      I have a milwaukee - that is in the 3 yr of warranty out of 5 yr warranty this is the second time in the last 2 times that they dont warranty there product. The nose cone twisted off there nose cone and pcb trigger board are not holding up.

      Hello I emailed a few weeks ago heres the scenario: milwaukees mechanics handtools have a lifetime guaranteed policy for every tool considered a mechanic hand tool. In the process for the warranty is fairly easy you simply take a picture of your broken tool verifying you have a broken tool to begin with and then you get your replacement sent in the mail. Well, I have had nothing but a headache with one particular worker named *************************. She has denied more than five of my claims with no explanation just a response saying it does not meet the qualifications. However, when I turn around and talk to other representatives, they state that that person is wrong and I have to send them the same information that I sent kelissa and then I get my warranty. However, the last call we had she made her own rules., she is saying that I have to have a receipt now for any and every tool in which I am claiming . She then stated that I wouldnt be allowed to warranty anything anymore; when I requested to speak to a supervisor because that is not how these warranty claims are adjudicated, I was told that they were unavailable and they are going to agree with her anyway I dont know if this particular person knows me from somewhere and has Some thing against me but its not fair that I am going by the rules yet I am treated so unfair when I pay good money hard earned money at that for these tools that have lifetime warranty I should get it. No questions asked just as the policy states, so why am I being singled out and told no I have screenshots of multiple conversations via email of our encounters. Will you please help me with this, as I am only asking to get whats technically already mine. Its not fair nor is it right to not allow somebody to get what they have paid for just because they think I have too many tools and please follow up with me on this if you dont mind

      They still have not adjudicated my situation at all. A representative messages me saying what the process is when thats not the issue. The issue is me being told my mechanic hand tools are not mechanic hand tools yet the Milwaukee website lists my tools under that description. The representative then stated if my tool isnt 1 of the 4 tools listed in a picture she sent that it doesnt count. I replied back to her with the screen shot of their website and the mechanic tool page and then she quit responding. And avoided most of my questions . Attached are the emails and also a description that states what mechanic hand tools are and it definitively goes against that representatives response to me

      BBB, we have reached out to the customer repeatedly and informed them that the tool was not eligible for a no charge replacement under Mechanic Hand Tools. The tool will need to be sent back to Milwaukee Tool for warranty replacement. The customer has refused to send in the tool for warranty. Therefore, Milwaukee Tool is unable to assist.

      We purchased 2 of the Milwaukee electric trimmers - one was used 4 times - the other one time - both trimmers had the same issue - use for a bit and they stop working - use a bit - stop working - both had the exact same problem - we called Milwaukee and they said we could send them in for repair - ********** would not refund as it had been more than 30 days since purchase ************* on a product that clearly has design issues

      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a defective product I purchased from ********** over a year ago. The item in question is a Milwaukee M18 Fuel 18-Volt Lithium Ion Brushless Cordless Combo Kit (5-tool). From the moment I received the tools, it was clear that there were significant defects caused by a manufacturing error. Each tool in the kit had sharp parts dangerously protruding, creating a major safety hazard.Despite contacting ********** numerous times over the past year, I have not received any resolution. More concerning, one of my employees was injured while using the defective tools. I have repeatedly requested that the tools be replaced, and I most recently made a final demand a few days ago. However, I have been met with the same unhelpful response throughout this process.I have all relevant documentation, including receipts, communications, and photographs of the defective tools. At this point, I am requesting that Milwaukee either replace the defective tools or provide compensation in the form of a gift card so I can purchase a replacement. If this issue is not addressed, I will pursue legal action to recover damages.I trust that Milwaukee will handle this situation appropriately and promptly.

      I am trying to get my Milwaukee 10 PC 1000V Insulated Screwdriver ******************** warranted see there tips r stripped out and there bent and there under lifetime warranty from what Milwaukee told me but they told me in a email they wont replace them or warranty them and say there not covered under any warranty and only had 8 month and I was told on the phone yesterday 9/4/24 when I called to see if they warranty stuff went throw the person on the phone said it went throw and waiting on them to go throw it and I asked them iwi it be warranted or not and they I dont see y not most likely it will be warranty replaced witch to me sounds like some one from the company is say they will be warrantying it and now they saying they wont all I want is them to replace seeing I was told on a phone call to that the team had a life time warranty on it and now say no to warranty if some thing that they told is a life time warranty team and r now telling there is no warranty on this team so it sound like there lieing or there staff was not trained well and all I want is them to replace it for seeing they told me it has life time warranty on it so please replace it

      *************************************** record all phone calls for quality and insurance purposes so I have evidence showing that you guys told me on the phone. I have a lifetime warranty and by defection you have me warranty my tool and the click warranty tool says it had a lifetime warranty, which means I expect it to be warranted because I was told by your customer service where to warranty and the warranty that said I had a lifetime warranty and customer service *** said I had a lifetime warranty on the tool and then I call back later that day and talk to somebody and asked why do I have to file the warranty all over again and he said no we got it where just reviewing it? And then I asked that person do you think my tool is gonna be warranty ****** said I dont see why not theres no reason it shouldnt be a contract pretty much of you guys guarantee to be after all the phone call evidence and everything else I have for my lawyer said it should even be warranted and dont make me get him him involved if I have to I will even no I dont want to  but will and  all I want is us to do the right thing seeing us told me where to warranty it by walking me throw ir and I asked if it had life time warranty seeing where us had me go to warranty it said the tools warranted on that section have a lifetime warranty  and us told it have a life time warranty so thats on us and ur employees not be properly trained and not my problem that  us said that  and phone calls with r recorded and  I got the proof us said and gave it to my lawyer and he said from what is said us said where us told me to warranty by tell how to get to the warranty page and where to click and all that  u pretty much guaranteed it had A lifetime warranty thing to page and the thing you had me click on that I had a lifetime warranty on the tool plus your employee told me that if it said, I have a lifetime warranty on the warranty section and I have a lifetime warranty on it put you guys label to ***lacement of the tool  and when I called us and told u pretty sure Guarantee it will be warranted or covered thats a verbal guarantee or verbal warranty guarantee which is punishable by law and I got evidence of it. All I want is you to ***lace the tool so I can move on and not have get lawyers to deal with it please thank u do the right thing and ***lace it and dont hold it against me because ur employees made a mistake  because thats not my fault its your fault for not trending your employee better or give them the right tool to send me to the right places but out of the kindness of your heart, please ***lace the tool for me thank u

      Bought a tool from *********** Milwaukee brand nail gun. Comes with a 5 year warranty. After 2 years they wont warranty it. Or anything for that matter. Very upsetting

      Placed a order for my business 2 months ago got Milwaukie battery's and am a platinum pro member well one 8.p battery I had started to christmas tree light meaning it was bad. Sent it into service was not able to work without the battery as efficiently.Waited weeks for the battery to get serviced and sent back and was told it was not a genuine battery?So now I'm out $200?
