  Jeff was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly and worked extremely quick to get in and out. I do not know the other gentleman's name that was with him but he was just as awesome! I will definitely use his service again!

  I called them because my sewer in the basement backed up when the plumber arrived I was given an estimate of 700 dollars for 30 minutes worth of work for which all the plumber would have to do is run an electric snake thru the pipe once and that would clear it. 5 years ago I had Blau's come and do exactly that and it only costed me 122.50 for them to run a snake thru the sewer. When I mentioned that to the plumber from blau's I was told that wasn't true and that inflation caused their prices to go up. Prior to the to the plumber arriving someone from their office informed me that they allow the plumber coming to my home to set the price when I refuse to pay the price of 700 dollars I was then forced to pay a 60 dollar trip charge. I did find a different plumber who did the job for 115 dollars and that plumber told me that the price that Blau's gave me was extremely outrageous so I called Blaus office to discuss it with them and I got no where in the end I told the owner that I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the owner responded with threats He told me that if I did that then he would take legal action against me.

  Great service from the first phone call until the work was done. We appreciated the effort to get someone out to our home on a Saturday afternoon. The journeyman and assistant did a very professional job. Great service!

  The service I am sure was fine, that isn't the issue. The cost, however, was outrageous. $484 to replace an existing kitchen faucet, in which I had already bought the replacement. And that was after the "20% discount". The plumber completed the work in 45mins. Then they had the nerve to give me a $5 coupon for future work. I was referred to this company by All Star Pros and was told it would be an $89 service charge to have someone come out, but told the cost would depend on the work. Do you homework, shop around, get a quote with numbers and if you can afford Blau's costs go for it. The old faucet was leaking badly and I just needed the work done or I would have declined the service and shopped for another company.
