  Just spent an hour on the phone with a nice lady who went through all 9 items in my cart and explained how each one wasn't on clearance or the clearance applied to only certain sizes and colors, which I get but she was only able to tell me about one item that was available for the clearance price in a different color. Everything else she couldn't give me another size or color. She had started by telling me the clearance sale was over, but it still shows on the website. When I clicked on an item from the clearance section, the price was gone and a sale price was there but I ignored it because it says on the clearance ad at the beginning that discounts are taken at checkout, but they weren't. Everything is on sale for like 5% off but nothing is apparently on clearance, which meant I spent hours shopping their site for nothing.

  I received an alert to my credit rating via TransUnion that my credit rating dropped significantly due to a late payment. I had no idea what they were referring to. It shows it was for $139.60 past due with Kohls. I received no statement, no phone call, no email, nothing. I have no idea what this charge is for. I called yesterday, as soon as I received the alert, and got a person on the other line who I could not understand her accent was so thick and I do not have the best hearing. I asked if I could speak to someone in the US and she said I would have to call back. I asked for a new number to call back to and she said just to call into the same phone number. I asked how that would change anything. If she couldn't transfer me, how was the next person answering the phone going to be able to help me? She got snotty with me after I earnestly tried to understand. I told her that I simply could not understand her, I apologized and asked if there was someone else in her office that I could speak with. She said, again, that she was unable to transfer me. I tried to just randomly call back, as she indicated, but it was the same scenario. Also, I was in ****** the other day (prior to knowing about this past due issue) and asked to verify they had my correct info. She updated everything in the system and yet, still nobody contacted me via any means to try to collect payment from something I knew nothing about. This happened to me many, many years ago, also with Kohls, and I will never do business with them again.

  Went online to there Buy one get one for a $1 deal. I place 4 items in my cart and it would not let me get the $1 for the second set of shirts. I reached out to them and they said one t-shirt was not part of the deal. However it was in the same online purchasing page specifically for the Bogo for $1. This is pure deception of customers and should be illegal under fraudulent advertisement. So they make you feel like all shirts get a discount but that's not the case. I reachout to tell them and then went on a legality rant that was **** ** ****

  Don't ever but anything on line. They say they have it and weeks later you find out they don't. The use a shipping company LSO. These guys are liars. They say your order is out for deluvery and a week later you still don't have it. There is nobody to talk to get it resolved. Kolhs has completely gone down hill. All their reviews are horrible. Stay away I am telling you!!
