      Hello, Part of my order was delivered yesterday, but online it's showing the entire order was shipped. The socks were delivered, but the Fitbit was not. Order number is **********, and tracking number is 1Z6A27F80300762693. The person I chatted with said they couldn't issue me a refund or send a replacement because it was over the threshold. They said I needed to contact my bank and ask for a refund. Well, I used my ****** card ending in 5276. So, I sent them a secure message yesterday, and they said, "Thank you for contacting Kohls regarding your ************************** order. Please know that for any order inquiry and concerns, you will have to contact ************************** directly. So, I ended up chatting with a supervisor today, who told me I needed to file a police report and e-mail it to ****** customer service. They said they cannot issue me a refund or send me another Fitbit because the system will not allow it. Well, nothing was stolen off of my porch, so filing a police report isn't going to help. Their warehouse simply didn't ship my order complete. The customer service representative gave me an e-mail address to send the police report to, and then closed the chat. I tried e-mailing that address ********************************************* to see if I could chat with someone, and I got a response saying it was an unmonitored e-mail box. I can't keep going back and forth between ****** customer service and ****** ********************** card customer service. I simply want the Fitbit I ordered. It's for my wife for Christmas. I'm a longtime customer, and I used to work for ****. We had a close relationship with ******, who had a walk team with us for many years, and ***** ***** used to organize the ****** Carnival for us at their corporate headquarters in ***************, **. I was there many times. I'm not lying about this situation. I simply want the Fitbit I ordered or a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

      I order from Kohls regularly. I have several packages that havent reached me. Ive contacted ************************** and the store but no one can seem to help me. I contacted ************************** who were very unprofessional, rude & had no regard to my lost and misspent packages. Im tired of the treats and misuse of my email within ************************** employees. Im scared to even contact them in regard to issue of lost items. I went to the store ** ally that know me and ************************** hung up on them more than once. I just want my packages and for ************************** employees to stop the harassment.       I placed an order online through ************************** and those items have never been delivered. The shipment was damaged or some exception happened and the tracking shows it being returned to sender all of a sudden. I called initially to have the items reshipped and was told they would not do that so I requested a refund and was told I have to wait. I have talked to several people overtime and keep getting told that I have to wait another 5 days then wait another 5 days. It has been several weeks. The tracking clearly shows that I did not receive any of my order and I just want my money back. This is an order placed by ***** and **** *******, unsure which name is on the order.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The tracking information is not correct. It has listed the *** as being returned to sender for over a week now without any actual movement of that package itself. I track it daily. The last known info has been the same Arrived at **** facility on X date, however that specific date keeps changing every day. It first said it arrived on Dec 4th then the next day it changed it to showing arrived on Dec 5th, now it shows that it arrived on Dec 9th, who knows what it will say tomorrow. The package clearly got lost, stolen, or damaged.
      I am looking for my refund, however it does not and should not take anywhere close to 2 weeks (14 days) for me to receive it so that time frame is not acceptable. I have already been waiting 3 weeks. I would also like proof of the refund being completed and for the lack of customer service, rudeness Ive received trying to get help, and time taken out of my busy schedule to resort to filing a BBB complaint I think a little more than that should also be done.

      I have been going to ****** every year for holiday shopping for over 10 years, I live for the sales and Kohls cash. BUT .... this has been the WORST experience I have ever had, in the two years my daughter has been alive this has been the most stress I have been caused by a company. In November I ordered my daughter a kitchen set at about 100$, and when it arrived at my home it was destroyed. The box was cut up and broken on every single side. **** did replace this item so not a big deal. Two weeks later I did in store shopping and earned $70 in Kohls cash due to spending a HEAVY amount on more Christmas shopping. Once the Kohls cash was active I had a plan to purchase my daughter a tablet. I then used ****** cash, to purchase the tablet and a few other low-priced items, it is the holidays I am VERY smart and precise about how to spend money as this is NOT AN EASY WORLD TO LIVE IN RIGHT NOW. When I purchased the tablet it kept making me pick it up in store EVEN though I wanted shipping and preferred shipping, it would not let me ship to my home. After I placed the order I took an entire screen recording of my savings. In that recording, you can see that the tablet was being used with **** cash. About 24 hours later my order was canceled... I was not offered a shipping option it was just canceled. No ****** cash was returned, I tried to connect with customer service two different times and was told differently even though I had proof. This is a rough world, especially for single parents, we don't need to be scammed when spending the hard-earned money we are trying to use on the holidays.

      I ordered merchandise from Kohls and was sent 33 sets of towels that are the wrong color. Kohls refuses to send me a prepaid label to return the items. They are telling me that I am responsible for the return shipping even though they sent the wrong item. The representative told me to dispute my credit card purchase and now kohls is denying the dispute.

      Kohls issued my account *************************** cashed as promised for a certain amount spent at their business. I am unable to use the amount. I cannot use it on the website or the app. I talked to their chat twice and then to a customer service representative for 56 minutes. They hung up on me because they ended up finding no solution and therefore concluded that I will be unable to use my Kohls cash. They said I can let it expire and call back and they will maybe reinstate it. They agreed they see it in my account, that it isn't expired, and that I haven't spent it, but they have no solution for the error message that continues to show and therefore don't know how I can use my Kohls cash.

      I order a lot from Kohls and unfortunately if it cannot be pick up at the store. We the customer have to deal with ************************** and the most unprofessional insulting people I have ever spoken with. Just nasty dirty talk. Now they are calling my number about my order and leaving voicemails to call numbers back that are not Kohls and clearly its them harassing me. I would like this harassment to stop and cease immediately. I contacted corporate and nothing. Spoke to a so called supervisor and got nowhere but total disregard to my issue of a missing package. I am still waiting on packages for Christmas and I am so scared to ever even try to contact Kohls regarding any issues unless I deal with store employee that sees me regularly. But they cannot handle ************************** issues. Even when tried they were hung up on. I just want my stuff and someone to make the telephone harassment and the mass sexual contented emails to stop. He even acknowledges himself of why he is calling and who hes with! I have it saved on my phone. If it dont stop I will have to contact my local Police department to make a report so they can proceed to try to protect me and my family as they have all of my personal information from ************************** to all the employees is unfair and unjust to continue this harassment as they have without any disregard that I am just wanting my stuff I ordered and to please be left alone, PLEASE!

      I placed an order on **************************. It updated my billing address but not my shipping address. I contacted them as soon as the email came and they said it was too late to make any changes or to cancel it. Its funny that they updated the billing address though.

      Kohls gift card information stolen off app, spoke with customer service and it confirmed that someone was using my app information in ****. Password to app changed. They stated they would send a replacement card in the mail and never did. I called back and they wanted to send me 100 in kohls cash, I asked not to attach to app but they did. I went to make an in store purchase using kohls cash and that $100 kohls cash was also stolen off the app as well. I called back customer service said it was used at an out of state store and they would not send any compensation.

      Order ********** Attempt at getting support for this issue: reference number:241208-011273.I received my items from this order with scratches, marks, and chips. It also looks like some areas were repainted and/or glued in an attempt to repair prior damage. There was also no instruction manual included. I asked support if this was a new or used item, but they could not tell me. I have received many used items from shopping at kohls and Im always told that it will never happen again, but it always does. For this order, I just wanted a replacement, so I could keep my kohls cash promotion, but kohls can't even do that. I feel disgusted shopping at a place that consistently sends its customers used items when they think they are purchasing new items. Then provide the worst customer service support possible when trying to "fix" the situation by making things worse for their customer.
