    NOT HAPPY! In my first order 6 of my nine cana bulbs were dead. I emailed them and sent pictures and they will not get back with me. On my second order that I got today it was supposed to be 10 more cana bulbs they are nothing but empty shells and one was no bigger than my finger nail and one was missing all together. I am supposed to have another order come Friday of 10 daylilys and I am already dreading to see what they look like. I should have waited until my first order got here before ordering anything else and that is on me. No I take that back....I should have looked at reviews first and not ordered anything from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    Hello ********,Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your recent orders. I'm so sorry the Canna were not in good condition upon arrival. After reviewing your emails, it looks like the email was sent to us on Monday 7/25/22. We did send a reply the following day on Tuesday 7/26/22 at 11:09 AM Central time indicating we would be sending replacements for the Canna that were in poor condition. I do not see the replacements have arrived to you yet according to the tracking information. If you do have concerns once those replacements arrive, please send images and we would be happy to issue refund if they are not viable. If you are concerned with the Lilies that are delivered today, we would be happy to find a solution for those as well once we receive images. I do apologize again the items are not arriving in good condition. It is difficult to sometimes safely send items when it is hot out and we do the best we can to choose the shipping method that would be the most efficient when the packages are shipped. It does appear we have answered all emails received from you regarding the items in poor condition. Again, if you have concerns regarding any future orders, please send the images to our email and we'd be happy to find a solution for you at that time.

    Holland Bulb Farms sends out their old stock and it will come at an odd time of year. I have a PhD in Horticulture and doubt if I can do business with them another time. Let the buyer beware. The Better Business Bureau should check very carefully see if this company should be allowed to do business with in the USA. I am a farmer

    Hello,Thank you so much for reaching out to us. We do receive fresh product from Holland and growers in the ** every season. Our Spring/Summer season does extend during the Summer months and we do ship items that are still good to plant in most climates. During the Summer months when we have our Spring/Summer Clearance Sale, we do indicate on all of our items that they are shipping right away, within 1 business day. Since most of our customers can still plant into the Summer months, we do continue to ship as long as quality is still good, which we do check regularly. If you are concerned it might be too late in your climate to plant items successfully, we would recommend waiting until the following season to order since we do ship throughout July and into August. Although it is hot in most climates, many plants, especially perennials, will thrive being planted in the Summer months as long as they are given plenty of water to come out of dormancy successfully. We do apologize if the timeframe wasn't right for your zone. For future, we do recommend ordering a bit earlier in the season or make sure all items that are indicated SHIPS NOW on our website are good for your zone.

    Have had no success with the plants sent by Holland bulb. Ordered sedums and they came in packages of dirt and dust. They sent me more the next season and again they did not grow. Order dwarf Cana Which were supposed to go no more than 30 inches and they are at least 4 feet tall so they do not work in the space in my garden and now I have to pull them up and start over. Would never recommend this company!

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I'm so sorry the items you ordered did not perform well for you. We do have a 100% Grow Guarantee on all of our items and would be happy to find a suitable solution for you. All of our items are sent in a dormant stage so they will appear dry upon arrival. This is normal to prevent them from starting to actively grow in transit which can cause them to rot possibly become damaged. If you are ever concerned about the condition, we do ask you send us images to our email so our bulb experts can review and help indicate if they are viable or not. I do apologize too that it sounds like some of the Canna are not growing correctly. There may have been a problem when they were being packaged from our supplier. If you could please send images to our email, we would be happy to forward the images to our supplier and also help resolve this for you. There is a Contact Email page right on our website that does allow you to add images. Please reach out through our email with an order number so we can better assist you. Again, I do apologize and we would be more than happy to help with our Grow Guarantee.
