to orders Ive placed the last 3 years and every time they lie and say it is volume related and that I have to wait and contact them like a week later. And every time I waste more time to then be told the warehouse either lost the label or the box. I asked to speak to a supervisor to have them go ahead and contact the warehouse this time and they flat out refused to do so even when I said I do not have time to keep following up with you. This is a recurring issue they cant seem to get away from and its time they truly addressed it and listened to their customers and actually contact the warehouse when something has not actually shipped multiple days after they said it did instead of giving the runaround.

      Return policy is highly deceptive when it involves ****** "cash". I purchased an item and then used the "cash". Because I needed to return the original item I returned the second item as well, thereby returning all product purchased from ****** but they refuse per their policy to refund all dollars, instead refunding a portion in ****** cash that is neither as valuable as actual money even when used at kohls (as it doesn't count toward things like free shipping minimums and comes off before coupons) and far worse, has an expiration date. Effectively they have created over complicated return policy to consumer detriment where order of operations matters, not end points. Ultimately in the end I have no product, but ****** has more money, despite no restocking fees applying which is very deceptive

      I am a frequent Kohls customer. On Nov. 17 I ordered a hand held vaccum (order **********). According to order status a tag was made for it to be picked up by the carrier. That never happened. I contacted Kohls and was told I had to wait until the date it was supposed to arrive which wasn't going to happen since it hadn't shipped. It never arrived. Called again. The representative cancelled the first order, issued me the $15 in Kohls cash I had used and credited my acount and re-ordered on Nov. 30. The second order (#**********) has not arrived. Same scenerio. The representative would not cancel the order and credit my account and would not let me speak to a supervisor. After 25 minutes plus my husband took over, asked to speak with someone else who he could understand my clearly, and was rudely transferred to an extension that was not available, All I we want is to cancel the order and credit our Kohls charge for $22.28. The item again is clearly not going to arrive unless someone hand delivers it today. We are not looking for anything we are not due. Tired of waiting and getting the run around every time I call. I should not have to be calling and arguing with them for over 20 minutes each time.

      I contacted your customer service ********************** in regards to an exchange for items that could not be exchanged in the store bc they were only available online. They told me in writing that if I went to the store, returned the items and then reordered the same items that they would honor the same pricing and kohls cash. I returned the items at the store, reordered the items, and then contacted customer service and they refused to honor the agreement they made. They told me this in writing. i emailed myself the transcripts. I told them if they didnt honor this, that I would file a complaint against your company and they did not care. You cannot tell customers things and not honor them, especially when you put them in writing
