      Terrible! Don't hire them. My items were damaged-legs broken off of an antique and other antiques damaged as well. Not packaged with care. Boxes arrived crushed. It took ages for my items to be delivered. It was a horrible experience.

      When it comes to moving, promptness and reliability are key, and this moving company delivered on both fronts. They showed up right on time and got straight to work, wasting no time in loading up the truck. I never had to worry about delays or unexpected issues, which was a huge relief.

      I can guarantee that any good review on here is fake.I was moving from ******* to ***. I called this moving company in early November and told them my move in date is in late November and that I expect my stuff to get there within 2-3 weeks. They said no problem, but that they can’t guarantee it bc you never know what’ll happen on the road due traffic, weather etc. they came that week to pack my things and everything went fine except they added about %20 to the cost for the materials they used. I called them a little before my move in date to get an update. It is extremely hard to get them on the phone and they’re always very rude. Once I got them on the phone they said they only put you on their schedule in your move in date so my things were just sitting in a ware house for about 3 weeks. Then they scheduled my delivery twice and both times their truck broke down. I called them to get an update and they said it’ll take another week to deliver it, I said okay, but I let them know that in 2 weeks I have an in person training at my new job and I won’t be able to receive a delivery specifically on that one day. gave them a 2 weeks notice which is enough to plan around that date and either way they were supposed to deliver my stuff before that. They said fine. I call them 2 weeks later (at this point they’ve had my stuff for almost 2 months total) and asked them for an update. They said that due to that one day of training I had I “rejected delivery” and that I owe them a re-delivery fee of $750. They basically extorted the $750 out of me. Once I paid the $750 fee, my stuff magically appears in less than 24 hours. Literally extortion *** total was around $6200 and the quote I got was around $4500. This company is the worst someone should sue them. Also both my wooden desk and wooden coffee table had substantial damage to them and my leather couch reeked of gravel for some odd reason when I received it, and it took hard work and a long time to get the smell out.

      A few days after the move, I received a follow-up call from the company to ensure that everything had gone smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. I appreciated this extra touch and felt valued as a customer. It demonstrated their commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond

      The staff at this moving company were not only skilled movers but also incredibly courteous and friendly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Moving can be a stressful experience, but their positive attitude made it much more manageable.

      Quoted price was about$8000. When company did pick up, we were told about $3000 more. Communication was very poor regarding pick up. We were told 3/19 or 3/20, but when I called on 3/18 I was told pick up would be 3/21 between 11-2. On that day, when no one arrived by that time or called us, I called the office and was told it would be between 4-6pm. Again, no one arrived or called,so I again called and was told they could’not pick up until 8 am the next morning.I informed the office that we were closing on the house at 2:30 pm on the 22nd and they needed to be done packing by then. To make a long story short, they did not arrive until 1:40 pm and did not finish loading until 8:40 pm. They did not come with enough “supplies” and were gone over an hour during this time to pick up the supplies. We were charged over $400 for shrink wrap/ bubble wrap that wasn’t needed or should have been included.Items were repackaged in their boxes, when they were already adequately packed. When we arrived at are destination, we were told it would be 1-17 days before delivery and we owed them $1800 more. On a positive note, our dealings with Phyllis was more acceptable in that she followed up and called us back about deliver window and correct amount of $$ owed. Tomorrow is our delivery date, so we will let you know how that goes. By the way, I don’t feel this company deserves even one star, too bad I cannot leave less than one star.

      ZERO STARS…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are LIARS and SCAMMERS These are the people we worked with: Sales person: Andrew ********. Prides himself and says he has 15 years of experience estimating cubic feet correctly and told us our items would be delivered in the same truck that picked it up Quality Assurance: Lisa * Manager of Customer Service: Tina Customer Service: Phyllis (the worst one to work with and talk to) A move that was estimated to be $5.7k ended up costing us double. Our stuff sat in a warehouse for 5 weeks Items were moved multiple times and will be delivered in a 18 wheeler. If your community doesn’t allow for that you will pay an extra $1/cubic foot for a shuttle service Do yourself a favor and use ****. Never again will we ever contact this company.

      I don't usually write reviews, but these movers were fantastic. Their gear was top-notch, and they worked really hard. They packed up my big house fast, and everything arrived safe and sound. I'd hire them again for sure.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR OR YOUR MOVE!! This business is absolutely a SCAM! We hired this company to move us from ** to ** in June 2022. Initially given an estimate, $11K, for packing, moving and storage for two months. We had already packed most of our household ourselves and told customer service, but they charged us for packing as well. We were not permitted to see and check the inventory sheet against the numbers on all the boxes before they loaded our things on the truck. There was an additional charge for extra items. For the delivery the driver called us on Friday evening, telling us that he was going to be at our house on Saturday morning and asked us if we had any "family or friends available" to unload our things from their van because he didn't have anyone to help him. We were upset because we had paid for this service. I called customer service and complained. They called the driver to let him know we were not happy with him calling us late Friday evening, to tell us to find our own help. Driver then called us back and yelled at my husband for calling customer service! Saturday morning the driver arrived, smelling like he hadn't bathed in a week. He brought with him 3 men, in filthy clothes, whom he must have hired off the street. They weren't wearing any kind of company uniforms to identify employees. None spoke English. Driver demanded that we pay him the balance before he would unload our belongings. As our things were brought in, they never let us check inventory to account for our things, didn't unpack or remove packing materials, which we paid for. Driver demanded that I "write something nice" about his customer service and sign the paperwork and would not leave until I did so. Queen box springs missing, along with other items. Inventory numbers did not match items. Filed complaints, supposed to receive $75.00 for loss, (per arbitration) have yet to receive a nickel. Move ended up costing $14K. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
