After reading several "positive" reviews on online (didn't do enough research because all you have to do is look up this company on ****** and they are redder than raw meat) this company has been a low budget nightmare. They lock you into several days, tell you that they will allow you to tailor your load up until their stellar quality organization will call you to finalize load and that they will do this a full week in advance. Turns out the "Quality" organization didn't call and, then stated that this will happen "3-5" days in advance, not "5-7" days in advance. Well once the very unprofessional quality organization did finally call, they informed us that you could only reduce load by 15% and even if load had reduced by 50% you have no recourse. Given that this happened 4 days infront of the "theoretical" move, it gave us no ability to cancel and reschedule with a credible outfit. To add insult to injury, after driver did not show up on mornign of move as advertised, I called their "dispatch" dept, which really is the same nasty woman who runs the supposed "quality" control department and was told that the window had moved from 10-11 that am to 2-5 PM and that I needed to have ~$4600 cash to give the driver or they wouldn't make pickup, and that driver would call an hour in advance. Sure enough at 3 PM I call the so called dispatch department and come to find out that our driver will not be moving anything today and will arrive tomorrow. Had I not called, I am pretty sure I would be waiting on these losers to find out what happened. Sure enough now we have to change our flights to accommodate this low budget service. I hope other consumers see this review, before they pull it down and would recommend you get a quality mover or just do a ****** than use this outfit. See other "real" reviews on ******.

Their customer service deserves a special mention. Throughout the process, they were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond were truly impressive. They even followed up after the move to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if there was anything more they could do.

My job requires frequent moves, and my company uses this moving service. Their exceptional work inspired me to write this review. The crew was highly professional, always polite, and skilled in packing and handling heavy items safely. They were punctual, and the office support was like having a friend assist. I would definitely hire them again.

I used United Regions Van Lines to move my mother from a large home to a smaller senior living condo. I was extrememely stressed and wary when I started this process because many friends had run into issues with moves in the past. I was pleasantly surprised. My Sales Representative Eric took the time to go through a video chat with my mother who is not the most technologically savvy. I know she had a large amount to deal with. She was pleased with the consultation and we booked after my husband being a bit skeptical. The move wnet much better than expected and I can say the guys on her crew are saints. I know my mom is picky and they were very patient. They helped her make last minute decisions on what would go and even helped carry a few items to the curb.

It is unbelievable to me to see such high ratings for this company. Although I have to say Vic and his team (the actual movers), when they arrived, were very good. Customer service, booking, QA are terrible! Business practices are highly questionable. Our initial moving estimate was about 1100 cu ft and $11,000 plus $750 per month for storage. Becuase that estimate was competitive (I checked) I signed the contract and paid the $3,200 non-refundable fee. A subsequent estimate with the QA manager went up to 1500 cu ft (over an hour on phone to confirm estiamte). Remember the deposit is non refundable. As the 3 day move window approached, the office called telling us the truck would be at our house between 8 & 12 the next day (less than 24 hours notice). We booked a non-refundable hotel room for the next night. The truck did not arrive. It was a day late. The office response - we're still within the 3 day window. Once the truck was loaded, the actual space required for our furniture was almost 2400 cu ft!!! Cost went from $11,000 to $17,000!!! I believe this company provides a low initial estimate to win business, requires a non-refundable deposit to lock in customers, then bills for a much higher actual volume of items moved. If we increased the number of items between estimate and actual, it would be easy to understand. But not likely when the final volume is over 2X the initial estimate! That is not an estimate - its a sales pitch!!! Additionally, if you have them store furniture, you have to call them to find the storage $ amount owed, when it is due, who to pay and how to pay. No credit cards. They will not send bill. 6 days after the storage facility fee was "due", they did call - and charged us $350 in late fees (for 6 days)! Plus $300 more per month over the initial estimate!!! And the reason when I spoke to customer service manager? "I" just don't understand out of state moving, we don't make the rules, it's just an estimate or - it's in the contract.

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation. They use predatory business practices to scam customers. We recently moved from ********** to ******* and chose United Region Lines because their quote matched others, and the salesperson, ****, was excellent. We mistook them for the reputable **************************************************** paid our deposit, agreeing on pickup on the 10th and delivery on the 16th. On the evening of the 7th, they called, insisting on an early pickup the next morning, demanding the balance in cash or money order. Despite our protests, they gave us a "take it or leave it" ultimatum, threatening to keep our deposit if we canceled. We had no choice but to rush our packing overnight. The next day, two men arrived in an unmarked truck, demanded the balance upfront, and claimed we had more cubic footage than quoted, even though all items were on the quote, doubling the price from $8K to $16K. Had no option but to negotiate, paying an additional $2.7K to move only our boxes and personal items, leaving behind our furniture. We ended up giving some away and paying to remove the rest. The delivery process was equally chaotic. Despite the promised delivery date, our belongings remained in a California warehouse. ******** calls and voicemails went unanswered until I finally reached someone who confirmed our items hadn't been shipped. They eventually loaded my belongings on the 22nd, with delivery promised within 17 days.On the 25th, I was informed that delivery would be on Memorial Day, but the truck couldn't reach our door, requiring an additional $800 for door delivery, payable in Postal Money Orders. This forced me to scramble to find money orders before the post office closed @ 2 My belongings arrived the day after Memorial Day, with most boxes damaged, including those marked fragile. They quickly dumped the boxes in our new apartment and left without verifying the inventory list. I still don't know if all our items were delivered.

      1. Not reputable: salesman did a video estimate. Promised car delivery. 2. Moving crew arrived late. 3. United Regions Moving signage was taped to the truck. 4. All the movers were non English speakers except for one person. One mover drove my care to my new apartment. He was honorable 5. They finished late. 6. The delivery was delayed. 7. The delivery mover was honorable. His team was friendly and helpful. In fact he documented damaged goods. 8. I have filed damaged goods reports multiple times. 10. The Help desk is evasive not professional. I have called many times and replied to their emails. 11. I messaged sms and received 5 messages stating they have no record of my claim. 12. Their technology is weak: telephone inaudible static, conflicting information from staff, evasive. Wasting time. 13. It has been 6 months since our move and no resolution yet. 14. I am not satisfied with United Regions Moving Service. 15. I would not recommend their moving service

Successfully relocated our 4-bedroom house from ** to **. Despite having minimal belongings due to our small household, the movers provided exceptional service. Every item, ranging from small vases to large furniture, remained undamaged during the move. Their commitment to providing value for money is noteworthy. Highly recommended.

Do not hire this company. Literally any other company is a better choice. Please read about the many lawsuits, BBB complaints and other shady dealings before even thinking about booking this terrible and unethical LLC. I recommend **********

We were genuinely impressed by the movers' professionalism and their ability to stick to the schedule while maintaining a positive demeanor. This was the first time we encountered movers who were so communicative and responsive to our queries. We look forward to working with them again and passing on our recommendation.
