      One of many folks that ordered from Duluth in early December and 10 days later, they still haven't shipped my order. The quote for it's arrival with around now, and I don't know that the package will arrive in time. I called, and was giving a 1 hour wait time quote. I message via chat, and was given an 8 minute wait time quote. 25 minutes later and I'm still waiting, but have to sit at my computer so that they don't time the chat out on me. Duluth has been great in the past but something has happened and this is a terrible experience with them. I can only think that I will have to cancel my orders (i ordered like 7 or more items!) and find other gifts to give. I am so supremely disappointed at this experience.

      Great clothes. Customer service is none existing. Online shopping and is easy. Delivery is infuriating!! Packages overdue with no updates. Will never do this again. They are definitely losing my business unless I happen to drive the 50 miles to one of 2 stores. Which isn't likely.

      I am the same as people below. I ordered a hoodie for a trip I'm taking. It was supposed to be here December 4. It's now the 14th. Customer service acted like it was no big deal and cared less. Didn't even apologize that I'll have to purchase another hoodie since theirs couldn't be at my house when it was supposed to. Is the first and last order they will receive from me.

      I ordered in November and nothing has been shipped yet I’ve been charged and no customer service available by text, phone…email they take days then promise it’ll be shipped yet NOTHING. As if they had a Black Friday sale, took the money and ran! I’m a former long time customer and will never use Duluth again! I just want a refund but will have to contest charges through my bank now.

      OMG, this is frustrating and now I am seeing what other are experiencing too. I ordered on the 6th and have a confirmation that they received the Order. Have tried to get a status and even went to the store nearby. I did get the email response that they are "on it" after three days, but it was automated. Tried live chat and got caught up in an AI **** My wife and I love their stuff, but after this, I will never order online again. I was also waiting after calling for an hour and gave up. Who is running this show? Just call me and I can help you with basic customer service.

      Non existent customer service. Online ordering needs shut down for overhaul evidently… $300 worth of Christmas gifts will hopefully make it by birthdays? Email explaining they weren’t able to ship order placed two weeks ago but to be patient & call customer service. Called the number & it was a 90 minute wait. Emailed back seeking info & was advised would be 3-4 day for a reply, but to try their live chat feature. It is a bot that ask for order number, says is connecting to a rep, & then nothing else ever happens. My instore experiences have been high standards, but the online experience is a disaster…. Have been a Duluth customer for 12 years now, but after this lack of deliverables or even response, I am finding another brand to wear.

      Ordered Christmas gifts on 12/6 a week later it hasnt shipped. No update and cant get any kind of response from customer service. Ive texted, emailed and tried to call. Never again. So frustrating

      Ordered two pairs of pants about 3 weeks ago. Received one pair. Sent an email inquiring about the other, no response. Tried to call, on hold for >30 minutes and hung up. Send another email, no response. No idea what's going on with my order.Terrible customer service and never ordering again.

      Order placed on 11/30, order stated delivery would be 12/4. On 12/4. I got a message when tracking order that label was printed. Called numerous times, placed on hold for more than an hour each time. Finally got through and w was told they would send replacement yet STILL no updates. Last time I do business with this company. *********, ** ****, ****** and others much better options.
