Absolutely HORRIBLE! I have a money network card through their company that had TWO fraud transactions on 8/27 out of ***********, that dame day 8/27 a CS rep Sandra helped me file a fraud dispute cancel my card and send in a dispute/provisional credit form here it is Sept 9th & I've called them 4 times & now have to wait another 24/48hrs for their "dispute/fraud team" to see if they received 1 of the 3 emails I have sent to try and get my money!!! I'm not sure how in 2024 you can't look and see there were 3 emails sent & update the account when I'm a victim of FRAUD & from what I'm hearing people say Money Network has been dealing with this constantly as if it's coming from inside!!!!Fiserv, Inc.

After around a month of attempting contact with your company in order to resolve suspended batches running back to the first week of July with totals exceeding $10,000. Today I have attempted to login to my merchant dashboard, to which I have found my information is now "Invalid".This entire process has just simply been ridiculous, especially after my phone call with your risk representative where she assured me there have been no problems with my account and to keep using the merchant, just to have funds held when there are sufficient funds in reserve already. I have attempted multiple times to contact your risk team, staying on hold for sometimes over 2 hours with no contact.Still have no explanation of anything after 2 monthsFiserv, Inc.

I urge all smaller businesses to stay away from Fiserv. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. One or more of the platforms is consistently "down". It negatively impacts our customers daily. Not user friendly in the slightest. When you have an issue or the system is not working correctly you can't talk to a live person (They apparently downsized and laid off many of the staff) You have to place a "ticket" and on this ticket you indicate how urgent the issue is.....it has taken multiple days in some cases to get a response from help team even if you indicate that the matter is urgent. There are so many platforms that you have to log into to perform the simplest of tasks. The one good thing that they have is salespeople! They can sell this to small businesses by making big promises but in reality, they can potentially ruin your business. I have spoken to several of the "help desk" people who had no clue how to help. Our small bank has had this platform for over a year and we already cant wait until the contract is over. It is awful.Fiserv, Inc.

I urge every single small business to stay away from this company. PLEASE do your reserve who you are signing up with. I was using a different credit card processing company and a guy from ******* convinced me to move which i regret to the most. After a month of signing up, a scammer bought a merchandise from us and filled for a charge back. Fiserv debited our company bank account and without informing us, put a hold on all our pay outs. We contacted them and submitted all the documents that they asked us for. After three weeks, their representative called us and left us with a wrong call back number. I called their main line and call disconnected after being on hold for 1.38 hours. I contacted *******, and they opened another ticket which could take upto another 48 hours for Fiserv to get back to me, just so book a phone appointment with them . I urge every vendor to stay away from FISERV and *******. All these companies care about is to sign up new accounts and later on giving businesses a run around for their hard earned money. THESE ARE A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHITE COLLAR SCAMMERS.Fiserv, Inc.

As a merchant, they refunded a customer three times for the same item. This amounted to an over refund of $11,990 that i lost. He called me, asked to cancel and get a refund of $5995,which I did. Then Fiserv refunded him twice more and they will not make good. If I could leave negative stars I would. Merchants, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! look at all the other reviews here.Fiserv, Inc.

If there was a 0 star option I would select that. from 07/01/2024-07/31/2024 Fiserv has stolen money from my bank account and close my account and I only owed less than 900$ in disputes. They have now taken over 20,000$ in my hard earn money away and before closing my account, they ALL payment that people was spending for 2 FULL WEEKs all to themselves. I didnt get paid a penny for 2 FULL WEEKS of hard work and late nights. I orders and products are already fufilled and they have only taken over 20k. please god I hope this business can get it together. I DO NOT suggest using Fiserv the mental and Financial stress is not worth it. I have started the process of sueing them as I have already done and send document to their headquarters which I spend over 100$ in shipping to make sure they get it fast but still, no answer or help from them. I wish this planet didnt have this to ever do something like this to someone. Im not currently looking for a new payment processor with real fair rules and regulations. If I was to get any help, I will update everyone back here.Fiserv, Inc.

My Bill pay service at my bank, run by FISERV was suspended on july 16 for a problem with a $13 bill. I received a letter about this July 29. The recipient vendor in question has stated that my bill is fully paid up. I have made 7 attempts to reach FISERV. Unsuccessful.Fiserv, Inc.

Fiserve runs money network app. Apparently they don't bother to look at the ****** reviews that have been complaining about the horrible app. It has a 1.2 rating with ***** reveiws. This has been going on for months.Fiserv, Inc.

I have had the biggest headache with FiServ. I opened my small business account with them 04/2024. Then 06/13/2024 I got a notice in the mail my account was CLOSED, without any notice or notification. I called risk management and they could not tell me why it was closed but told me under no circumstances would my account be reinstated. I called my rep, SHERRY ****, repeatedly and she was unresponsive and not communicative. Repeatedly was told her and her manager would call me back, they never did when they said they would. Finally, after about 10 days of back and forth, it was determined that SHERRY **** never sent in my business verification address. There was no concern for fraud, all I had to do was provide address verification, which of course I can do as a small business owner! She told me it went to her spam and my spam. It did NOT got to my spam, as I checked. And how could it go to her spam when this her business email? After I submitted the business verification and still never heard back from her or anyone else from the company, I gave up and had to order a new payment processer with another company. I have a brand new small business and could not take credit card payments for 3 weeks. It was incredibly embarassing asking for checks and cash! Now... 5 weeks after the letter of termination was received I got an email saying my account was reinstated. How does FiServ and Clover expect a small business to function for 5 weeks without accepting CC?! I called Sherry and of course she doesn't answer as I want to close my account with this horrible company ASAP. I called her business associate who is supposed to cover her and she says she cannot help, Sherry has to do it. Once you are assigned a rep, you cannot change your rep. How is this possible?! I said I have no confidence in Sherry. I asked for the manager's name & number and when I call this it takes me to another voicemail that is full... I am convinced this company is a SCAM!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!Fiserv, Inc.

I use Bluepay/cardpointe owned by fiserv and a mistake was made in which Im owed $1650 and I keep getting the runaround when I try to resolve this. I created a ticket 2 weeks ago but no one addressed it. Called customer service many many times, no one seemed to know how to helpFiserv, Inc.
