I started hiring Miller & Miller Law to represent me around June 13, 2023 and a $100 deposit was withdraw from my debit card. A monthly fee in the amount of $200 has been taking out from my bank account every month in the last 3 months. However, I have not received any update regarding my chapter 7 bankruptcy which made me believe that my case has not been filed. I have been getting calls from creditors including student loans and they even asked me to provide a case number if I have actually filed bankruptcy. When I tried calling 3 different phone numbers, belonging to Miller & Miller Law, they kept giving me the run around and that they were going to have someone get back. I have not received a call back regarding my case. I have contacted a new law firm to represent me and would like a full refund of $700.Miller & Miller Law, LLC

Prior to ******************************** filing this review, we had been in touch with him several times. Most recently, we had spoken with him the week prior to this review being filed. We were closed the following long weekend for the Labor Day holiday. We apologize if he called during that time and we were unavailable to return his call. Since then, we have reached out to ******************************** to discuss his concerns directly. It seems that there was some confusion as to when his case would be filed, and when the 2nd phase of his case could start.Peter S

Worst law firm ever. He had one of his representative called me on 9/14/23 and scheduled appointment to have attorney Miller call me at 3:30 pm. I waited for his call until 4:00 pm that day and no response. Then, I called attorney Miller on 9/15/23 around 3:43 pm and we talked about 8 minutes and all of a sudden, he said he had something urgent and had to end the call. And told me that he was going to call back in 20 minutes. But he never called back. This law firm has absolutely has communication issues. They are extremely hard to reach and not returning phone calls. I have two young daughters, ages 8 and 15. Attorney Miller just reached out to me on 9/18/24 and stating that unfortunately I am not due for a refund. You can do whatever you want with my hard earned money. Just remember what goes around comes around and I truly believe in karma. Please do your due diligence if anyone is going to hire a bankruptcy attorney.Review fromNatyra C

Darius ******* is the ONLY reason for the five star rating. My service was less than stellar, and when I called in upset, Darius answered all of my questions and assured that I would be taken care of. I felt unheard in a lot of interactions and there was a complete lack of empathy and responsiveness. Darius went above and beyond to represent Miller and Miller in a way that was not my initial experience. Although, he stayed within his capacity—he provided a sense of ease that my attorneys and paralegals had not.Miller & Miller Law, LLC

I feel is a great company for filing bankruptcy and I was pleased with a business and how everything turned out so I do give them a four star and I will tell my family and friends about Miller and Miller if they wish to file bankruptcy chapter 7 or 13 I was very pleased and I want to thank the team of Miller and Miller thank youMiller & Miller Law, LLC

While being at the end of hope and options while playing a chess game with the mortgage company and the fears of being homeless due to things getting out of control with my health and bills . One phone call brought tears of relief and so much hope and working with this team will make me feel free again , I maybe 75 but at the moment they have me feeling like dancing . Thank you so much for being here and for acting so quickly on such short notice . Thank you does not say enough.
