My wife and I have been ordering from Duluth for years, but no more. Duluth uses UPS for deliveries which has a horrible track record for reliability. Our last order was delivered to the wrong address. UPS, of course, won't do anything, and Duluth says it's the shippers problem. I'll solve the problem by never again ordering anything.

My order has been waiting for puck up at warehouse for 6 days. When I contacted customer service, I was told that free regular shipping can wait for pick up 7 to 10 days. You cannot cancel and they can't help you. Now I thought them to be such a great company but must admit just because you have that length of time, why would you let the order just sit there? One lesson I've learned from my first order is there will NEVER be a second order. Terrible customer service.Duluth Trading Company

I've been a Duluth customer for years now and always have a great experience and receive a great product. That's the upside. The downside is that I had to deal with someone on chat who goes by the name "Norma B" (assuming that's not "her" name). Norma B was very short with me and was discounting everything I explained to her about my eGift card not having the correct balance after an order was canceled by Duluth because the item was no longer in stock. 3 times during the chat she said, "One moment, we will look further into that" and 15 minutes would go by before I had to check in and see if someone was still there. I get that some people hate their jobs, but customer service has REALLY gone downhill. I'm disappointed in Duluth because of this one customer service rep. Please up your customer service game and train these people to know how to handle a customer in a kind, compassionate way and not be dismissive and quick with a customer. Profound Disappointment with Duluth Trading Company's Service I've been a staunch advocate for Duluth Trading Company for well over a decade, believing in the quality of products and services they offer. It is with genuine regret and frustration that I pen this review, detailing a recent experience that has significantly eroded my trust in this brand On September 24, 2023, I purchased a pair of AKHG Meltwater Pants from their Robinson Township store. Initially, they fit as expected. However, after merely wearing them at home, they inexplicably transformed in size, resembling a 4XL 36 instead of the XL 32 I had originally purchased. Eager to resolve the issue, I contacted their customer service on September 26th. After enduring an apparently understaffed helpline, I was finally connected to a representative named Barb. She assured me of an in-store return or exchange. On this assurance, my wife visited the store on September 27. To our dismay, she was treated with discourtesy by the store manager, Jenna, who informed her that a return was impossible due to alleged stains and wear on the garment — both claims that are patently unfounded. Subsequent calls to rectify this situation led to a myriad of shifting narratives, each time placing the onus on me to prove my credibility. This ordeal felt less like customer service and more like an inquisition. Duluth Trading Company proudly upholds the principle, "No Bull Guarantee". Yet, my recent experience stands in stark contrast to this claim. The soul of the company I once respected seems to be eclipsed by a corporate inclination prioritizing profit over people. . This incident is undeniably the most discouraging experience I've had with Duluth Trading Company. It has cost them not just a sale but the trust of a once-loyal customer. We have always experienced great customer service at the stores we've visited. Associates we've encountered have always gone above and beyond to help with our inquiries. We find the the quality of the items purchased to be above what you now find in most stores. Prices are higher than what we like to pay, but worth it.Duluth Trading Company

After ordering I received confirmation which I checked and discovered that somehow my PO Box number (***) had been shortened to **. I immediately contacted them via email to ask that the number be corrected and they refused, saying simply they could not. This was within an hour of placing the order. I was shut down - couldnt cancel it or correct the address. As a result, the item shipped to a strangers mailbox and I see it was picked up by them (tracking delivery). I cant believe they get away with this sort of thing and are still trading. I will never order from them again and advise anyone else not to. I dont even think it was my mistake to begin with - Ive had this issue with online ordering before with other companies and on those occasions could correct the address before the shipping had occurred.Duluth Trading Company

I had to write a review after ordering from online my order was received with the wrong items. I called into customer service. Customer service said they would send out a return label for me to drop off the wrong order back to them. They want to send me the original order which is fine. I feel this is bad customer service. I will be contacting corporate office to see what they plan on doing to resolve this inconvenience and hassle. Very frustrating and most definitely would never order anything from this company ever again lesson learned. This company has he worst customer service and by far the experience I had with Duluth on my first purchase will def be my last purchase from them. So disappointedDuluth Trading Company

I will never shop at Duluth Trading Comany again!! I bought fire hose pants that are supposed to be durable. They ripped wide open after one day, very shoddy and terrible fabric. Duluth refused to replace the pants which were clearly not made well. Despite being a long time customer, they clearly no longer care about providing a quality product.Duluth Trading Company

I have bought many long cargo pants (flex hose) from Deluth. Except for the color fading after the first wash (which I dont really like) I actually love them. But, then I decided to by some flex hose cargo shorts (they faded too), Now I am like a walking tool box. Some idiot decided the right cargo pocket should be removed, duh. This employee and whomever agreed to do this should be fired. Long or short pants I need that pocket. I have called and complained three times. I have even offered to buy a pocket so I could see it on myself. Im still p- off. I plan to whenever a pair of the long pants wear out I am going to take the pockets off and see them on the shorts. Color wont matter since they are faded anyway!!!Duluth Trading Company
