One of the worst companies in existence!!!!!! I am unable to pay my ****** bill online because Telecheck would not accept my payment. My bank account has more than enough to pay that bill and a thousand more like it. I ended up calling ****** customer service and paid my bill using the same checking account and it went through just fine. Telecheck needs to be investigated for FRAUD!!!!!!!TeleCheck Services, LLC

Telecheck is a horrible company. We have a construction company and when we write a check it gets declined. Have to call Telecheck and they have to verify the company so they put the person calling on hold and then call the company. Talk about stupid! Not only does it cost time for the employee to stand waiting for them to okay the check but the employee that is on the phone with Telecheck. I have sent an invoice to Telecheck for the lost revenue they are costing my company. According to them the check falls outside the parameters. How can you set parameters on a construction business. This is the worst company ever. It doesn't happen once in a while but has happened on the last 3 checks presented to a supplier. I wish I could give it negative stars as that is what it deserves.TeleCheck Services, LLC

This company is horrible. Had check declined at ******* this wekend, had plenty of funds in checking account. Telecheck could not tell me why, no negative on report. Never had check declined before. Had to pay with credit card. Took forever and give way too much info to person on phone. I will not shop at ******* again. Telecheck is not a good company, needs to be checked out. Only getting a 1 star cause i cant leave 0TeleCheck Services, LLC

TeleCheck Declined a personal check at a merchant. There was no decline number listed on the receipt. When I called telecheck and gave them all my banking information, they told me they had not declined the check. I am able to write a check at other stores and cash checks at the bank with no issues whatsoever. This is a merchant, I have been going to for over 30 years. I think telecheck service is bogus. They want way too much personal information when trying to find out what exactly is going on. I do not want to give my license, social security number and banking information over the phone to someone who is obviously working in a huge room with a bunch of other telemarketers. If your a business and thinking about using telecheck then please reconsider, the employees have no way of correcting false flagged accounts. You can bet I will not write another check at ********. And if your ******** find yourself another check verifying company or demand better service for your customers. It's hard to believe that we have allowed ourselves to trust in computers so much that we do not allow ourselves a way to control some of the parameters (incase the programming has a flaw -happens all the time, thats why we have updates. Computers do not make mistakes, humans do. Who programmed it?) The following is my experience; -Wrote a check at ******** (I normally do not do) -denied code 3 -2 dropped call with a 3rd successful verified check -send kids to car with groceries stop at the liquor outlet thinking I just verified myself. -write another check for 1/10th the amount I just verified. -denied code 3 -left without purchase because my cold and frozen items I purchased was going to go bad since it already took 40 min to clear the first check -called on way home was told they can not adjust the parameters on my account and the computer decides. -informed telecheck I wanted to file a formal complaint at which time the employees refused to give his name but finally lied and gave false one (I recalled him introducing himself as carlos) -spoke with supervisor who basically told me they had no control over computer. I feel like I had done nothing wrong. The computer was wrong and they have no way of correcting it? I have never wrote a.bad check in my life, I have good credit and plenty of money to pay the check. I have no experience with this company but that translates to me bieng flagged as a fraud and they can't do anything about it, wow. This grocery shopping experience at ******** took from 1730 hours to 2015 hours to complete and I didn't even get all the stuff I tried to buy.TeleCheck Services, LLC

Awful, totally awful!! Guy did not help at all and even gave me the wrong fax number to send my proof of check being good. Telecheck has unreliable services that they offer to large corporations that determine if a person is able to write a check to pay for items being purchased. A transaction can be approved on one day then 2 days later the check is decline. When you call telecheck to verify why the check was declined they tell you it is due to lack of history on the account. This is the 3rd call with telecheck to verify information, the process is time consuming in the event you are on the call for 20 minutesTeleCheck Services, LLC

Telecheck is unethical in its policies. Return check fees are inexcusably high and punitive. $25.00 is outrageous, and the fee was taken from my account without notice to me. The return policy had not been previously revealed. The fee was levied without my knowledge or permission. Reaching a human customer service agent is nearly impossible; majority of time is "hold". Customer service reps are calm and say they want to be helpful. However, they form a well constructed brick wall of immutable "company policy". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, after waiting on hold, I was disconnected. I had spent an hour trying to resolve this problem, and was passed from one part of the bureau to another. I am in Madison Wisconsin. Ann, at telecheck, told me to call ***, their "collections" agency. Tamika was polite, but immutable, citing "company policy". When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me he was not available and I should put my complaint in writing. I asked the name of her supervisor, and she said Dwayne *******. Since I believe further attempts to get the return fee reversed would be completely futile, I am reporting the them to Better Business Bureau. I have been asked to select a "star rating", which I object to. I don't want to give them any stars, but without one, my review cannot be left.TeleCheck Services, LLC

Tried to write a check at **** ***** today. TeleCheck denied it. **** ***** employees gave me a number to call. Called it and gave the AI routing and account info, plus check number. TeleCheck's AI response said that it had asked **** ***** for additional information and **** ***** didn't provide it. **** ***** employees were confused. I still haven't been able to pay for the damn side door for my mom's house. lol. It's been there for 56 years, is beginning to fall apart, but I guess it will have to stay there longer.TeleCheck Services, LLC
