Duluth customer service is terrible. I placed an order November 13, 2023. Part of the order arrived. I never received any correspondence regarding an item being sold out. I contacted them regarding canceling the item. Sadly, I can't find a notice that I will be reimbursed for the sold out item. The customer service chat system was terrible to use. I'm still waiting to see the credit on my card.

The worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. Placed order for Birthday gift with plenty of time to ship. Have received no updates. Wait on hold for hours to get an agent on the phone. Live chat is a useless AI program. Received original order confirmation and that is it. Continue to receive advertisements to email but nothing else. Horrible experience and I would like my order cancelled immediately.Duluth Trading Company

What has happened to Duluth's quality?! Their shirts do not hold buttons on after a few washes. "Flex Fabric" in every pant they make? They no longer offer inseam of 28" in jeans which only adds to my cost for alteration and time waisted in doing so; especially for the price Duluth charges. No longer my go to store for clothes. I placed an order on Monday, November 27, 2023, and while I received an order acknowledgement, I received no further information on this order. I tried tracking it through their website, while logged into my "account" and got nothing. I tried emailing, and after more than 24 hours, I still had not received a response. Finally on Friday, December 1, 2023, I was able to finally reach a "live" agent online, who advised me that my order was "in process" but she could not tell me when this order might even ship. When I requested that she cancel it, she told me she could not cancel the order, but that it would ship as soon, and offered to refund the shipping fee.She couldn't tell me when my order will ship, nor can I cancel the order? When I stated this was not acceptable and that I would never order from them again, she offered me a discount on a future order. Apparently she didn't understand or comprehend the meaning of never ordering from them again.This morning, December 2, 2023, I received an email stating that the product I ordered was sold out, and therefore my order was cancelled.I would never recommend the company to anyone!So, that tells me that they knew all along that they didn't have the product available to ship, and that the agent I spoke to deliberately lied to me about the status of my order.Duluth Trading Company

0 stars for product quality and 0 stars for service. Unfortunately -0- is not an option! Guarantee by this company is nothing but BULL. Don’t be fooled. I purchased a Duluth Trading company brand named suitcase from this company. My son used it twice in 18 months. Not even for an air travel trip. The wheel on one corner just fell off - simply from normal use. When I contacted the company, it took a while for a response. Boiled down to this… their guarantee is 12 months and that’s it. Doesn’t matter that the product was only used twice. They can’t even send me a wheel so I could repair it myself. They offer me a highly restricted 30% discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would I buy ANY product from a company known for poor quality and not willing to stand behind their products? I get the 12 months - BUT, a company who advertises their brand as “tough and no bull” should have quickly stepped up and done the right thing. I responded to their silly restricted 30% off next purchase offer and copied the CEO (*** ****) on my email. Anyone think I received a reply? Don’t kid yourself - company culture and brand differentiation starts at the top. I can provide pictures showing extremely low wear on the wheels. they claim products are tough, but all my husband's fire hose flex pants have holes or seam rip outs. they are not worth the money and quality is a scam for men to buy. we farm, a tough job, and cheaper pants hold on better like **************, less then half the price and thicker material. Very disappointed in their fake advertising as tough. I wish I could leave pics of pants. they look like rags after 6 monthsDuluth Trading Company

1 starPlaced an order for a sweatshirt online. Item was listed as "in stock - usually ships within 24 hours". 2 days after ordering I received an email stating the item was NOT in stock and once it is back in stock my card will be charged and the item will ship. No way to cancel the order online - I must call to cancel. Now it's been 3 days since I was informed the item is not in stock and the website still lists it as "in stock - usually ships within 24 hours". They obviously know its is not in stock but they are hiding that from customers in order to get additional holiday orders. Very deceptive.Review fromRoger S

So irritated with this company. I reached out to them on 11/4/2023 regarding exchanging an item and was informed by their returns/exchanges area that another item would be sent out to me and a postage paid label sent along to return the original back. I waited with no email response and no tracking information regarding the exchange. I called today to inquire if the item had been shipped and was informed that nothing has shipped out to me as they are waiting for the return of my item. I said seriously....that was not what I was informed and at this rate they can keep the item. So disgusted by the customer service of this place. I explained the situation again and why the exchange was needed by this week and there was no apology for the miscommunication from them. I was just informed to go to their website and print out the return label which I will now do and let them keep it. I will not be ordering from here again.Duluth Trading Company

After waiting close to a month to recieve 3 pairs of pants and 2 packs of socks i decided to return 2 pairs of pants and 1 package of socks that i had to buy elsewhere to get me by. Ive been waiting on my return for over a week now ive never dealt with a company that gets a return then waits a week or more then maybe theyll get ur money back to you. Maybe. Im still waiting on mine.This order was placed on sept 20 and here it is oct. 27 and were still processing this overwhelming return of 2 pairs of pants and some socks.Duluth Trading Company
