      I received a Milwaukee power drill set from Work for Christmas, once i went to use the tool set both batteries did not work. Therefore I contacted Milwaukee they had me send in my non working brand new batteries. A month later my warranty got denied because it sat on a shelf for two years and my job didnt give me A receipt. I would like the batteries fixed or replaced at no costs! I shouldnt have to pay for brand new batteries that are broken due to poor quality!

      I sent my main drain snake in for service via home depots instructions/assistance on Jan 3rd and called today to check on the status to be told they havve no record of my equipment arriving or being worked on and there was nothing they could do about it. the lady who helped me box up and prepare the snake to be sent in never said i had to get tracking info etc she just said where to send it and how to do it which i did via *** ive spent alot of money with milwaukee tools including the 4K i spent on this snake that now im just screwed on because i wasnt informed the correct way or bnest way to send this item im furious and would like to think milwaukee takes care of their customers better than they have done me so far with this problem.

      Model 2660-20 Serial: ************** I have a ratchet I bought end of ******************************************************** a certain position, customer service advised I must send in the tool I use daily and wait months to get it back this is unacceptable customer service this tool is needed daily for me to finish lossen nuts after manually lossening nuts with regular ratchet. Was bought at ********** in *********** ** at end of 2022. I would like it replaced or a loaner until mine returns.

      I purchased a M18 Fuel 6-1/2 Circular saw approximately 2 years ago and have used it only occasionally. The saw quit working occasionally. I sent it to milwaukee for repair under warranty this tool has a 5 year warranty, which has been denied by Milwaukee. There has been no reason as to why my claim is being denied. only a email with " Armature worn Warranty not approved" "Wiring Worn Warranty not approved""Switch Switch intermittent , performance not continuous steady Warranty not approved""Tool broken warranty not approved" " Gear case broken warranty not approved " When I called and spoke with customer service i was informed that the technician determined the tool was not covered by the warranty, no explanation. I am unsure why Milwaukee will not stand behind there tools. I was informed the saw had 3 years left on the warranty.

      I viewed a advertisement on ******** it said, and I quote "complete a quick one minute survey, and we will ship"I completed a 15 question survey, and then it directed me to your site, to sign up for a program, **NO** where did it say that I had to sign up for anything in the advertisement, simply "complete a simple 1 minute survey, and we will ship", which I did.You need to ship me the milawkee tools shown in your advertisement immediately as you stated you would.NO OTHER RESPONSE WILL BE ACCEPTED, OTHER THAN TRACKING AND ACKNOLEGEMENT MY ******** TOOLS HAVE SHIPPED. ALL COMMENTS MUST BE MADE HERE ON THE BBB SITE PUBLICALLY.

Their conduct is bordering on harassment  It is obvious they are NOT willing to solve this. And as I stated, if they communicated anywhere other than the BBB, the response would be REJECTED.

The compliant is not a Milwaukee Tool issue. It appears the customer has registered for free tools on a fraudulent link that Milwaukee Tool does not participate in.

      In April 13th 2022 I have sent my M18 Milwaukee Sawzall to repair (the issue was disconnection between saw and the battery while working). Milwaukee service received the package and status has changed to in repair. Since then status hasnt change nor anybody from Milwaukee bother to contact me about the issue. I have tried multiple times contacting millwaukee calling to numbers provided on their website but Ive never reached out someone on the other side. I also sent an email but I didnt receive any response. I would like to know what is the situation with my saw. I have paid almost $300 for the saw which stopped working properly year after - thats fine, it happens - but the fact that repair takes almost a year and there is absolutely no contact from the manufacturer side is unacceptable. I would like to receive my saw as soon as possible since that was one of my main tools I was using to work. Additionally my delivery address has changed, I moved to ******** and I informed about that change in the email ******************* As I mentioned I have never received any answer.

