Run do not walk from this company, case number ****** on 4/30/2024 they put our account on hold and did not call us until 5/2/2024 I have called every day! we were told 72 hours and now we are well past 72 hours there are four charges being held $4811.00, $2850.00 and $15,000 x 2 with a total of $37,661.00. not sure if this company is having money issues or what but this is not normal, there is something going on and maybe now I will have to call an Attorney because nothing is being resolved. This is a lot of money for a small company like ours. This is CRAZY!!!!!!!! there is power in numbers so thinking this is going to be a big deal for a really good attorney here soon.Fiserv, Inc.

Our records reflect that the account came under risk review and it was determined the business was not supportive of progress payments on jobs not yet completed. Refunds would need to be initiated to offset the funds in reserve. A Risk Analyst validated with the Cardholder to contact their Bank to issue a dispute due to the extended delivery timeframe of service. We exited the relationship and closed the account on 5/22/24 and there are no funds held in reserve. Please note that our Risk Team has made attempts at contacting you to discuss, however, have been unsuccessful after leaving messages. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! They hold funds with no explanation. They are rude, unprofessional and every rep has a different story. Every single transaction they place a hold on with no explanation and takes weeks to get transactions in my business account. DO NOT USE. THEY ALL LIE AND GIVE DIFFERENT NON VALID REASONS AS TO HOLDS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! They are CROOKS!!!! They DO NOT CALL BACK WHEN THEY STATE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS! BEWARE!!! We had to learn the hard way. They do not have one good review!!!Fiserv, Inc.

I'm a small business owner. I've been utilizing their credit/debit card terminal (Clover). They did not deposit the sales from 4 days of work. I called customer service to report the issue after the 4th day. I thought maybe they would process the transactions later, as I think their system glitched or something. After two "tickets" and a ridiculous amount of hours over the phone, they sent a letter for me to sign "accepting full liability for and agree to indemnify Fiserv and its affiliates for all chargebacks, fees, and other expenses associated with the request to Fiserv... to special process the transactions." Does this mean that I made a mistake and have to PAY them for it? It's been more than a month and I'm still waiting for them to solve this issue and deposit my hard earned money into my account soon. I will be filling a complaint with my local consumer protection office if this issue is not solved promptly. I just wanted BBB and all small business owners to be aware of this business' practices.Fiserv, Inc.

About to call my attorney on this company, they terminated my merchant in November and have been holding over $17,000 since then, everytime i call into the company (if im able to get someone on the phone) they transfer me to the broker who set up the merchant account saying they have my funds which makes zero sense when I spoke to them and they told me my funds would be released in 60 days (from November) its now april and havent heard from them or received my funds. Would NEVER do business with them or recommend this company to process payments for anyone or any business. Complete scam of a company. Gladly reach out to my FiservFiserv, Inc.

This company is ridiculous. I waiting on the phone for almost 45 minutes because I made a payment that did not make it to the company it is supposed to go to through my back. Then I get someone and you can't hear them. There is so much background noise. Then he can't help me with MY account because a payment went through my husbands name, which is on MY account. I ask to speak with a supervisor and I was told that they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I am not sure if my call was recorded or not, but DANG. That was the most awful company on so many levels.Fiserv, Inc.

If there is a company in the US that needs to be put under legal jurisdiction, FiServ is the number one to be prosecuted and jailed. Their storm trooper imperialistic attitude is beyond any possible polite description. They decide WITHOUT informing either the client or even the bank what is right or wrong. Perhaps, they should work in ****** with the *** or in *****. I want to stay polite, hence I stop here what I have to say. ******************Fiserv, Inc.

-1000 stars: Closed my account and gave no reason why. Sent a letter with a number to call back to reactivate. It takes 10 minutes to route through the phone system and then no one ever answers. Ug, I finally got through. Once I got someone to talk to she seemed ok and helped me out.Fiserv, Inc.

They are subcontracted to provide automatic bill payment services for ************ In 30 years as a *************** customer I have never dealt with a less professional organization. Confronted with a problem, I waited on hold for over an hour for someone to pick up their "customer service" line. Instead of trying to resolve my problem -- which they created -- they acted like a collection agency, demanding reimbursement for funds that they were not authorized to pay from one of my accounts.They acted arbitrarily, with no notification. I had to have a ****** employee locate the paper trail on the issue. When I notified them I was not going to "reimburse" them for paying the same invoice twice, they turned off access to my bill pay service. Even ****** could not reactivate it. I have never experienced a subcontractor interfering with the contracting company that you are the customer of.Overall, my impression was that they operate similar to a criminal racket. They take money from your account, don't tell you what they did with it and then extort payment by keeping you from paying your other bills. Because of this experience, I am contacting ****** executives to demand they diump these guys.Fiserv, Inc.

Beware! If you ever have to call them, make sure you get the name of the person and where they are located. I had a claim that was NEVER filed, inaccurate information and I had to start all over from scratch a week later when I went to follow up and NOTHING was done. To transfer my call, it took over 3 minutes on hold. By the time I got to someone I needed to speak with, I was on the phone for over 10 minutes. All the responses are SO SCRIPTED, you can barely have a conversation with anyone to get to the point. If you have the ability to not use them, do so. If you cannot, get all the information you can, (claim number, dispute number, name of the person you are speaking with and where they are located). After they did not do their job, I asked for my claim to be expedited and they said NO. Avoid using them at all costs. Also, when I asked them to spell the name of the company, they put me on hold and would not provide any information.Fiserv, Inc.

Horrible company completely unethical Do not use this company to process your credit cards they are not working for you. They do not have your best interest in mind. They will commit and are complicit in credit card fraud They will knowingly without hesitation Interrupt your business financially they do not care They will violate their merchant service agreement, and two seconds flat There are lots of other companies that processed credit cards. Their employees are rude and hostile. Affiliates are Falmouth and threatening Also, they seem to mostly deal with Clover machines are unreliable and faulty. At least the ones I was getting. Clover seems to be Fiserv and vice versa even though they say it’s two separate companies Both serve and Clover have terrible customer service they lack in every department from customer service to Charge Back. You can’t get any information out of anybody they mislead you every chance they get. Dishonest, if you disagree, then the threats and defamation start I only wish I could post some of their emails on here Not to mention the only contract in the United States that is valid is a contract from Fiserve or Clover This company will cost you more money by 10 AM on a Monday then you would lose if you didn’t take credit cards as payment options I have dealt with these people for almost 5 years. Do not sign another contract with him. Trust me they’ll sign it for you. Do yourself a favor if you’re a small business or a large business or a medium size business these people have no scruples at all. I have never had a good experience with them being new to business. I did not realize how easy it was to find a better company, they sell your information on the Internet. I guarantee it since I parted ways with them almost the day of I receiving hundreds of calls from processing companies, loan companies, tool, manufactures and any other vendor who they could sell my companies information to.
