I had a dryer delivered and installed by them. The installer improperly tightened a bolt. They cross threaded it while hooking up the electrical part of the unit. This caused the unit to arch and START A FIRE. I emailed and have gotten the run around. Not only did I spend $1000 on the dryer they installed improperly, had I not been home there may have been a house fire, and then I got to spend $780 on a new unit in my home due to their negligence. After reading these reviews, it seems this is a common thing with them.Furniture & ApplianceMart/Ashley HomeStore

Couch and love seat didn't last a year. I mean complete frame failure. We bought a warranty but it took 5 calls and 3 months to get a tech dispatched. Of course when he got there he said. "I can't fix that. We'll have to replace it.". 3 more calls no response on when a replacement will arrive. So after 7 months of messing around with this terrible company. Going into a store and being told they couldn't help. We took our less than 2 year old couch and love seat to the dump and bought new furniture. 1 starVery Cheap Furniture and Horrible Warranty Service. Purchased Rocker Recliner on Sept 3, 2021, with an estimated delivery date of Sept 25, 2021, as product had to be manufactured. Also purchased 5 year Accidental Coverage provide by Furniture Care Protection. Noticed in April of 2023, that rocker springs are squeaking. Also a cut on back where head rests. Inquired about the warranty and a product was suppose to be sent to me, then someone would come over to fix. I was told it would be 12 weeks for delivery. Ridiculous! Here it is June and now I am told that that rocker is no longer manufactured and cannot get the part. What? It was just manufactured 1.5 years back. How could there not be a patch kit? So I was offered $44. Ridiculous again! It wold cost me at least 3 times that to have someone come over to fix it. Never did receive the money. I called twice as I was told they would call back in one day. Both times no call back.Review fromBarb S

Beware. Size of twin size Sealy Mattress dimensions are a total lie. Website is wrong and deceiving. Customer service support sucks. My bed is so uncomfortable. Wake up in extreme pain every morning. Been going through issues since December. Still am. Sales person lied to me regarding a price check. Did my homework after I purchased. The website she did a price check didn't sell that particular Mattress. Advice, do not purchase from this store and my opinion lack of mattresses to choose from is pathetic. Sales people do not know answers to questions just to make a sale. Don't care about the customer. One other thing. Be careful. They ASSUME what you do not want to order. I'm stuck with this mattress because customer service doesn't want to deal with me. Very sad and disappointed. Communication and Customer Service is awful.Annette S

Still upset. Bad customer service. Dimensions on my ********************** are so way off. It's like sleeping on a kiddy bed. Specs on the website is wrong. Ashley told me there is nothing they can do about it. Now I'm stuck paying for a child's mattress. Never ever rely on the website description. I feel so ripped off for what I paid. FIRST MATTRESS THE DIMENSIONS OF THE MATTRESS WAS 3 INCHES OFF. GOT A REPLACEMENT WITH SAME DIMENSIONS. LIKE SLEEPING ON A CHILD'S MATTRESS. ALSO THIS MATTRESS IS SO PAINFUL TO SLEEP ON. I bought a sectional, tv stand, 2 cabinets and a recliner/rocker. Waited almost 6 months for it all to be delivered individually. Each time they brought the cabinets they didnt match at all! Called several times just to get the run around every single time or no return call. It shouldnt even have been an issue at all. The pieces clearly didnt match so exchange or replace-simple! Nope! They made it super difficult! Now Im stuck with 2 pieces of furniture that dont match & I paid almost $1000 for them. Super frustrating! I wanted to buy more furniture for the bedrooms and had a helpful sales associate but now I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! And I will go to social media to spread the word! Just so over it all at this point! I have done everything I can to resolve and all they say is no its the manufacturer, not us. But theyre selling the manufacturers products and should stand behind what they sell! It makes absolutely no sense to sell someone something, make them wait for almost 6 months then deliver faulty furniture and then just leave the customer with mismatched ******************** and disappointed.Furniture & ApplianceMart/Ashley HomeStore

Understanding it can be frustrating with colors shade as they are not always a perfect match but within manufacture's specification and not covered under your manufacture warranty. Finish can absorb differently within each unit or even within the same piece so there will be some color variation. We see that we did do one exchange already to see if we could get a closer match for you and that you have another one set up. If you should have any other concerns, please let us know. UPDATE: They came back with another cabinet for me to look at and the delivery guy had an attitude from start to finish because apparently someone told him that I SAID that he didnt give me enough time to inspect it last time. He ended up leaving with the new cabinet when we told him that wasnt at all true. When he got loud with my son, in OUR home, I told him that he needs to leave. He said NO! I told him that I still wanted to look at it with the calm gentleman but he has to gtfo of my home. He was being extremely disrespectful for absolutely no reason. He got loud again and told the other worker to grab the other side of the cabinet because I told him to F off. I laughed n told him-not to put words in my mouth. I never told him to F off ( I told him to gtfo bc he was being extremely disrespectful). They grabbed the new cabinet and left. I called the store frustrated and just over it all. The supervisor told me theyve had problems with him before and ****** talk to him. I told him Im done and now Im scared so just please not to fire him because he knows where we live and he let me know that the last time he was here. So Im just so over it. My mom and I are just going to paint them to match sometime this summer and move on. I wish I could post pictures so everyone could see that they clearly didnt match. 1 starI purchased a sectional from Ashley Homestore in ******* **, and encouraged by the salesman to also purchase the ***** 5 Year Accidental Coverage for $971.04. The sectional is ivory-white leather and I was told the accidental coverage plan covered leather cracking, peeling, stains, ink transfer, etc. All would be covered for 5 years. When I put in a claim for help to repair/replace cracked/peeling leather surface, I was told it had to be reported in the same year it was purchased. But damage didn't happen until the next year (2022). Long story short, the accidental coverage was MISREPRESENTED. I was lied to and cheated out of $971.04. Advice to future customers: Do not purchase the ***** 5 year accidental coverage for furniture. It is a waste of money and claims are not honored.Review fromJessica G

1 starI purchased a complete bedroom set and pillow top bed, the sales person stated if I bought the protective bed cover it would give me a ten year warranty on the bed, the bed it’s self was over $800, ,so I did. It is now 4 yrs later and for whatever reason my is shrinking, you see inside the foot board drawers and rails on all sides. I called the store, filled out the warranty claim, sent several pictures, from several angles. Warranty company stated that’s odd but it was approved. 2 days later they sent me an email stating I would need to haul the bed to the nearest store and the would give me $280.00 on the purchase of my next bed!!!!! I was furious, I would never purchase anything from them again. If something is under warranty then the entire bed should have been replaced. If you are only offering me $280.00 then I should be a refund or I store credit without the return of the defective bed! They don’t honor there warranty and the quality of there mattress are horrible.
