      If I can put -10 stars in will.I bought model number CMXGMAM201202 from ****** in ************ on August 12, 2024, I spent $1459 plus tax and 79 shipping. I used it 2 times in that year. I started mowing this year on April 22nd which it started well then midway through the mowing it quit working. I called ****** to find out how to file a claim, which I did in April 24th with the help of ****** manager. On Friday May 3rd I took the lawn mower to ********* outdoor power equipment, (recommended by ******) to diagnose and repair it.According to them it's irreparable. Since this mowing season started on April 22nd I have been paying someone to mow my lawn $70 each time.This lawn mower is still under manufacturer warranty, it is manufacturers malfunction.The manufacturer are not going to owner their warranty, as of now I am at a loss of the amount I paid to buy it plus paying someone to mow my yard. Briggs and Stratton are not going to fix or return my money. As of today June 5th 2025 I lost 1900 between the lawn mower price and paying someone to do my yard, i have videos of when I used the mower on April 22nd 2025 that it was running and halfway through it quit.

      I bought a worthless Briggs and Stratton 20k home gen for $14,800. It has been broke for 3 months this time. Briggs and Stratton head quarters could care less, they have never returned any of my calls! Also the service folks say they can never get a hold of Brigg.I will never buy own another Briggs product the rest of mylife! No tolerance for poor customer service! Bought this piece of junk from ********* ***** ***** *** ***. They are a worthless company, they're ignoring the ******* ******** *******. Looks like it's time to sue!

      RE: B&S 20 kw generator. Cannot speak with a representative at Briggs and Stratton. The display board continually draws power and kills the battery. A technician came to my location and diagnosed the problem as being a faulty board, so there is no power being supplied to the battery to keep it charged. The technician waited an hour and a half for someone at B&S to answer and finally had to leave. He hopes to still reach B&S for the part. As the unit is still under warranty, I hope the technicians waiting is covered too. The star rating should be zero

      I bought briggs & Stratton generator Single phase almost 2 years We were experiencing issue and it cause even customer got damage of some appliances, Any way I try to contact for service We bought this generator form * **** ******** ****** ** * ** , We still waiting for technician We paid mired than 15k but now even we dont get answer from supplier also MFG

      I have had the worst experience with Briggs and Stratton. They make it impossible to get through the recorded message to talk to anyone. I purchased the Craftsman lawn mower with the Briggs and Stratton engine because it said right on the box guaranteed for 3 years and Made in the USA. I finally was able to talk to a person when I started the process in September of last year 2023. They couldn't even guide me to a dealer that could help, one had been closed for some time, and one, which was close to me would only work on mowers They had sold. I finally found a dealer 35 minutes from my house. It took until July 2024 for *** **** ****** (the closet place I could find) to get an answer from Briggs & Stratton as to if they would honor the warranty. After 10 months of R&S sending pictures and calling, Briggs and Stratton told them they would not honor the warranty because a dirty filter was what caused the pull cord to catch and not be able to pull it to the full length, which kept the mower from starting. It took them 10 months to come up with the ridiculous excuse that a dirty filter had caused the problem. Also, I am expected to pay $60 to *** **** and home. This is ridiculous, and it doesn't look good for Craftsman and Made in the USA. And Briggs and Stratton will not converse with me.

      worst small engines on the market with the worst customer service, Briggs motor on an Agri-Fab lawn vac failed internally with less than 10 hours on it. even the Briggs service shops admit they are the worst engines on the market and the worst to deal with on warranty.

      Buy far the biggest crooks. Do not by anything with their name on it. My motor has maybe 5 hrs on and broke the connecting rod and they are stating lack of oil and and maintenance. If I could give them zero stars I would

      Briggs & Stratton is the worst engine built. Don't waste your time if a mower has this engine. I always use non ethanol fuel. Drain every winter, replace with fresh gas, but at least 2x a year I replace the carb. Never fails. I hate this mower.
