  Their warranty is as worthless as the paper it is written on! We purchased a 3200 clear series solar blanket (the best they offer) in March of 2021. They sent us a smaller, incorrect lesser model. We finally received the correct cover in July of 2021. We used it for approximately a month and a half before closing our pool. We used it for 4 month in summer 2022. When we opened it this year the seams started to dramatically pull apart. We called right away before putting it on the pool. Three weeks later we were told our warranty was approved. That process was also a debacle because they sent the email three different times they said, but we never received it to start warranty replacement. When we finally received the email, they wanted us to pay $413.00 to replace it. You can buy an exact brand new one for $525. We have used this cover for 5 months!!!! We had our last solar cover for 7 years without issue. We stored it correctly according to the directions just line we did the previous cover. The claim that it was season three doesn’t hold water since we never used it in season three because their product came apart literally at the seams! Will never do business with them again if they cannot back up their products!

  Needed new pool pump Doheny was advertising next day delivery even though they were more expensive I needed it quickly. They kept adding days to the delivery and I could have gotten it cheaper and faster from Amazon. I spent hours on the the phone with customer service for them to hang up on me after about a 30 minutes each time! Over the years I’ve spent a lot of money through doyenys but this will be the last because there customer service and promises suck!

  Dohenys is pleased to offer free next day delivery at no additional charge for orders over $100 to most of ****** for all Doheny's brand chemicals and many of our most popular swimming pool supplies. Next Day Delivery Service does not mean Next Day Air, but simply that your qualifying products will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you resulting in delivery the next day. We do have a shipping charge of only $9.99 for orders under $100.00.
  Some details regarding this service:
  Other than for ****************, *********, not all products are stocked at all locations and therefore not available for next day delivery. Only those items with a Next Day Delivery designation on the product page can be expected to arrive the next day and orders must be placed by 3:00 PM Local Time (exceptions include our ***** warehouse by 2:30 PM).
  If you reside in the next day delivery area served by our **************** facility, order in-stock products and place your order by 3:00 PM Local Time you should receive your order the next day (except Saturday or Sunday).   Never order from this company!!!!! Ordered a pool pump and pool vacuum Friday and was assured they would arrive Saturday. Well it's 8:15 pm and neither have arrived and via FedEx neither has been picked up from the warehouse!!! Called and was on hold for over an hour!! This is wrin! I spent over 500.0900 us dollars for this lack of service. Spend your money local!!!!!!! So veru disappointed!!!

  Doheny's should not be supported as a business if you work hard for your money. They certainly don't work hard for their money. They have no pride or ethics. Find a company to patronize that works as hard as you do Doheny is NOT that company

  We have worked with this company in the past and we pleased. Recently they have become uncooperative and are refusing to handle our very expensive problems.
  We will never work with them again and if I could afford a lawyer I would be using one right now to get my money back.
  We spent almost $800 and the product was below satisfaction as it has holes in it…it is a pool liner.
  The company they get the liners from is not answering our inquiries and it is Swimline.
  We are a retired couple and we use our pool for exercise and for our grandchildren and now we just have a huge nightmare in our yard.
  What has happened to costumer service and truth in companies.
  The liner has a ten year warranty but neither company seems willing to help us in any way.

  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.... THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF THEIFS !!!!!!
  PLACED A ORDER FOR A POOL HEATER AND IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL THE WRONG ITEM IS LISTED. DOHENYS IS ONLY POINTING BLAME AT ME AND INSTEAD OF HELPING THE CUSTOMER THEY RATHER PLACE BLAME.

  I ordered a 24ft round solar cover 11/25/22. When it arrived I placed it directly in garage for 2023 season. Upon getting ready to open it I noticed it was a 12ft cover(it is not even opened). I looked at my orders and there is no order noted for this date, but all of my other orders are noted on my account, even one from 3/2022. When I called customer ********************** I received the following: it was my fault as I had to have ordered the wrong cover(even though I selected 24ft round-add to cart), to check my bank statement, didn't I notice there was a large money difference(it was on sale), he could help me place another order, this order was out of return timeframe, and again-it was all my fault as a customer for ordering the wrong item. I have emailed them twice with no response. All I want is to exchange the cover for the correct size. I don't understand how they have on their website they state that customer satisfaction is #1. I think I am done using them for my pool supplies. I would love to talk to someone actually at the facility in WI that understands the order process and not someone overseas. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If you want to lose business I guess start with very poor customer **********************.

  I ordered a Hayward super pump on 4/25/22. I dont remember how long it took to process the order and ship. My pool was open 6 months with this $1000 item. We opened our pool yesterday, 5/4/23, and this morning my pump sounds like a lear jet. They wont even consider helping me out on my one year warranty. I may not have even had the item by 5/5/22. I run a car dealership, we never treat our customers this way. I will never give my money to Doheny's again. Lost customer forever.

  Bait and switch? I recently tried to order a liner from Doheny's was quoted "Esagono 27mil $2425.54" this was the same brand liner I had before so I provided the serial number of the previous liner so there would be no mistakes. I just changed the pattern. When I put in the order, I got the there was a mix up the real price is $3500. Over $1100 difference. Typically, not an issue except I spent a couple weeks going back and forth with them. I was told "sorry your frustrated". Seems a business should honor their documented price once they give it. I asked to for options and to escalate the issue to honor the price. Getting the cold shoulder now. Buyer beware, these people have no honor. Could not figure out how to give zero stars.

  Placed an order and found out it would not work with my system so i called to cancel order 5 minutes later. Spoke with someone in india for about 20 minutes and she said order was cancelled. Well next day the item shipped and 2 days later was delivered back to them and i get charged $18 for shipping. The item should have never shipped. Very poor customer service, will never use again.
