      Simple and straight forward, quote to final payment. The crew came as soon as weather permitted, and completed the job without incident. I think they did a great job.I was happy with the work crew as well.

      Weeks after struggling to get information on how to make a down payment We had been quoted with the wrong style of window and wrong number of windows. We still havent gotten a new quote with the right style and number of windows. We have cancelled our order and we are waiting for a down payment refund.

      Run, don’t walk away! When the first two estimate appointments were no call/no shows, I should have known. 100% lack of communication, responsiveness & concern began the very next day. We ordered one type of siding and changed our minds the next day. Given we had three days to make a change per the contract I made multiple calls, sent emails and talked to two ladies in the office asking for help in changing, I was assured a call back, which I never got. I ended up going in person to the office to cancel outright on day three. I talked to the GM, and he got the change done and convinced me to stay. Should have walked away. There were zero updates from Abby in regard to constant delays. The roofers were no call no show. The windows were next, and another no call no show. Abby contracted with the manufacturer to have their crew do the siding install, and yet again, two more no call no shows for install. I was told that it was MY responsibility to contact the installer with this concern, even though Abby subbed out the work to them and I had zero contact with the manufacturer or their rep. After install, we found some broken pieces of siding that were glued back together, dented/scratched window wrap, garbage left in yard for weeks, wood strips nailed into my planter boxes, unmounted electrical boxes and damaged light boxes (all of which were eventually repaired). After install, I contacted Abby because the fascia was still not done. I was then advised the fascia wasn’t even on the original contract, despite numerous phone calls, texts and emails discussing the install. Two more no call no shows for the fascia install and I canceled the fascia. Two weeks later they call and say the fascia crew was coming that day! After calling, I was told that the cancellation was never forwarded to them. I was offered $500 off my $45k project for our “troubles” & told I’d need to sign a non-disclosure of my experience. We copied Abby herself on quite few emails, no response from her.

      I love our new windows, and what a difference they make aesthetically and economically. Our old windows did nothing to help with the heating costs. Nate and Nate made the process easy, and Carlos did a superb job installing them. I am 100% satisfied with Abby Windows!

      Had a great experience with Nate as he went the extra mile to accommodate our very busy schedule. He made it easy to understand and did not use any high -pressure sales. Can't wait to get the windows!

      I love my new Abby windows. We had a difficult situation because of old windows vs. new windows, but Abby and her staff worked out an easy and fair solution. Installers, Pedro and Luis, were awesome. Pedro took care of every small detail. Their clean up was excellent. I have already noticed that my furnace doesn’t see to run as much. My new Abby windows are a major improvement to my old condo windows, and I am happy I chose Abby Windows.

      Nancy and Joe Nate ** Was very helpful with our Broken Door. Informative meeting with samples, brochures, and allowed us to build the exact door we wanted! We are excited to get our new door installed!

      Excellent service. Great communication from start to finish. We had a new roof installed. They took great care to protect my garden plants. They cleaned up as though they had never been here.

      We had seven upper level windows replaced. We were surprised it was a one man crew with a truck / trailer and all his tools / equipment. The process took 5 days to complete. However, the initial timeline schedule was three days. Unfortunately two days were skipped due to our installer being pulled from our job and scheduled to complete other jobs. He was very polite, corrected any issues we saw as the job was being done and before leaving for the last time. Two screens were received with holes in them / installer took one and the follow up ambassador took the other. Waiting on call when those are re screened. Clean up was acceptable. Overall we are pleased with the outcome and would refer others to Abby Windows. One suggestion would be improvement to email and phone communication timeliness throughout the company. Customer service should always be priority regardless of the dollar amount spent. Note: Supervisor and one other person came on first day to evaluate install. Ambassador came few days after completion as we had scheduled to verify our satisfaction.
