      I purchased 2 Milwaukee heated vests. 1 for me and one for my brother. My brothers was too large so I bought it back and exchanged it for a smaller size. I sent in a rebate for both vests and was supposed to get an extra 2.0 amp hour battery for each vest. I did receive 1 battery but they said the other one was denied because the vest was returned. It was not returned it was exchanged. I called a number that was available and was told Id have to email them instead. I did Email them 4 times and was told they would get back to me within 48 hours. No one ever got back to me and all I want is what they promised when I purchased the vest. ******************************************************** is the email address that was given on the rebate form

      Ordered Milwaukee m18 drain snake December of 2023 which is much more expensive than other competitors as I assumed I was paying more for a higher quality product this tool is advertised as having 5 year warranty on the tool and 2 year warranty on the cable for the tool. Within a year this $600 tool is unusable the retriever does not work the cable is broken and sometimes the motor wont turn on at all. When this was sent to Milwaukee for warranty repair or replacement they said theyre not honoring the warranty due to the in warranty cable being broken also threatened water damage voiding warranty this is a tool whose only existence being to be worked with on clogged drains wet environments Milwaukee offered a resolution of paying them $340 to fix this when their warranty is advertised but somehow does not apply to me. They also state their decision is final nothing can be done. I am a trade professional using trade professional tools for their intended purpose only. This has been kept in its protective case exclusively other than for use

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding Milwaukee Tool and their inadequate handling of a warranty issue with a tool kit I purchased in March 2023. I purchased the Milwaukee M18 Fuel 18V Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Combo Kit (5-Tool) with a gift tool, but unfortunately, the tools in the kit were defective.Since March 2023, I have been trying to resolve this issue and obtain a replacement set of tools. After more than a year of patient follow-up, I was finally contacted by a representative named ***** ******. She informed me that I could choose one tool from the set, and I was assured that the remaining tools would be addressed promptly. However, it has been months since that conversation, and I have not received any updates or the remaining four tools from the ****** is both confusing and frustrating that Milwaukee Tool would provide only one tool from the set and leave the matter unresolved. As a loyal customer of ********************** for over 15 years, I expected much better treatment and customer service.I am requesting that ********************** fulfill their obligation and provide me with the full replacement of the M18 Fuel 18V Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Combo Kit (5-Tool), including all items originally included with the set. I have been more than patient throughout this process, and it is unacceptable that this issue remains unresolved.Please assist in facilitating a resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

      BBB We reached out to the customer back September and agreed to replace one of the tools included in the kit at no charge. We shipped the new replacement model number ******* on 09/13/2024 FX tracking# 416484598625. We also informed the customer to send in the remaining tools freight allowed by accessing the Service Warranty provided on the Milwaukee Tool website. The customer agreed to follow the process. We will not be honoring the customer remaining tools. The customer will need to send in the tools for warranty/replacement through the Milwaukee Tool website.       Thank you for your response, but I must clarify that what youve outlined in your email does not reflect what was agreed upon or the circumstances I initially communicated.


      From the beginning, I made it clear that the entire 5-tool kit was immediately disposed of to ensure the safety of my crew after an employee was injured. My priority has always been to prevent further harm, and I trusted that Milwaukee Tool, as a reputable company, would stand by its products and take appropriate action.


      While I appreciate the replacement of the Sawzall, replacing just one tool from a defective kit is neither sufficient nor fair. The defect in the entire kit created significant risks, which could have justified legal action for the injuries sustained by my employee. However, I chose not to pursue litigation, as I believed that Milwaukee Tool would resolve this issue in good faith.


      All I have asked for is a replacement of the full kit a reasonable request considering the circumstances and the danger posed by the defective tools. I trusted your company to honor its commitment, and Im deeply disappointed to see that only partial action was taken.


      I respectfully request that you revisit this matter and honor the replacement of the full kit as initially expected. This is the right thing to do, especially given the safety concerns involved. Please confirm how you plan to proceed.

      Yes my name is ******* ***** ***** and let me tell you I use to swear by Milwaukee Tools But after this I wont NEVER BUY ANOTHER Milwaukee product as long as I live, I've spent thousands of Dollars with there a** and I've tried to get some help with my drill set Model # ******* for the past 3 day's, I've been hung up on 6 **** time's, I had got to ladies with a very very bad attitude one even told me to shut up, that's why I'm f****** done with Milwaukee but long story short I ain't had my drills a **** month or two not only was I ****** out of my 8 pieces power tool combo kit they sent me back the drill set instead and just said the h*** with the rest, My impact wont go in reverse and my **** hammer drill was smoking on top of that I half to use a friend of mine's charger cause mine won't work,and only one **** battery will charge, i've left message after message and got nothing in return my name is ******* ***** ***** *************************************** someone best be getting me my **** replacement sent out ASAP and I will be calling corp about my 8 pieces power tool combo kit or they can call me ************ your lucky I don't call me lawyer but if my problem isn't fixed I can promise you this I WILL SEE YOUR A** IN COURT

      Hello,I bought an new electric sawzaw about 4 months ago from **********. After using for 2 weeks, it broke prematurely, the housing metal for the blade seems to be inferior metarial and gave up prematurely.I sent it back to the warehouse to fix and received email saying it's my fault because I put it in water. I have never put it in water, why would I do it ? Also even if I put it in water, metal should not break. They want $150 to fix it, which is not reasonable and predatory. I sent email back and the email they sent me from blocks all the email and does not take emails. I called customer service 2 times and both times nothing happens after I call. I want a full fund now for what I spend and need help from BBB. I am also going to post about it on all social media if no response is received. I will not go away.

      I received a brand new Milwaukee M12 grease gun for an anniversary gift, i had it a total of 5 hours 4.5 which it was in the box, i loaded the grease gun pulled the trigger and the grease gun came apart, sent it in for warranty work, they said that it was denied because of damage to it , that grease gun did not even do one fitting before it broke, there was no damage that was caused and i believe a snap ring failed on it, yet they claim it wasnt covered under warranty.

      I recently purchased all brand new Milwaukee.Power tools for me and one of my workers costing me about 4k. The battery chargers my approximately 19 tools.I ordered from your company showed a blinking light meaning the The battery is hot and or broken. Which all of the ten batteries I ordered or brand new. I returned my rapid dual charger thinking It was broken. I then ordered a six battery rapid charger and it Does exactly the same thing. According to your paperwork , all my batteries are Is broken or too hot. No matter what time of the work day. You recently set me a free single battery. Even that single battery charger does the same thing. Are you going to fix your battery chargers?Or do I have to go back with makita. If.Your chargers worked.I would be happy.
