      I keep getting phone calls and statements in the mail saying I owe them an amount from Walmart that I supposedly spent but have called my bank and Walmart and neither one of them can confirm this information, I have been told by both my bank and Walmart I do not owe this amount yet these people still harass me, have been told they are a total scam

      I wanted to make a relatively small purchase as a trustee on a managed account and wrote a check on the trust account in order to keep the financial aspect clean. The trust account is with a major financial bank. Telecheck refused the check, were difficult to get through to, and finally said that "to be safe" I should try again in 24 hours. I was standing in a store with a 50 pound item to be loaded in my truck. I told them, "thanks but no thanks" and an writing the store to request that they terminate their contract with Telecheck. I'll try purchasing elsewhere, but will do an inquiry in order to avoid any store that uses Telecheck.

      Worst company ever. They keep denying my transactions with my ***** card from ************ station and they don't stop denying it. They should be shut down by the feds and never be allowed to do business again.

      WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH...I have bee ngetting the run around for 4 days. They tell me they need certain information but you give it to them and they say its not correct but they can't tell me whats not correct. I ask to speak to a supervisor and they will not let me talk to anyone. I called back a few mins later and as soon as they answered I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me. I call right back and now they will not answer the phone, it's just playing music telling me to hold. They are holding my information hostage kinda like a game.

      I typically shop my local Tractor Supply for feed for my animals, everyone knows me when I come in. I had a couple of fraudulent online transactions hit my bank account, so the bank has canceled my Debit Card, my new card has not been issued yet. So I used a check to try and pay for my purchase (of under $200). TeleCheck declined my check, the store clerks were almost as confused and upset as I was. I called TeleCheck, and they were evasive the first time mentioning my info was updated. I then tried using their website, which returned information not related to me. I called them again, and was told its because I didnt have any history with them. I expressed that my own bank wasnt denying me access to my funds, that I have zero derogatory check writing experience, that there in fact is no risk. They said they understood but would not change the denial and couldnt either promise or deny whether Id be stopped from writing checks in the future. My final comment was that perhaps they wished to adversely impact local businesses, since they are making it difficult to do business with local establishments. If I have zero derogatory history and my bank is not blocking me, quite frankly I d not understand what gives TeleCheck the right to deny my check? Are they trying to function as a bank???

      SCAM! Had two checks declined, with MORE than enough funds available. Wasted two checks, that have been voided now. Prevent fraud? I’d say the company is a fraud service. Have contingencies in place with the banking institution, not this scam. I was also told that I don’t have a “history” of writing checks….i have written over 15 checks since January, for large amounts. Don’t tell me it’s to prevent fraud. I spoke to a Bella, but got no where. They can’t even email me the problems, but they will gladly mail it to my address, but may take 30 calendar days. Customers need solutions resolved, not just what your paper says to a particular problem or how to answer our responses. Have some critical thinking for yourselves. First off, learn to speak English a little better. Thanks.

      Telecheck is a scam. They have no ability to verify your check without demanding to talk directly to your bank. Good luck with that outside of banking hours. Any retailer that uses them is not getting what they are paying for.

      Legitimacy of this organization is questionable.Several calls originating from their organization involving fraudulent activity on my banking account were futile. I have had to escalate the situation thru other means.

      Scam operation. Claim to be aiding transactions but decline transactions due to some magical algorithm. What is the point of merchants using this service when clients are declined due to not meeting an algorithm despite plenty of funds available. Now I have incurred unwanted and unnecessary credit card fees. And endured the humiliation of being declined. I am forced to leave one star but in truth it should be zero stars.
