I am writing to formally file a complaint against The Good Feet Store in **************, **. regarding an experience I had on December 19, 2024 at their ****************** Location in *********I visited the store seeking relief from foot pain, on an already emotionally challenging day, directly after my father's funeral. During the fitting process, I was overwhelmed, distracted by phone calls, and emotionally vulnerable. I asked the salesperson hoe much the orthotics cost and he told me $499. While I felt this was expensive I appreciated the time he had spent with me and agreed to proceed. However, when I reached the counter, he turned the screen around and the total was suddenly $1545.15. Shocked, I asked if I could purchase the single pair but he insisted that they only work as a set. Feeling pressured, emotionally drained , and eager to leave, I reluctantly handed over my credit card. That night, I couldn't sleep, and I called the store the next day to explain how pressured and uncomfortable I rest and to request a return. I was then informed that their products are non refundable and that this policy is printed on the receipt- something that was never disclosed to me during the purchase process. Over the course of a week, I spoke with three different representatives, none of whom showed any empathy or willingness to address by concerns beyond offering an interest-free payment plan. I feel deeply misled by their lack of transparency, high pressure sales tactics, and complete absence of compassion. Customers, especially in vulnerable situations deserve clear communication and ethical treatment. The Good Feet store needs to review their sales practices and ensure transparency and customer care. BUYER BEWARE

When Good Feet was in ******* **** ****** it was a whole different place. The one in OP is JOKE. Same with Manager Dave and the General Manager. NOT one person wants to take a phone call. I will be disputing the CC charge with my CC and get my refund. This place prys on OLD PEOPLE. They say life time warranty if they break or crack. THIS PLACE NEED SHUT DOWN BEFORE THERE IS A LAWSUIT.

Buyers Beware: I went in this store thinking I could browse for comfy shoes. The salesman greeted me and measured my feet and came out with plastic like inserts. I asked him if these inserts are good for ingrown toe nails, and he lied and said they were. I called the store and they refused to give me a refund. I was pressured into buying these and even had to open up a line of credit to purchase them. I dont even use the orthotics. This place is 100% a total scam.

Way overpriced products. I feel they took advantage of this senior citizen who has a tight budget. Sales person panicked when I said that I wanted to go home and think about it. He convinced me to first get a loan but ended up putting it on a credit card. I greatly regret spending that much on a product whose cost was so high for 3 pieces of plastic. I ended up in the emergency dept at the hospital the next week and the money should have gone there.

I went to this store seeking help with foot knee and back pain. I was told I had to choose from three packages. All close to $2000-$3000. After signing receipt. I felt scared I was scammed into all these things I didnt need. I called and emailed customer service got no help. I went back to store. And said I was very nervous about this transaction. I cant believe I got talked into a $2000 transaction. I cant afford. The shoes were $170. Employee told me that the inserts will help not making hole on top of shoe. Its only been a month and half and I have a hole. Each set of inserts are $600. They forced me to buy 3 sets of inserts, socks, Velcro, tongues, shoes, I was told inserts can fit in any shoe. It does not. I didnt need all that. Im so overwhelmed and feel scammed and have no help. Why do I have to keep going to the store. Wasting hours of my time. This was all a waste of money.

If you are looking at going to the Good feet store please read this first. I went there to get some relief from my leg and hip pain. They gave me shoes and several different insoles to try. Felt good when I left but then the longer I wore them the worst it got. Went back several times to get adjusted and same thing happened. I finally went to my physician and he took x-rays and told me the only way to fix my problem was surgery. I called and told them and asked for my money back and they basically refused. I now own a pair of shoes that cost me over $2,000. Please think before you go and do the research save your money.

Unfortunately I was suckered in because of my foot pain I was willing to try anything. I experienced additional pain and needed to go to physical therapy after trying them. I wish I had checked out BBB reviews beforehand but I hate to admit it, I believed the hype and now Im paying for it. Run, limp, walk away from Good Feet Stores and find a good orthopedic or podiatrist. There is a reason they have a no return policy and I found out the hard way!
