They have other party sellers whom get you to sign contract under false pretenses, I not only received incompatible equipment and sent back, but my contractual rates increased after 1 month of us under a 48 month program fee..no resolve or response other than useless phone numbers to call and dropped calls. This company are thieves and hacks..I wish there was something to do about them. I already spent $2000 in lawyer fees disputing this..Do Not Use First Data!First Data

Mr. ************************** ,The merchant account has been closed since 6/2020 . We did receive the equipment. but the lease was not closed at that time, due to being a non-cancelable agreement. However in light of the issues with the equipment not being compatible we have closed out the lease and no additional charges should be billed to you. We believe this fully addresses your concerns. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!One day a credit card processor was sent to my office, (I never contacted this company ) couldn't find out what was going on, no return address, phone number etc. I never even opened the box, now they are sending my collection papers for $12,871.00 for credit card processing. In reviewing we found the account was determined to have been opened fraudulently in May 2020 using your business information and closed in June of 2020. Unfortunately the fraudster did run sales in that brief time and all of those sales were disputed, but they had already closed the bank account, creating the collection balance under your business information. In light of the account being fraud we have moved this balance to a DO NOT COLLECT status and you should not receive any additional notifications concerning it. Also we do not report to the credit agencies, so this would have no bearing on your company's or your personal credit score. Please do be aware the balance still exists under the merchant account which has your business information, so if you would decide to accept credit cards in the future, it may impact your signing with us. Service stinks l got hit with CC fraud now they are taking my entire daily debit sales, when you call you cant get to talk with anyone in the relavent department only customer service telling you someone will be in touch 1 month still waiting. One star is still to good for the service.First Data

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Today they processed a $500 payment to purchase their equipment I did NOT authorize! Then the agent hung up on me. I called back only to find he ran my payment, took money from my bank account on file. When I called back and finally got through which by the way is very difficult to do and the agents are rude and untrained the woman told me there was nothing she could do?Really you just took $500 unauthorized to buy your equipment and nothing you can do? I asked for the agents name and she said she could not find it that is when that gentleman hung up on me as when I asked for his name. Incredibly unethical, and unprofessional, not to mention rude . What I was inquiring about is that they charged me a lease amount a couple days ago even though I have been trying to contact them and have been put on hold and hung up on several times! Then they charge me this months lease which is $100 as I was discussing buying it out everything went down and this is incredibly upsetting and Im pretty sure illegal. Everything about dealing with this company is horrible you cannot get an agent and when you do they cannot help you but they are very quick to take your money. The worst company ever!First Data

You explained we processed an unauthorized lease buyout payment in the amount of $500.00 so you would own the equipment. You mentioned you had been inquiring about this with representatives but were hung up on multiple times. You mentioned it was difficult to reach us again. You explained we charged you for your monthly lease payment in the amount of $100.00 even though you had been inquiring about doing a lease buyout. You mentioned this felt unethical, unprofessional, and illegal.Although it is disheartening to learn of concerns such as yours, we also appreciate you taking the time to provide us with the feedback needed to enable us to identify areas of training and process improvement. Each customer truly has the ability to help shape our strategy in providing the service you expect and deserve. On behalf of ***** Fargo we would like you to know that it is our goal to provide superior customer service, and we apologize your experience did not reflect our standards.Our research confirmed for leases *************** and *************** that a buyout to keep the equipment was done on both agreements. There are notes from September 21, 2022, stating we spoke with you and that you called in do the buyout to keep the equipment. The buyout on both agreements was posted on September 22, 2022. The buyout amount that was quoted and processed for lease *************** was $239.52. Prior to the buyout charge you were paying $58.14 as your monthly payments. The buyout amount that was quoted and processed for lease *************** was $258.61. Prior to the buyout charge you were paying $63.44 as your monthly payments. Both leases were also charged $30.20 for the annual property tax charge for the prior year. This is billed around the same time every year. Your leases were charged on September 1, 2022. We will not stop charging you for your monthly lease payments if you are inquiring about buying your leases out. Only when the buyout amount is received and the buyouts are processed would your monthly lease payments stop. When you signed your lease agreement you agreed to make monthly lease payments.Notes in our system do not indicate that we disconnected any phone calls with you. Yes, I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year now… Well long story short my account with you guys was closed as of May 19th, 2021… Before closing they’re were funds that was not released to me nor released to my customer which mad the payments through my website… I’ve called plenty of times and stated that a member fron the security department would be calling me with in 24 - 48 hours of my current call with you guys and I have never received a call or email… It’s been over a year now Business Name: Wall2Wall Grillz, LLCFirst Data

if you want to damage your business yourself go and deal with these people i have really bad experience i got a debit and credit processing machine from Clover and first data is there service provider and they put a hold on my transition and asked me to give some documents and they will release my payments in 2 business days i provide all the documents in 3 days they are holding my funds more than 25 days and not replying any email and not answering the call i am in really bad situation they r holding 16 grands i have small auto repair shop in saskatoon i don't know what to do if any one has solution plzzzz never take clover and don't deal with first DataFirst Data

I can't log in to my account and I was supposed to get an email to set up a new password, but the email never arrived. I tried multiple times. I tried to call multiple times but every time I have to wait for very long time until I fed up and hung up. Basically it's very hard to reach the company for any issue and at the end they don't cooperate or help.First Data

If I can give this company no stars I would, they have been automatically drafting my account an original fee of $4.95 monthly . I closed account after a few years with them. I called the company to close and they charged my account a few times. I had called my bank to place a stop payment on this company and they still charge a reject fee many time and I just received a collection letter for 327.90. HOW! when my payment was 4.95 and I had 1 month outstanding. The worst I wish I checked the reviews before going with them.First Data
