      ****. NO RETURNS, INPERSONATE DOCTORS, A *****. They don't tell you the no-return policy until the end of the purchase. They're very expensive and aren't custom-made for your feet. They don't make custom moldings, and there are no X-rays. They pose as specialist doctors. Even if you pay with a credit card, *************** protects the seller, not the affected party.

      I was sold a pair of shoes and multiple arches for over $3400.00, and the shoes were charged to a credit card I do not have, and the owner of the store charged the shoes and arches and failed to get my signature on the receipt. She failed to tell me the cost of the shoes, and failed to mention there is a NO RETURN POLICY!

      shoes/inserts caused more pain. too expensive won't give
      a refund. they want you to continue to come back
      when you have a dr telling you their product won't help they
      still won't refund. so paying for product I can't use.

      I had inserts from last year. I went to a good feet store today to get another set for work shoes and was told they can only be bought in a set of 3 pairs for 165.00. They would not sell just 1 pair. That to me is ridiculous. I only want and need 1 pair.i was also told they were only good for 6 to 8 months and then were worn out. What a way to run a business.

      Buyer beware!! I went in to the store not expecting the prices. The overall experience was fine but I felt coerced into getting items that totaled over 2700. Not worth the purchase, I'm not even 24 hrs in and I have severe buyers remorse.

      This store is such a scam! I hate to admit to paying $2600 for inserts that just about crippled me. When they were "made" for me I should have known that it was a scam when all I did was stand on a piece of carbon paper for them to custom make the inserts. I had to take a test walk and she told me how much better my hips, knees and feet felt. I told her just the opposite. She said it takes more time for some people. It has been 5 and a half months of following their instructions and in pain every day! 4 days ago I could not stand the pain (or walk) anymore. I'm 73 years old and the wife was just trying to help and insisted we spend the money. They might as well be selling snake oil! I'm sure they will not get a repeat customer. (FOOL ME ONCE...)

      Had my first appt today. Place is nice and clean. Service person was ready for me at my appointment time. He went through the process and measured my feet, took the inserts out of my shoes, and set me up on a massager for my feet for a few minutes while he prepared the inserts. When he returned he had me try them out, all the while he was explaining which each one was for and had me walk in them to see how they felt. After that, he gave me the sheet with the cost. $2100-$2600 for the system. This was way more than I was planning on spending and my plantar fascitis is not bad enough to warrant paying that price. When I told him thank you for his time but I would have to think it over, he picked up the supports he brought out and said okay, thanks for coming in and walked away. He left my shoes sitting there with my inserts lying on the ground. Totally fine, he's working on commission and didn't make a sale. I'm sure he wasn't happy I wasted his time. But seriously, I can buy 25 pairs of nice shoes over the next 25 years for the price of one system of inserts. Not worth it to me.
