      This company is horrible! We hired them to move us from ** to **. They brought a 26ft truck out of ** to load all our belongings instead of a semi truck. Three guys, one of which was a **** ** * **** **** ********* loaded the truck. He stunk so bad of **** it stunk up the house for hours after they left! They took all of our belongings back to a warehouse in ** and it's been sitting there for weeks now!!! Every day we call to find out when the semi will be loaded and our things will arrive only to get what we feel is the Royal run around.....of well its scheduled but we are waiting on trucks. Not once we were told that after paying the 60% up front is when the clock starts ticking and they have 17 days to get your things to you. We were originally told by Eric that it should be shipped to us in 10 days at the most. Everything was paid and loaded as of January 11th 2024.....and they still have no clue! Husband starts his new job in exactly 2 weeks and everything is 2k miles away. We are so angry and I would NEVER use this wretched company ever again. Steer clear folks and find a more reputable company to move long distance.

      This company is absolutely horrible to deal with! They tell you one thing and and do something totally different. They hounded me daily to use them to move my belongings across the country.They promised that I would receive my stuff in 10 to 14 days, at the most 17 days, and that the price included a shuttle since I was moving to a gated community. They gave me the total amount due upon receipt the day they picked up. I contacted them 2 weeks later to find out that my belongings were not loaded onto a truck yet by a very rude employee. I stated that it was 14 days from pickup and when would the truck be at my new residence. she said that it would arrive in the next week, however I owed additional money for the Shuttle truck. I said it was in the contract and she said verbal agreements do not count. they would only empty the truck with the rather large additional fee. My belongings were delivered 1 month after pickup in a U Haul truck with someone else's belongings in the same truck! I will never deal with this company again! They should not be able to operate under these rules, they are scamming people out of money by not delivering their belongs.

      We picked them as our movers because they're just straight-up honest folks. No fancy talk, no hidden fees they gave us a clear quote, and that's exactly what we got. Super reliable company, no doubt.

      Worst company I ever had to deal with. It's a total SCAM. They low ball their estimate and then charge almost double for the move but only after they pick up your property. They hold your property hostage until you pay them. They told us that the movers & drivers were employees of their company only to find out they were all contractors that had no knowledge of the ompany. They even put a queen bed together and did not screw in the metal slats so when we put a box on the bed it totally collapsed to the floor. We even found the screws taped to the bed frame they put together....horrible people and company!

      This company is a SCAM. Do not use them. My mother-in-law scheduled a move with them, paid the deposit, and they never called to set the date. They made off with her full deposit without rendering any service. She had to call and pay another company in full for the move. Total scam company--avoid!

      Claims service is complicated . No ability to file at time of delivery. Expensive cabinet was damaged noted at delivery. Received 74 dollars after long process .. The cabinet had been dropped .

      DO NOT use United Regions Van Lines. My experience with them was the worst I've ever experienced with a moving company. 1. They will LIE about the delivery window. When you reach out to get information, you'll be ignored, mislead, or provided incorrect information. 2. Your furniture will sustain significant damage. My work desk was destroyed (legs and cabinets). My reclaimed wood headboard had a massive crack. The foot board and panel had tons of scratches. Glassware was destroyed, even though they were wrapped in boxes labelled "fragile/do not pack on top". I'm starting the claims process now but I hear that's a disaster too.3. The initial reps are nice but as you progress in the process, it gets worse. They never take accountability when things go wrong. One of their movers URINATED in a public space in my building, even though there was access to several bathrooms on-site. I live in a historic building in downtown Brooklyn. When I confronted the company, they tried to gaslight me and say that it wasn't their mover, even though he was caught in the act and I supplied them with video and still images to that effect.These folks are horrible. Run, run, run to any other moving company!

      The job provided by this company was outstanding. From the moment we contacted them until our move was completed, they demonstrated very high level of professionalism. I have no doubt that they are one of the best in the business. If you're in need of reliable movers, this is the company to call! Very polite, very transparent and, most of all, very affordable for the high quality of service. Our move from ********** to ****, ** was easygoing, smooth and great.

      0 stars. I have communicated fully with this company since July. I was given a quote to pack my belongings and move from ****** to ********. I informed all the people from the start that I would be storing my belongs with them for at least 6 months because I had no home yet. Not only was there a problem with the packing now theres a problem with delivering. I was called today for delivery after I paid my storage fee. I spoke with the manager and was told there was a miscommunication that they would store my belongings closer to where we might be living. However, I have not yet inquired about a unit. Then I was told they would find the storage space I need to continue payment. You can have it delivered closer to you. I am now told I will need to have another company deliver my belongings when Im ready! I paid in full over &26,000 for a complete job. We did most of the packing and was charged a full pack. This company has absolutely no concern for how they have handled the situation. I have moved several times including to Europe and have NEVER experienced this type of chaos. The movers arrived on a Sunday at 1:00 pm and did not leave until 8pm. Then we’re to return the next morning at 10:30 which we agreed upon. By 1:00 pm the next day I had no communication about when they were coming. After trying several times to speak with the driver then the company I just kept getting excuses about where the drivers were. I told them it would need to be the next day for packing they told me NO. I made them aware from the onset I was recovering from a hip replacement only 2 weeks prior. They showed up at 7:15 pm hours later than agreed upon and stayed until 11:00 a second night in a row. My neighbors were not happy having their Sunday night disturbed let alone a second night. Totally unacceptable. I want to speak with the owner no manager and they refuse. They said I had to go to arbitration. Ridiculous.

      The relocation services provided by United Regions Van Lines were excellent in every way. The crew that arrived at our doorstep was punctual, professional, and well-prepared, ensuring that our move went off without a hitch. They brought all the necessary packing materials and got to work immediately. I'm incredibly satisfied with their service and will be recommending them to everyone I know! The team's professionalism and reliability throughout the entire process made our move a seamless experience.
