      Awful customer service. I'm not sure how this company is in business. asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me she doesn't have one and she would have to send out an email for my complaint. how does an employee not know who their supervisor is?? trying to help my elderly customer because her checks are being denied through telecheck system, what a nightmare!!! got no help. i spoke with Aida employee # ******, she told me she updated the customers information and hopefully that will help and she could possibly write a check tomorrow. SHE HAS FUNDS SO STOP DENYING THE CHECKS TO BEGIN WITH. absolute joke of a business.

However, your customer can provide additional information directly to TeleCheck for further assistance.1 TeleCheck is a check acceptance and check warranty company which works with merchants nationwide who wish to accept payment by check. Notably, TeleCheck has no visibility into a consumers checking account balance; if it issued a check decline it would have been based on a risk assessment of the consumers check writing history or based on a prior unresolved debt item.       I wrote a check to best buy. He told me you can try. We use telecheck and they decline just about every check. We can open you a line of credit. No. I want to pay cash. Telecheck declined my check. I called. She said they don't know my bank with routing and account number. She ask for all information on check. Shouldn't they have that? They declined me that they don't know my bank and high activity. The girl was foreign. Difficult to understand. I'm offended by that. I've been with my bank since 2004. This is 2022. I told her telecheck socks. You need to find yourself a job with a better company. What do they do? I dont think any high caliper person would work for them. Telecheck is a sham. I wonder how many sales and customers best buy loses because of telecheck. Shameful. Telecheck doesn't know my bank or me. Best buy knows me. Telecheck doesn't know if its afoot or on horseback.

I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you have encountered regarding this issue, as well as for any difficulty you have experienced with our customer support team, as that is certainly not our intention.For background, TeleCheck is a check acceptance company and specialty credit reporting agency which works with merchants nationwide who wish to accept payment by check. For many merchants, TeleCheck also provides warranty services. As part of its services, TeleCheck evaluates and processes check payments at the point of sale for its merchant clients by evaluating transactions against its database. If TeleCheck accepts a check, it guarantees payment to the merchant even if the check returns unpaid for some reason.1 TeleCheck will decline a check when there are negative items associated with a check writer in its database (a Code 4 decline) or when a statistical analysis of the check and the transaction indicates a greater risk that a check will not clear than a merchant is willing to accept.2 In those instances, TeleCheck will issue a Code 3 decline. We would also encourage you to visit TeleChecks website as noted in your complaint to learn more about the services we provide for both merchants and consumers.While we understand your frustration, we need a little more information to help us locate the specific decline in our system so we can help resolve your concerns. With this information we should be able to better figure out why you received the decline and see if there are any additional steps that we can take to minimize the chance you will receive any other declines in the future.       Pathetic excuse for a company and Belle Badge 0297 is a waste of a paycheck. She has no more authority than the person she supervises. Not letting my checks clear when I have funds is unacceptable!

      I write only a limited number of checks. The retail store I wrote a check to on 07/26/22 uses telecheck. When they processed my check it was declined. The reason given was that TeleCheck did not have a record or experience with my account. My account has been in affect for about 8 years and has never been NSF. I have a credit rating of 827. Luckily I was able to use a credit card to complete the transaction (and later transfer funds from the checking account to reimburse the CC. I called telecheck and after listening to a long and not specific automated response I talked to a representative. I was told that because I have never had a check processed through telecheck my check was declined. With this extremely poor method of check qualification, TeleCheck is worthless as a security tool and disqualifies perfectly capable purchases from using their checking account(s). I will.probably boycott all merchandizers who use TeleCheck. This TeleCheck system is extremely poor and very bad news.