      I have resorted to filing a complaint against Milwaukee Tool as I have been unable to get a response from customer service regarding my defective battery/charger. This has ensued for months and I am quite frustrated with Milwaukee Tool at this point. I've attached the correspondence which includes the representative's email contact. Please assist.

      I purchased a "Milwaukee 204B-21M M12 ***Ion Heated Jacket (3 Ah) - M, BLK New" for $197.01 from cpo-outlets on Nov 19 2021. Recently the 3 ah battery that came with the jacket would not charge and threw a charger code. I filed a RMA with Milwaukee on Dec 27 2022 It told me the battery was within warranty. It requested a invoice which I provided. After this they gave me a shipping label, I assumed that this meant my invoice was verified. So I packaged the battery according to the instructions provided and sent it out on Jan 5. On Jan 9 the tool arrived at the repair facility, on Jan 10 I received a email stating my warranty was denied because "PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY DETERMINATION". I was also notified that "If no decision is received after 35 days and 3 attempts by our Customer Experience Team to contact you, your tool will be recycled." If I wanted the battery back I would be charged ***** for shipping. I contacted support on Jan 11 asking them why my warranty was denied as I had a valid proof of purchase. On Jan 19 I received a response asking for the service order number which I immediately provided. On Jan 26 (15 days after contacting support) I was informed that I did not purchase the Battery from a authorized distributor. The distributor I purchased from was CPO outlets and on there website here ******************************************* at the bottom of the page it states "*CPO is an authorized dealer of our brand partners.". I provided this information to Milwaukee on Jan 26 and have yet to receive a response. As of today (Jan 31) there are 14 days remaining before they scrap my battery. I am not sure what to do as it appears that they accepted a RMA and gave me a shipping label before verifying the invoice and are now claiming that I did not purchase from a authorized distributor even though cpo outlets claims to be one. So either cpo or Milwaukee is lying. At most I want the part repaired at minimum I want it return at no cost.

      I shipped 2 batteries to Milwaukee for repair under warranty in December 2022. It is now almost Feb 2023 and I still am missing 1 of the 2 batteries I sent in for warranty repair. I have called Milwaukee multiple times and spoken with multiple reps, all of which promise me that my battery will be taken care of under warranty, but that never comes true. The issue is that Milwaukee thinks that one of my batteries is NOT under warranty. This is incorrect. I have included the proof of purchase with the batteries. The last rep I spoke to even CONFIRMED to me that there was a proof of purchase included in the box with the defective battery. I've even emailed a copy of the proof of purchase to a different rep almost a month ago. This should be unnecessary--there's a proof of purchase already in the box. I am highly disappointed in Milwaukee Tool. I just want to have my battery be repaired or replaced under warranty. The proof of purchase is in the box with the battery. It really cannot be any simpler. I just want the second battery that I sent in to be returned to me. I don't understand how the process went smoothly for 1 of the 2 batteries I sent in and is going so disastrously wrong for the 2nd battery I sent in.

      On 4/12/22 I purchased a , Milwaukee M18 FUEL 18-Volt Lithium-Iron Cordless Plumbing Drain Snake Auger Kit with w/ CABLE DRIVE & 5/16 in. x 35 ft. Cable from *********** On or about 1/3/23 I sent this item into Milwaukee to be service under warranty. Got an email at 5:06am in was being serviced, another email followed at 5:16am that my warranty was denied. I called customer support to get more information on the situation. Customer support said they would contact tech support and get back to me. Days later I call regarding this initial phone call and Im told all they can do is resubmit the request. When asking to speak with management ** told there is none. Days later I call again to inquire about the situation, ** told again all that can be done is to resubmit the request, when asking for a manager this time ** told one will call me back. The next day I call back to see why I never received a call and they said they would ask a manager to call me. Today I call and am told to hold for a manager and then hung up on. I then receive an email stating they are doing to scrap my tool because I havent responded. I have been nothing but patient and trying to resolve this situation but cant seem to get anywhere. Now Im worried they are going to destroy my tool.
