      Can I offer zero stars? I paid 200$ for my order June 2, 2024. They happily took my money and we are now September 9. No order, no shipment, now the website is closed and no one replies to email, ******** messages nor answers the phone. Frauds. All they are. Working through my credit card company to get my money back. Love supporting small businesses, do not love supporting criminals who steal from people.

      Ordered mine in June and it is now September. $179.00 lost IMO. If there is a lawsuit...I want in.

      Scam, took money, never received product. No customer service, cant contact anyone, fraudulent, do not give this business your money, SCAM!!! Paid for the product March 2024. Took money and received nothing in return.

      They take your money and never send you the product!!!! I placed an order on February 28, 2024 and still have not received the item. I have left about five or six messages never received a call back. Last week it said the website was under construction, now it cant be found.

      I placed an order two months ago for a gift for my husband for our Anniversary. Their website has been down for a month and I can not reach anyone from the company. Of course they charged my credit card when I placed the order. I am extremely disappointed and after reading all of the reviews, other customers have been waiting six months and have not received their items either. Im going to try and dispute the credit card charge with my bank. Do NOT order from this company. I would give them zero stars for the review if I could.

      I ordered from this company on 3/7/2024. $299.95. They will not answer emails, calls, social media etc. I will be taking further action.

      I ordered two engraved maps in November 2023. I received one in January. The other one has still not been sent in August 2024!! At first they responded to my emails and messages and said that my second map was the first they had done of that course which is the reason for the delay. They said I would receive it in April if not sooner. But it is August and I have not received it. They wont respond to messages and they NEVER answer the phone. I cant get my product or a refund. NEVER, EVER order from this site!!

      I ordered a map from them months ago and have never received it. Now the website is down and I cannot get anyone on the phone. My order is #******. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this company.
