      worst customer service for kohls.com sent my homebound sister who lives in ** and I in ******* a pair of shoes she requested she was sent the wrong size and lace-up instead of slip-on 3x I requested by phone a prepaid "paid by me" return label that I could eather mail to her or they could send it by mail to her as she cannot leave the house each time I was assured by customer support they will email me the label all they sent was a copy of the pusches order, never again

      I did on online purchase. I got part of my package. My house caught fire, and I asked them to leave at the facticity it was being delivered to. I spoke with a Kohls associate, and she said it would be delivered to *** yesterday I went there and they sent it back to kohls and they will not resend my package out to do them not doing their job correctly. Very poor lack of communication with kohsl rep.

      Purchased towels when buy 1 get one for 1.00. They proceeded to send one towel and said they were out of stock on the other. I would have thought they would send another color or not send either. Feel that this is what Kohls does to get you to buy the one towel with no intention of sending another at the cost of $1.00.

      I ordered my son new socks, $40. Was sitting at home working literally next to the window by my front porch, and I received a delivery notification. Immediately checked the mail, nothing. Immediately checked my front porch, nothing. Kohls is refusing to refund or send my sons socks and claims they have a photo of the delivery. Yet, refuses to show me the photo. I have called my bank and reported ****** fraudulent, scammy behavior to get my money back. I am also ensuring myself and anyone I know will never shop at Kohls again in our lifetime. Stay far away from this shady business

      I went in to buy tops for vacation. I am a 73 y/o disabled senior citizen. I picked out a top and wanted to check the price of the black short sleeved top so I asked the manager Diane and she 10.49. She stated that they just put them on clearance. She stated to go look on a clearance rack and I found a blue one identical to the black one. Both short sleeved summer tops. I went to the checkout and Maria ****** said one top was 14.99 and she was so rude that I had to go to customer service because I was starting to shake and have chest pain. Maddie at customer service said it was because they were different colors. That makes absolutely no sense. If that was the case then the black one would have been more. This is another case of bait and switch which I will report to the BBB and consumer affairs. Diane and Maria should never be rude and disrespectful to a customer. Kohls is a disgrace.

      I placed an order with kohl’s vs another company because of the 70$ kohls cashed promised. The thank you email advised i would get a seperate email with the information for it and i never did and i did check my spam. i waited a week and after not getting it i reached out to costumer service (sandra *) where all they said was the computer system should do it automatically but would not do anything for the fact it did not do it. She just kept giving standard copy and paste responses vs trying to actually resolve the issue. She also advised the kohls cash was only valid for a week which just ended, this was extremly shocking because as in the past it was valid an entire month not just one week. I’m assuming this was done so most customers don’t have the chance to actually use it especially if your system isn’t sending it. This is extremly disappointing and i will make sure to advice everyone i know this is how kohls treats customers (kohls doesn’t care) I will no longer shop with kohls. Other company’s who actually care would be willing to remediate the situation but not kohls.

      My Kohls Cash was used without my consent in a different state. Ive called support and havent received help. Can someone escalate this issue? I have proof I earned the Kohls Cash and did not redeem it.

      **** ***** *** ****** ***** *** ***** I have been shopping at this Kohl's since the opening of the store and spent a lot of money in there, but today was the worse shopping experience I have ever had in any store. I had $119.00 dollars worth of merchandise in my shopping cart and I went to check out, I handed the cashier my $10.00 Kohl cash and I was told the Kohl cash was expired and they couldn't except it, I told him they always gave a grace period in the past and he told me not anymore, I asked when and he told me the rule changed on 5.15.25. I informed him I never got any notice in the mail and it didn't say that on the Kohl cash, I asked for a manager and Laakea which is a shift supervisor came up and told me no they couldn't honor the $10.00 Kohl in a dry rude way, the cashier and Laakea thought they did something grand by denying me the use of my $10.00 kohl cash and having a laugh on me, I thought it was disrespectful and disgusting! They lost out on 119.00 and tax minus $10.00 of kohl cash if I would have been able to use it, so $109.00 and plus tax profit. What a joke! I will be closing my Kohl's credit card with ******* *** and never shopping with Kohl's ever again you lost a loyal customer over $10.00! And I think I got the last laugh because that same pillow was on sale at **** *** *** ****** online store for $29.24 on sale for Memorial Day! Total with tax and shipping $39.26. The customer appreciation at kohl's has gone down drastically! Buyers beware! I was I could give zero stars!

      This store had signs up that were misleading or outright incorrect for the items that they were above. Specifically a sign read $18.99 a RVCA shirt above a rack of only RVCA shirts. When we went to check out they all rang up $36 each. When we checked the sign the associate said that the sign was for only $30 RVCA shirts, which there was none of. When we said that this sign was predatory the associate agreed with us and said that it’s a corporate policy and that they can’t do anything except double check signs every time there is a discrepancy with the customer. Is Kohl’s expecting some people to not pay attention and pay the higher cost? Is this a marketing technique to get customers to put into their basket and forget? Only Kohl’s knows but the employee pushed us to apply for a credit card to get the price down, which again felt predatory. BBB really needs to check on the practices of this store soon

      I have card holder for a number of years and enjoyed their credit card service for an equal amount of years until recently. Now that they introduced Capitol One when I called to make a payment it said a zero balance, when in fact there was one. I went online to make a payment and it said a zero balance. After a credit check I learned the noted i had late payments. I called to dispute and they are saying there is nothing they can do, and tge fault lies with me even if their representatives said a zero balance. It appears they have developed a scammer mindset. It is no longer a safe place to be a owner of a credit card here.
