  12/08/23 Blau sudden service will quote a price after charging you to come to your house 1st., then turn around and quote you more to fix Unbroken parts to your plumbing after they take it apart. They will even leave your job unfinished and leave the premises with a job ripped up and in pieces that they broke. Make sure you check their license if they have one when they come. I will NEVER let them come to my house ever again. Other Contractors will agree with the way Blau does their buisness. No Reimbursment for a job left undone either. Then you will NEVER get a hold of the manager/owner because they dont care and will not contact you back. Read what you sign too! No WARRANTIES, NO GUARANTEES with this Company. They will actually laugh at you. Unfair practices. Thanks Kyle, but NO THANKS! Never Again!

  David ** did a great and very thorough job one again. All of the employees we have encountered with Blau have been pleasant, but David goes above and beyond. They almost always can come to your house the same day. Their pricing is average. It is worth it for the service and thoroughness.

  On Monday 11/27/23 I called Blau Plumbing Inc for some leaking and clogged faucets. Hayden was sent to my home and made repairs quickly. Hayden was very professional and had no problem taking the time to explain the problems and how they occurred. I would and will recommend Blau Plumbing Inc, for anyone that needs professional plumbing services/.

  I was quoted a price of $826 dollar . I paid the amount before the job was complete but was told that the issue couldn’t be fixed because of my staircase wasn’t not safe to bring the sewer machine because of deteriorating stair case.The plumber name was Kirby. I asked him why did I have to pay the full amount because the job wasn’t finished. He said that he would have to talk to his boss. After talking to him ( not his boss) he said that his boss said no for a refund or at least partial refund.

  I called Blau because my laundry tub was not draining. I also advised that there was a leak under the wash tub. The plumber came out at 12:30 in the afternoon and quoted the repair of $974. I thought it was odd since he didn’t really know how long the repair would take, but I agreed to that and gave him my credit card. After he was done, he informed me that I still had a plugged laundry tub. I asked how much that would cost and he advised $375 for the record he came to my house at 12:30 and was done with both of these “major repairs by 1:45 in the afternoon. While I can’t complain about the work that was done, I do feel the price was extremely excessive given the short amount of time the plumber was there , I will never ever call Blau again under any circumstances. I Willet advised that I did call other plumbers, but they weren’t able to get there on the same day. It would’ve been much more advantageous of me to not do laundry until a more reasonable plumber could get to my house

  This company is awesome. Had water backup in my basement from all the recent storms and they came out and re scanned my sewer drain at no charge as they had been here the previous month for the same issue. Would highly recommend this company and their wonderful service workers.
