Ordered 4 shirts, received 2 pair of pants. Online live chat is unavailable. Phone support has an over 3 hour wait. Sent an email 2 days ago and still haven't received a reply. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not buy from Duluth again.I really don't care if it is your busy season, if you are not smart enough to hire more people for the busy season that is just another reason to not buy from you again.

Placed an order on 11/24 with no response or status update to date. Have checked order status several times and it still reads that it is awaiting pickup from carrier (for 21 days?? Cmon..)Tried to call customer service and there is a 3 hour wait. Absolutely awful online shipping experience will never use Duluth Trading again.Duluth Trading Company

1 starIm very disappointed with Duluth as a company. My fianc love their clothing line; there customer service terrible. I ordered him insulated work jacket and a gift card for Christmas. The jacket came but no gift card. There was no email with the gift card number either. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get ahold of someone in their customer service department. But no one has answered. I guess they scammed me out of 100$ with that gift card. Im might be one person but I will never drop money in that store again. They can kick rocks!!!Review fromJana F

I ordered a leather belt bag for my brother in law for Christmas. So far I have received a pair of womens pants, and a 2XT Flannel shirt. I returned the first mistake item and was assured that I would receive the correct item via mail. I called the store concerning the second mistake item and was told to bring it back and they would order the item I ordered originally. I ordered the item I wanted online because I am recovering from major and multiple surgeries. You cant get ahold of anyone on the customer service line even after waiting hours. I have never received such terrible customer service, especially from such an expensive and overpriced company.Duluth Trading Company

Ordered on 11/26, was charged to my credit card on Dec 1. Tracking showed that it would get delivered on Dec 8th. Still havent received it and the tracking has disappeared!! Emailed customer service dec 11, return automated email was received saying they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. After 24 hours called customer service the wait said 1 hour but I could leave my number and they would call me back 24 hours later still no call back. Tried the live chat it said unavailable and to call customer service. Called again tonight, waiting for over 2 hours of hold as it told me a representative would be connected soon, after 2 hours of waiting I finally had to hang up! so very angry , I understand it it the holiday season and everyones busy. But seriously dont charge my credit card if you cant deliver!! This is supposed to be a Christmas gift and I need to know if i need to find something else!!Duluth Trading Company

Ordered 3 in stock items 11/24. Very poor updates on order status. Did not receive it for 18 days!!! (12/12) And too late for me to wrap and get it mailed to its destination for Christmas. Considering it was shipped from ******* **, a distance of *** miles from me, it traveled 1.14 miles per hour! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I believe the issue & confusion over where the shipment was was because company is using a blend of UPS & USPS shipping, cheaper for them—absolutely awful for customers! Their customer service system is out dated.I was charged $15.99 for shipping even though their stated policy on their site promises free shipping for orders of $50 or more. When I tried to phone them the wait time was over an hour and when I live chatted my inquiry went unanswered.Duluth Trading Company
