I use a money network card through ****** ******* my employer. The app rarely let's me sign in. I have signed up for wages now and it never shows up on my app when I can access the app. Last week I called and was given my offer over phone since it never shows up. Now I'm being told the offer can only be given through my app, that it does not show up on. This business is awful and will do nothing to fix their app.

Fiserv proved to be an extremely challenging company to work with, as they charged exorbitant fees and made it difficult to cancel services. Despite numerous attempts to resolve issues, the company continued to demand additional payments and claimed the account was in default, with no resolution in sight. It is advisable to avoid doing business with such a problematic company. I had to pay almost 2,000 dollars to end a contract with them after only processing with them for one month. Then they still continued to harass me and threaten my credit

Horrible company to deal with. My business closed in March 2024. Called them to tell them I was going out of business and got nothing but the runaround. **************** was horrid. It's like they don't communicate with each other in the within the company would not ever use again. I am still dealing with this mess as they still continue to take money out of my account if I could rate this company with negative Stars I would.

Fiserv is the worst! They do not even deserve a star but I had to in order to review. How can this processing company just hold our hard earned money without explanation? Only saying its an out of the ordinary amount is not sufficient enough and now holding our money hijack for 2 weeks. Not even trying to resolve this for us. We are beyond frustrated, they have put us and our employees past financial hardship! Nobody will give us a contact person to even be able to resolve whats going on and get our money! This company needs investigated on how they can just take hardworking companies money they are rightfully due out of thin air and just hold it, while taking their processing fees out on top of them just holding our funds!!!!

This review is for the rude customer support team at BusinessTrack, ClientLine run by Fiserv. We use BusinessTrack to handle chargeback disputes. We are also a brick and mortar stores, and we do not sell anything online. When a chargeback came in earlier this year (April 2024) I sent in documentation as proof of purchase (debit card sales slip that indicates the chip was read, and the pin was verified). After reversing the chargeback, the case was reopened on May 22, 2024 and immediately closed on May 27, 2024. Looking at their dispute guideline we should at the very least 10 business days to submit a response. So naturally I submitted my documentation anyways and called customer service to ask if I need to submit anything else to prove my case. The original agent could not give me any answers, no guidance on what else I could submit. So she escalated me to maybe her manager, Carolina. Carolina was the rudest agent I have ever spoken to. She spoke with such sarcasm and refused to answer any of my questions besides her default "there's nothing I can do". I wasn't asking her to resolve the case, just guidance and if she could submit it for review. She enjoyed being able to say no to me, even though I am a frustrated merchant who was wrongfully sent a chargeback. It is her literal job to provide me with an information on what I should submit to resolve the case. Not only that, but she told me the case was closed, when I could see it is still pending under my account. She also told me that I have not submitted anything, that the case was never even open in April even though I can see that action was taken, documentation was sent. I do not understand why it was so satisfying for her to act this way, to gaslight customers that call in. If you can stay away from companies owned by Fiserv, I would recommend it. They do not take service seriously, there is no place to leave feedback or reviews.

Nature of Complaint: Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service Date of Incident: Ongoing since March 3, 2022 Description: I have been charged $22.95 monthly by "******** ****** *******" since March 3, 2022, totaling $596.70 as of May 3, 2024. I did not authorize these charges and do not recall subscribing to Fiserv or Clover Credit Card Services. Key Events and Attempts to Resolve: Timeline: March 3, 2022: First charge of $22.95 appeared on my bank statement. Months of 2022-2024: Attempts to identify the source of the charges were unsuccessful. My bank, *****, could not determine the origin. To stop the payments, I had to close and reopen my account or identify the company charging me through ACH. May 2024: Identified the routing number linked to ***** ***** ****, which confirmed the client as Fiserv, operator of Clover Credit Card Services. May 2024: Contacted Fiserv. Initial call lasted over 30 minutes, resulting in being transferred incorrectly after discussing the issue with an agent. May 2024: Second call lasted 42 minutes. The agent was unhelpful and defensive, insisting I had authorized the transactions. After resetting my password, I was able to log in, but it directed me to a page to select a plan to start a membership. I asked the agent why I couldn't access my account if I wasn't subscribed and why I was being charged $22.95 every month. She responded, "because we figured you have an active account." The agent confirmed a fraud investigation was initiated and helped me close my account to prevent further charges. All calls were recorded. Resolution Sought: Refund: I seek a full refund of $596.70 for the unauthorized charges. Investigation: I request a thorough investigation into why I and potentially others have been charged without proper authorization or activity. I believe this warrants a full refund and investigation, as this issue appears to affect other customers based on reviews I have seen.

I joined CloverConnect (run by Fiserv) in 2022 and was excited to use their services. I had a decent experience (easy to use, integrated with my booking program, support seemed a little slow) up until Jan 2024 when I was charged an annual "security fee" of $215. When I received the payment notification email (that I receive monthly when they collect their fees), I was shocked at the amount and called customer service. They informed me that there was an announcement about this upcoming fee in my November 2023 statement. I never knew I got a statement let alone how to find it in my dashboard. They told me how to find it and sure enough, in a small print paragraph, there was information about this change. I asked why I wasn't emailed about this - emailing an announcement about a change is standard procedure. No response. Despite talking to multiple agents and a manager about how, at the minimum, I should have been notified via email of this change, CloverConnect said it was my responsibility to look at my statements each month. My response is that I don't need to look at the statement when I'm receiving emails on each transaction and an email about the monthly fees taken. They would not refund the $215. I asked for my Merchant agreement multiple times - nothing. I scoured their websites for information on this annual fee - nothing. Meanwhile, I was receiving emails from other Businesses notifying me of their updated Terms! Fiserv/CloverConnect made a poor decision and lost a (previously) happy customer. They exhibit zero communication with their merchants, zero ability to resolve conflict, and most importantly, they lack integrity. I chose to cancel them (and lose the $215) because I cannot be in Business with a company that doesn't have integrity, doesn't communicate major decisions that affect me (their merchant), and places the blame on me for not reading my monthly statement.

WOW looking at some of these ratings will explain why I had such a horrible experience on the phone today with a FISERV Manager called Oscar. I noticed some unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account going out of it around the same time as the same time as the ones I authorized. After much enquiry I found that I was being charged an additional lease for a payment terminal. I was certainly surprised because I did not authorize this. On 05/08/2024, I brought it to their attention and was transferred to Mgr. Oscar. Oscar began by going into the defensive and telling me that I was responsible without even asking me what the issue is. At some point, Oscar proceeded to tell me that he could no longer hear me and cut off the call. A very juvenile type behavior which makes me wonder how they become leaders over there. Also, before he hang up he claimed that he had proof of my email and IP address showing that I signed the document???? I am still waiting on said proof He's tone was definitely that of a bully! The interaction felt very BIZZARE!
