      I ordered a map December 7,th 2023 as a Christmas gift and it is almost been one year and not received this map. I called and emailed numerous times. At one point I did speak to somebody and he said that the production was behind and he would have this Asap. I would either still like the map or a refund for $339.95. I am very unhappy with the way this business is being ran, and would like some type of communication as to what the next steps are.

      Zero stars. I ordered a $700 wood wall map on Feb 11, 2024. Over the course of several months, my ordered changed status to “in production.” As positive as that sounded, nothing appears to actually happened. Every call went unanswered. Every email went unanswered. Their phone is disconnected and their website no longer exists. Does anyone know the name of the owner and where he or she lives? Has anyone filed a lien against the business and it’s assets? Has anyone driven by the place which is listed at 259 Main St. superior WI 54880? This is an absolute rip off and fraud

      I feel like an idiot not reading these reviews before I placed my $300 order on June 9th as a wedding gift for some friends. I have sent countless emails and voicemails with no response. In July I did get a response that they were extremely backed up because of Fathers Day orders but that my map was finally in production! Here we are Sept 29th and their website is down and they have completely ghosted me. UGH!!

      Ordered a stock map 6 months ago and no map and now can't reach their website I'll likely contact my credit card company to try to get a refund What a fraud!

      I placed an order on Nov 22, 2023. Their site updated the order on Jan 26, 2024 to show "In production." After months of no further update, I sent an email to both the email addresses listed on their website and also sent multiple internal messages over several months time on the website via their internal messaging from my customer account. No reply whatsoever. No phone calls were answered or returned either until in May, surprisingly, my phone call was answered. The person I spoke with indicated that they were backed up on orders and asked me to be patient and he assured me that my order would be fulfilled but that it may be another couple of months. Foolishly, I was persuaded not to cancel the order. After several months more, phone calls were again not answered and much to my surprise did I discover that the website was now offline. I have now had to file for a chargeback with my credit card company more than 9 months later and I cannot access the internal messages I sent to provide documentation for the credit card issuer to verify my claims. I also cannot verify any effort to cancel and receive a refund because there is no way to contact the merchant, not that they would respond anyway. Totally shameful business practice and they have made absolutely no effort at any point in this process to be honest with customers or to provide any information whatsoever. Instead, they appear to have deliberately mislead customers and purposefully ignored all efforts to reply to customer inquiries.

      Scam, took my money, never received product. No customer service, cant contact anyone, fraudulent, do not give this business your money, SCAM!!! Paid for the product October 2023. Took my money and received nothing in return.

      I purchased my may 9 months ago and still have not received the product. The organization is non-responsive with email questions. How is this place still in business?
