I have ordered lilies from Holland Bulb for years. This company always surpasses my expectations. The bulbs are good size & healthy. I live in ** which is a zone 3-4. These bulbs survive & thrive for me, with nothing more than proper depth of planting & summer watering, since drought is common in **. The lilies produce multiple flowers on each stem. I'm happy to have bulbettes multipying the future lily bulbs in my garden. The phone staff is welcoming, polite, knowledgeable & helpful. The product is well wrapped & healthy upon delivery. The company stands behind their bulbs. I highly recommend Holland Bulbs to everyone.Holland Bulb Farms

I ordered hardy hibiscus in March. I waited until time they should have been delivered which was supposed to be end the first time end of March first of April. I called and was told not ready yet so now end of April first of May. Still no plants. Then it was we don't know when. Summer would have been over. I only ordered online because I can't get around to shop. They did give me a refund but that was just ridiculousHolland Bulb Farms

Worst plants ever and no customer service. i ordered 6 plants ,5 were dead , i planted them to see if they were dormant , but nothing their guarantee is useless . Tried to talk to them but they take days to respond .and make it impossible to get a refund .Holland Bulb Farms

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the frustration this may have caused. It is our peak season so our response times may be slower, we do appreciate your patience. If items do arrive in poor condition, we do ask that you contact us within 5 days of arrival and provide images of those items. Due to the nature of our product, if there are concerns with condition the window to report concerns is crucial.
We have been in contact regarding the order, the first contact was about three weeks after delivery. Upon request, images were shared of where the items were planted, unfortunately, we were not able to see the condition prior to planting. Once items are planted, we do ask that you allow appropriate time for growth. A store credit was issued for the items that have not shown growth. As stated in our guarantee, we do not offer refunds for items that fail to grow. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Holland bulb company offers early sales and promotions for the following years planting and then reneges on their promise guarantee. The only reason I bought the bulbs was a great discounted price. Also, buyer beware, there products are older and dryer than they say. Total garbage. Stay away.Holland Bulb Farms

If there is ever a concern with the condition of items on arrival, we do ask that you reach out to our customer service department within 5 days of deliver and provide images at that time. I heard good things about this company so I decided to make a purchase. I put my items in my cart and proceeded to check out. Everything went fine but when I received my order it was all wrong and when I contacted them they in short said I was mistaken and have refused to take the items I purchased back and send me what I ordered. They said what I ordered was what was in my cart I never even looked at those items only what I intended to purchase. I have contacted them several times with no luck in getting what I want and now I'm stuck with items I can not use or even need not to mention the money I am out of. Very disappointed in a company that I had heard such good things about.Holland Bulb Farms

Thank you so much for your feedback and we do apologize for the frustration. When the order is placed, we do provide a confirmation email that does show the items that were purchased. If there are any issues on the confirmation, we do need to be notified as soon as possible. We are not showing any changes were made to the order after it was placed on our website. We did confirm that the items listed on the confirmation were the items that were delivered. I do apologize, we have not refused a refund or return on the items. The items received can still be returned to us for a refund, however we do not provide the return shipping label. I have purchased several amaryllis kits and bare bulbs over the course of a couple of years. All have flourished. The bulbs purchased just after xmas (at very good prices) all produced 3 or 4 flower spikes over the course of an extended period. The bulbs delivered at the end of April (again at very good prices) first bulb spikes are just starting to open. As always the bulbs were very large and healthy looking. Shipping has been always fast (with heat packs to prevent frost damage in the colder months) and the bulbs and kits have looked great on delivery. The older bulbs flower reliably and are starting to split into multiple bulbs. I have never had any reason to return anything. I am about to order some plants for my outdoor garden.Holland Bulb Farms

I have not ordered plants & bulbs online this is my first season ordering from Holland Bulb Farms. I have been more than pleased with the quality of their bulbs/plants, Costs & Customer Service. I was especially impressed with the Amaryllis bulbs they sell. They were fantastic! They bloomed beautiful big Flowers, tall strong stalks & prices were great! The gift giver kits were fantastic!! I sent out many to friends, they loved how easy they were & never had watched an Amaryllis growing & bloom, they we totally impressed!! I ordered Stargazer Lillies from Holland Bulb Farms. When the bulbs started growing it was apparent that they were not stargazer lillies and I informed the company and they told me that I had to wait and send pictures when the flowers bloom. Flowers did bloom and I sent pictures various times and customer service told we that the "flowers did not appear to be growing correctly". It wasn't an issue with flowers. They sent the wrong flowers and would not admit it. After multiple emails and phone calls they agreed to reimburse me for the plants but I haven't receive it yet. I have wasted precious growing time fooling around with this company. I would not recommend buying anything from this company...shady customer service as well.Holland Bulb Farms

We understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be, especially as they were a gift. We do not take these errors lightly and will be sharing the images with our supplier who packages our items to help prevent similar issues in the future. I can confirm from the phone call on 5/16 that a refund was issued to the original form of payment. This may take a few business days to reflect in the account.
