      Fiserv/Merchant Services is either very poorly run or outright purposefully dishonest. I have a franchise and so have to use them per my franchisor, but I highly recommend you stay clear of this company if you can.

      Would give 0 stars if I could. This company has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Charged me twice and froze my bill pay with my bank. Representative was rude, lazy and incompetent. She shouldn't even have a job. Disgusting behavior. Wouldn't look into my case, wouldn't research my previous payment and hung up on me as soon as I paid them for the 2nd time. DO NOT work with them if you can avoid it.

      You wait for corrections and it always comes up unable to process for days. I've complained to Walmart so maybe they can straighten my problem out. O stars if I could.

      TERRIBLE Service. Has taken close to a year to close my account. Once the account was supposedly closed, they kept debiting my account to the point where I had to CLOSE THAT BANK ACCOUNT because no one from their customer service would answer. THEN I had to pay a ridiculous closing fee based on the contract (almost 2000$), which for a small business who already took all the hits due to COVID, was terrible. Now they are saying I owe another 500$. This was all to use a Clover machine that barely worked. They do work absolultely backwards and do not know what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

      Hello, I am fully aware of when it was closed. And I have paid the cancelation fee +. The issue remains that your company charged me for MONTHS after the account was closed. MONTHS! And as if that was not bad enough, the only way to get the attention of any customer service rep was to close my legitimate bank account where the funds were being withdrawn illegally, without permission. I knew it was closed and had proof of it being closed, but internally on your end, it wasn't. Now I am being told there is more to pay for cancellation AFTER already paying thousands of dollars. Let that sink in. A small business that had to close due to Covid paying THOUSANDS of hidden fees. My review remains. This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had. - ****

      I had an unauthorized payment cause a overdraft of almost $900 on my prepaid ** debit card. They then took my paycheck to cover the overdraft. It was a charge from England. I have been trying to get thus correct for 71 days and all I get is the runaround. I've done everything they asked but I'm still out over $1300 and they won't help. I have been trying for 2 months to get answers and I have nothing.

      If i could give no stars i would. This company is deceptive and very rude. my funds have been held for over 6 months and they claimed that my funds would be released within 60 days. This started in August. After much back and forth i was told last week that my funds would be released 3- 5 business days. it has been 6 days and when i called customer service they tell me that my funds were released from the "reserve account" and transferred to the collections department. they transfer me to the collections department to keep me on hold for an hour and 45 minutes and yet no agent was available to tell me why my funds are in their collections department. This is insane for this to have been happening since August 2022 and its now January and nothing can be done to be able to settle this. I'm not sure who to contact, because no one can ever access any type of information regarding my funds. I need an explanation as to why my funds are yet to be released into my account. they have gone from department to department and no one ever has any knowledge as to why. I ask for a supervisor to see maybe if that person can help in some way, but no not at all because she also had no understanding. The risk/security team is a scam a lie that doesn't exist. They claim they will reach out, call/email you and yet no one reaches out. I am absolutely frustrated with this. its ourtrageous and absolutely wrong the things this company does !

      tthey are so rude! I have given them permission to take whatever they "THINK" they are entitled to from my account- but they will not unfreeze my bill pay. NOW my all of bills are locked and I can't pay any of my bills. their operators laughed at me on the phone- and they are so rude!!!!! i am completely locked out of my income because they will not just unfreeze my account!!!!! now if I move money I am screwed when they do finally unfreeze my account (15-20 days by their operator laughing at me) they will pay all of my bills late or double ! this company should not be able to allowed to harass people like they do. allow us to log in do whatever they want us to do and not have to talk to a RUDE OPERATOR that laughs at us. I will do my best to expose this company for harassment!

      Fiserv uses deceptive business practices to trick consumers. When contacting customer support to get corrective action, you will get nothing. They hide their name on billing, they hide there name on invoices, they hide their name on emails. There ACH billing practices are nearing fraud, and at the very least are deceptive and designed to hide the identity of the business.

      My merchant account have money hold by this company over 90 days. And try to reach them out over a month. KEEP ASK ME WAIT FOR AVAILABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. and every time I called is over 1 hours. They also ask me leave my msg they will get back to me with in 24 hours. BUT THEY NEVER REPLY ME. And today I called theirs risk department again, I can hear the phone connected. But they just hang up my calls. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst customer service. Cannot get the sales rep who sold us the device on the phone and no one else wants to help. We have asked to speak with our sales rep manager and instead get transferred to someone else who then tells us to call the sales rep. We are still waiting on the welcome kit and we have had the device for a month. We are also still waiting on the sales rep to return our call or for a manager to do so. Also when we were sold the system we were told we could pay in full a 1 time payment. Now we are being told that is not the case and we have to pay monthly. I looked it up again online and there is the option for a 1 time payment so I am not sure why we are being lied to.
