The same issue. The company does not seem to care about its customers. Ordered a pair of pants about 1.5 weeks ago. No tracking information is provided or when the order will be delivered. Customer service does not seem to exist in this company.

1 starDuluth Trading Co is the worst!! I will never do business with them again. I spent hundreds of dollars for Christmas gifts ordered on Dec1. I was.promised the items 12/13 so i went ahead and ordwred it. Our kids Christmas was happening a week early. Order never arrive but my credit card was charged seconds after making the order. It impossible to reach them via phone chat or email. hours spent on phone chat waiting for a respnse and only email i got was..i show this was resolved for you!!! Are you FKM? Its now 12/18 and UDlSPS said they have been waiting in the items from them for days now. DO NOT buy from them ever. I have doubts ill ever get my products and my kids now dont have these gifts. 1 starI'd like to express my disappointment with the recent decline in Duluth's service. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, but the repeated issues with my orders over the past few months have made it difficult to continue shopping with them.Since September, I have placed five orders, and each one has encountered problems, including lost shipments, out-of-stock items that were available when I ordered, and unshipped products. My latest order is sitting still "in process" closing in on 2 weeks now. Additionally, whenever I've needed to contact customer service, I've experienced hold times approaching or exceeding an hour. While the representatives have been attentive, it's clear they are understaffed and overwhelmed.I value the quality of the products, but the consistent order issues and long wait times have become too frustrating. I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere (including not visiting the stores) after this season unless they rectify these issues soon.Review fromRachael K

1 starHorrible customer service. Ordered an item on 12/6. It’s 12/16 and it shows still processing. No shipping label printed or anything. I’ve emailed 2 times. Their automated email states they will get back to me in 3-4 business days. It’s been 6 days and nothing. I called and was on hold over an hour. I’ve tried live chat and it said there was an 8 minute wait. 54 minutes later I gave up. I just want to know when I should expect the item as it’s a gift. I’ll never order from this company again. It cost $9.99 for shipping on a $32 item. I think it’s fair I should have it within 2 weeks of ordering.Review fromKristen G

1 starI'm reading these reviews and feeling like misery loves company. I am having the same experience. I ordered 7 items on Nov 30,2024. So, far I received 2 out of 7 and for some CRAZY reason they are being delivered separately, which is very concerning. Why aren't my 7 items being mailed out together? Where are they coming from? It has been almost 3 weeks since my order and Christmas is rapidly approaching with no response from Duluth. VERY disappointing. I do not trust this company at all.Review fromTimothy R B

1 starorders don’t populate to your account and their system isn’t tracking the order. Customer service is NON-responsive and 277 minute wait time to call them. They are still selling stuff though. 1 starI like the clothes just fine. The customer service is THE WORST. I ordered 2 weeks ago and cannot get an update on when it will even ship much less when I will get my order. Yes, it is Christmas - I understand - but I can't even get an update on when it will even be sent? The wait time is over an hour (has been for over a week now) and the on line chat cuts you off and makes you start over if you don't respond every 2 minutes. They send an email asking you to buy more multiple times a day yet they can't even tell me where my order is from 2 weeks ago. Very poor management.Review fromNicolette D
