      I recently went to Kohls after almost 20 years of shopping! *********** it was just discussing!! I was shocked! I will never go back or order on line again! I am done!!

      Kohl's is the worst place to shop! The managers are so rude!! Melissa *********** does not know how to run a store. There are never enough people on the floor working. The lines are always long! The people who work in ******* do absolutely nothing but stand around. There is so much theft. There are employees who steal and nobody seems to care. The store is always a mess and it's disgusting. I seriously think you are dealing with the deal in disguise. Melissa ************ is the worse Store manager!!

      I purchased a 4 towel set on a Tuesday for $124.00 and got it home and It did not color match what I was looking for, So I returned them 2 days later on Thursday morning. my return was $89. The associate said that's what I get for returning it. WOW! I understand if there was a re-stocking fee (which is NOT noted anywhere) . I find it to be even more eye opening to see I was not given a full tax refund either. From my understanding it is illegal to not return a sale tax to the consumer. I will be reporting this to the ************************ Office. Because the way I see it. ****** is ripping off consumers for not retuning the full price of purchase in less than 48 hours.       Bought product may 11 at 6:30pm May 12 look at product at 8 :00 am Was 20$ cheaper. They give me a hard time for refund. Told me to re buy item. No one should have to go thought that. Starting to think kohls is a rip off store.

      Placed order on line. Had 50$ of kohls cash. Once I used kohls cash, it was free, so they charged me for shipping, because I did not spend the 50$. Getting tired of kohls.

      Good luck getting a refund from Kohls for returned items! Kohls has a 30-day waiting period, during which time theyre probably hoping you will forget about money owed to you, the consumer For the record, I am waiting for a refund in the amount of $107.51

      Wish I can leave 0 stars. Not like any will see this probably...but their shipping is absolutely HORRIBLE. Marks it shipped but its in pre shipment for days on end exceeding the day they say its supposed to be delivered on my account. This happens all the time. But if you ship it to the store it gets there in a few days. Dumb. I dont care if I got free shipping. Yall took the money out of my account the day its ordered but cant get it to the customer in a decent time frame.

      Just like the other complaints, I wish I could leave a negative star. My biggest issue has been with Kohls.com. I've received wrong orders on more than one occasion. The last time it was a ship to store order. Kohls.com blamed the store the store blamed Kohls.com. They couldn't/wouldn't talk to each other so I was told I had to call the manager and tell her she needed to train her customer service people better. Not my job. But I did it anyway because apparently that was the only way I was going to get the item that I paid for. After several hours on the phone back and forth with these people the issue was finally resolved and someone from corporate did reach out. This time I ordered something on Saturday, received a confirmation email, and now the order is not appearing when I go to track it. Customer service can't/won't help even though I have an order number and confirmation email. My Kohls card has been charged and no one can tell me if the order will eventually go through? It's now Wednesday and the website is mysteriously down and no one can help? Kohls you have got to do better. This loyal customer of over 25 years is about to take a hike.

      After years of being a loyal customer I am no longer shopping there. Very few of the items are in the store so you have to order on line and pay for shipping. A lot of items are not eligible for ship to store. When you receive the order and have a problem with the fit they do not allow exchanges. You are told to return it and reorder at the new price. No other store will not let you do an even exchange

      Made an online purchase to pick up at this location. I decided I didn't want the item after all so I reached out to online chat to ask them if I canceled the order how soon will I receive my refund to my gift card that I used to pay for it? Instead of getting an answer, 2 different times when I asked, I was getting asked stupid pointless questions as my answer! She went ahead and canceled my order without answering my question first! There was a reason I needed to know before she did that because I wanted to make sure, and I knew for some wierd they don't even go by there own return policy of refunding back to the ORIGINAL payment method. Instead, they MAILED me a NEW gift card, to my address that I am no longer living at because I'm in the middle of moving and don't have one at the moment! Now I will never receive it! This is why instead of asking me questions I already answered in the form prior to speaking to customer service, they instead should have answered my question & maybe than I could have stopped that from happening! They don't go by their own return policy, they just do whatever they want without our consent, not even letting them know before they do something that can't be reversed or knowing someones unique situation! This isn't OK & I don't appreciate things being done out of my consent or knowledge til after its done! So I just lost out on $36 for nothing no item no refund no gift card! Very upset about this and I will never shop here again!

      i placed an order 6 months ago for baby camera...it broke and manufactor wont fix without receipt...well kohls gets rid of all receipts after few months..they will not return item eaither..so im left with a broken camera...i never heard of a company that will not or can not provide a receipt after 3 months...no wonder this place is going out of business..im leaving a zero star but forced into a one star.
