      I placed an order for a bobblehead in May 2024. Two months later I followed up with the company because I had not received my order. I was told the order would arrive in October. In November I contacted the company for a status update and was told the order wouldnt arrive until February 2025. I requested a refund and was told I would receive one in 10 days. It has been two months and I have not received my refund. I sent an email on January 15, 2025 inquiring about the status of my refund and have received no response. I would like my order cancelled and a full refund.

      I ordered KU bobblehead on May 13th, 2024. Was told would receive end of Oct. Called end of Oct was told it was delayed a month. Called end of Nov, was told it was again delayed until end of December which was upsetting since this was supposed to be a Christmas present. Called December 31st was told again shipping delayed another month. I asked for my order be cancelled at this time and refund my money. I received am email on Jan 2nd stating my order was cancelled and refund issued. I called Tuesday, January 14th and was told by ****** (only person who ever answers the phone) that he would send an email to expedite my refund so I get it by Friday, January 17th. I called on Thursday the 16th, just to confirm my refund was being processed. Talked to ****** again who told me he didn't know and that somebody else handled refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told they could only be reached by email, which is the same email on the website. I sent an email on Thursday, January 16th asking for the status of my refund and have not heard back. I questioned the legitimacy of a company who does not ship orders or fulfill refunds.Please help, I'd just like a refund of my money.Thank you

      On 2/ 24/24 I purchased a ****** Thunderbird St. ****** Red Storm Mascot Bobblehead from the National Bobblehead store for a total of $39.50. When I purchased it, said it would ship July 2024. It never got it. I contacted the company & was told it would now arrive in October. By November I still had not received the order and the website is now showing ship date of Feb 2025. I emailed them again now asking for full refund. Finally on November 19, 2024 I received a reply stating they would process a cancellation & refund within 10 days. Its now 1/3/25 and I still dont have the refund and no one is replying to my continued emails.

We have investigated this and see that our initial attempts to process the refund did not go through successfully, which can be seen in the attached printout of the order page. On our end, it showed as being refunded on 1/21/25, but the refund was unsuccessful due to the time limit that ****** imposes. When we realized this, we manually sent the full order amount back to you via ****** on January 29th as shown in the second printout.

      i ordered the ************** bobblehead back in september to be delivered in january, they took my money right away. i cancelled this order on december 1 via email i received a response saying they cancelled the order and would be refunded my money within 10 days, well it is now december 31 and i still have not received my refund i emaild them numerous times with no response until last week when i got an email saying my order was cancelled with no mention of a refund, i also called several times the man that answered said he would give them the message apparently that didn't work either. i have tried being nice but with some companies it dosen't work. i would just like my money back.

      On April 4, 2024 I ordered ************* 2024 **** Men's Basketball National Champions Bobbleheads (Presale) - Set of 3 3. In Septemember I emailed for a ***************** and was given an October ************************************************************************************************ November. Getting concerned I cancelled order and I have eamil stating I will get full refund of $338 in 10 business days. I waited 3 weeks and asked for status. No reply. They are no longer replying to my requests. Also when I called in December they just hung up on me when asked for status of refund. Today (12/29/2024) I see National Bobblehead site says items due end of December. Somethings not right.

      I heard from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum via email on Thursday (01/09/2025). They finally processed the refund in full to my credit card company.  I checked Sunday morning (01/12/2025) and it shows the refund in a pending mode.

      I am satisfied with National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum efforts to resolve the matter.

      On April 12th, 2024 I purchased "************* 2024 **** Men's Basketball National Champions Bobbleheads (Presale) - Back-to-Back Champions" for $48.00. I understood it was a presale item and may take a while to ship, so I waited for 3 months before calling in July to see if there was an update of then the item might ship. When I called in July I was told the item would not ship until September. When I called back in September I was told the item would not ship until October. When I called in October I was told the item would not ship until November. When I called in November I was told the item would not ship until December. Finally, I decided to request a refund as it had been going on 8 months since I originally made this purchase. I was told via email on November 18th that my cancellation request had been submitted and would be processed in 10 business days. Several weeks went by with no refund or cancellation confirmation, so I followed up via email 3 more times and never heard back from them again. I decided to call last week (December 18th) and it sounded like my cancellation request wasn't actually submitted properly and the person I spoke with said they were submitting it today and that I would receive the confirmation and refund within the next week. Here we are, a week and a half later, and still nothing. I recently looked at reviews both on ****** and BBB and have realized this is a very common problem that many customers experience. At this point, I just want to receive a refund of $48 for a product I order 9 months ago and never received. The customer service team at the ****************************************************************** has been so poor that I'm turning to the BBB in hopes that you will be able to assist me.

      I wanted to let you all know that within 5 minutes of receiving your email that the complaint had been submitted to the National Bobblehead Museum, they cancelled my order and refunded my money. What had taken me 8 plus months to try and do, was accomplished in 5 minutes after I contacted you.

      On 11/12/2024 I placed order number *******. I later canceled the order and on 11/18/2024 I received an email saying that they received my cancellation request and would process it within 10 days. It is now 12/23/2024 and I still have not received my refund. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank if I do not receive a full refund by end of month

      Order placed 8/17/24 was supposed to arrive by 12/15/24. Delivery date extended by company at least twice, to Feb 2025. Refund requested 12/5/24, & I received a confirmation email that a refund would be provided within 10 business days. 10 business days later, and no refund has been provided

      Almost a year ago, I placed an order which they were unable to fulfill. In October I canceled the order which I have confirmation of order # ******* I requested a check be issued as I no longer have the credit card that was used and was told it would be taken care of by Friday. Every week I call they tell me it will be taken care of by Friday and they have no way to transfer me to the billing department because its a small company they say Would appreciate help in getting my refund for this order that was canceled and not fulfilled Thank you *** ******** **********

      I order the **** ********** 1980 Olympic bobblehead in March 2024. Was told it would be delivered in July 2024. I had not received the bobblehead as of July 17 so I emailed the company asking when it would be delivered. They responded that it would be in their fulfillment center in September 2024. I then received a text message on Sept. 13 with a message that the bobblehead would be in the fulfillment center in Oct. 2024. I then received another text message on Oct 14, 2024 that the bobblehead would be in the fulfillment center in November. I emailed the compant on Oct. 14, 2024 asking about the delivery of the bobblehead that ordered and paid for in March 2024. They responded with, " they have been delayed unfortunately." I also called the company 4 times in Oct 14, 2024. It took me 4 calls to speak to a person and the only thing he told me was the bobblehead was delayed . I received an email from the company on Nov. 12, 2024 that the bobblehead was, "expected to arrive in the fulfillment center by the end of the week." I emailed the company again on Nov. 25, 2024 and have not received a response regarding the delivery of my bobblehead. I read many similar complaints on the reviews regarding this company. Not sure how this company is still in business with all the negative reviews about customers paying money and never receiving their product. I sure hope you can help me with this situation. I would either like my money back or receive the bobblehead.

      The day I filed the complaint  - 11/26 - I received an email from the company that my item was shipped on 11/25.  I did receive the item I ordered about 2-3 days later.  I am satisfied with the response.  Please keep in mind that I received my item 8 months after ordering and after many emails and phone calls.  I read 30+ reviews and the people writing the reviews all had similar experiences as mine.  ************ seems very sketchy.  I feel as if I didn't stay  on them,I may have never received my item.  It does not take 8 months to produce a bobblehead and ship it to the customer.
