      Ordered a sweater for a company Christmas party on Dec 11th on Dec 3 at 820pm EST. Paid for express shipping. Website states express shipping will be delivered within 3 days of ordering. It's not 715pm est on Dec 10th and my package is not even on the way yest according to **** Supremely disappointed.

      Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Placed an order on a Wednesday, still has not shipped the following Tuesday. Live chat does not work. On hold for over an hour to speak to someone and then they claim they cannot cancel an order that has not even shipped. Refused to do anything about it, claimed it would ship within another week! 2 weeks to ship? No offer to discount purchase, no offer to waive shipping..... Will never purchase from again.

      Poor customer service. Shipping delays without up to date tracking. Can't talk to anyone live as there are too many others like me requesting any kind of indication where and why package is delayed 3 different times.

      I would give them a zero if I could. WORST customer service EVER! Still waiting for package after 12 days. Still cannot reach a live person. Emails, live chats and phone calls are all automated. THEY ****. **************** must come out of *****! Using laser ship, THE WORST SHIPPING ON PLANET EARTH! Will never purchase from Duluth trading again! HORRIBLE COMPANY

      Placed an order on Dec 2 and my credit card was charged. Here we are on the 9th and I have received no product and no further emails or communcations from Duluth Trading. It's 8:30pm and I tried calling the customer service line to see if I could ask for an update. Was placed on hold saying it could be up to an hour wait!! I then choose to email customer service and was shocked to see their standard reply time is 3-4 business days! Based on the other reviewers here it certainly seems they have a absolute disaster of a business right now. I'll wait to see if they can sort it out, but needless to say I'm extremely dissappointed with my experience. Will need to start the process with my credit card company if they don't ship this week. Buyer beware...

      **** A Have ordered from Duluth for years. Lately probably the last couple years Duluth trading has gone down the drain. Their customer service is terrible. Their shipping is terrible. I have an order I have been waiting for for 15 days. Tracking has been telling me it going to be delivered every day for the last 5 days. Will never order from them again. I have 3 more days to request a refund I cant wait.

      I ordered two pairs of pants from Deluth trading company on Nov. 30th. I tried to call on Dec 8th customer service and after 3 hours on hold I hung up. I tried the online chat and after 5 mins of no response I left. I emailed them and after 6 days not response. I have had great customer service from them and great quality products, but this year they FAILED.

      Horrible online order experience. Ordered 12/3/24 and have received nothing other than the order confirmation. On hold with "customer service" for and hour and finally gave up. Online "live" chat same experience. Sent an email to "customer" service and guess what? - Same experience. I honestly have never had such non-existent service. I have no idea if or when I will receive the order. I will say in-store experience is much different as in way better. We will see what happens...they may have lost another customer.

      Worst online experience in many years. Sent several messages by email to customer service with no response. Waited online for over 55 minutes for a customer service rep to get an update on my order and they were of no help whatsoever. The order placed was not fulfilled in its entirety. Really horrible.

      I order a flannel shirt and it is lost from Duluth Trading Company . Placed order on 12/2/2024 got conformation and have not received item or even a tracking number . Have tried to reach customer service several times and was placed on hold no one answered. Tried chat line x 3 time and was told an agent would answer my concerns and no one answered the chat line . At this time I am so mad I just want my money returned . *****
