      I am on here to leave a review on my recent trip to wolf lodge. I would like to warn the people who are thinning of booking a stay with them. Dont. If you have to get a hotel somewhere close by but dont stay here. The room when I first got there was decent and looked clean now once I took my socks off there was crumbs and my feet were semi dirty by the end of night. Also the night before we were leaving I noticed my daughter had some red bumps by her armpit/ under arm. Turns out it was bed bug bites. I let the front desk know and they referred me to the aquatics who in the end did nothing but take my complaint. Very disappointing experience

      I would leave a negative if I could stayed here for one night, the tub in room was filthy (looked like ***** hairs), the pillows all had hair on them, and worst of all the top sheet of one bed had blood on it I tried contacting front desk for hours; I had a 3 year old and a 7 year old so I couldnt go to desk because by the time I noticed it was already 9pm. I had gone to WATERPARK so didnt notice any of this until it was time to clean up and go bed. Every call I made was put into a computer automated answering system. I complained next morning at front desk and they assured me they would credit for room; they did not. Needless to say I had to strip bed to sleep because who wanted to sleep on dirty sheets. Also had to clean the shower myself. Disgusting and thoroughly disappointed especially when the amount of money is outrageous to stay here.

      Charging a resort fee then implementing a parking fee per day is just ridiculous. The locations are literally in the middle of nowhere forcing people to pay to park. This next stay will definitely be my last. There are plenty of resorts that dont charge a parking fee.

      They don't disclose hidden fees when you make a reservation. I called and it took me atleast asking 3 times to pry the information from the customer service rep. They have now billed my credit card for the room two months in advance and they have a well hidden $50 cancellation fees. Just awful customer service!

      I recently purchased a gift card online and found out that these gift cards can take 48-72 hours to be delivered. I purchased the card on Sun. May 12 for my sister is going from Mon May 13 - 15. She will get the card too late and won't be able to utilize the gift card. I was told nothing could be done about this, no refund, no adjustments, no expediting of the email delivery. This information about the 48 hour delivery was not posted well, it took your customer service over 20 minutes to find this information on the website, how user friendly is that when even your own staff have difficulty finding the information? This detail about the gift card taking 48-72 hours for delivery should be posted on the FAQ section or somewhere where it is readily available to see easily. This is not fair, information like this should be made readily available at time of purchase. Now I'm stuck with a gift card that I can't use and it could have been avoided if the informattion was posted properly. This has not been a good experience. All I got was an apology and hope that I wil come back again!!

      This place is totally unethical and charges its customers outrageous prices that are not written in any contract when booking a stay. You have booking fees, parking fees, just to name a few. All kinds of hidden fees. WE had an unpleasant stay with results ending in we were basically kicked out of the facility because we were inaccurately accused of being hostile with the chef in the restaurant where we had dinner, which was horrible. We were only there for 5 hours from the time of check in and kicked out. We had children ages 2 1/2. 15, and 8. They were all under tremendous stress, including us for the way we were treated during our stay. We were told that dinner would be handled by the hotel, given a voucher but never used because of the scene we supposedly caused and had footage of. The results of this were completed with us calling the police where they took our statement and had them escort us from our room after we packed up. The police were very nice, gave us a card with the incident number and details of what we need to do. We did not want the hotel to hold us responsible for ruining the room or otherwise. I am waiting to see if they charge us for the overnight stay which we prepaid. I would not recommend this hotel and if you want to stay at a water park, choose ******** *******

      I went here they charged my card $100 each night accidental fee I never got my money then a gentleman Bryn*************** in guest services said he went and manual released the money back to my card and I should have it in 24hrs still no refund and I been calling and calling no one has been helping me telling me the same thing over and over and it's nobody who can help you this place is bad I will never return never. Be aware

      The staff were very unprofessional and racist. They told us to leave or they were gonna get the the cops called because of food in the waterpark. They was another party different race and they let them alone and went to my wife and het friends who are all hijabis they called the cops AGAIN BECAUSE OF FOOD IN THE WATERPARK. Horrible place.

      Terrible Experience - Rude Staff and ********************* I recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge *******, **********, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I encountered rude, disrespectful, and downright mean behaviour from the staff at the water park specifically ******. Throughout my stay, I felt harassed and discriminated against by certain members of the staff. Their attitude towards me and other guests was appalling, and it greatly affected our overall experience. Despite being paying customers, we were treated with disdain and disrespect.Furthermore, when I attempted to address these issues with management, my concerns were dismissed and ignored. It was clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or holding their staff accountable for their behavior.In addition to the poor treatment by staff, the overall service at the lodge was disappointing. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming, and it's evident that there are serious issues with the management and culture of this establishment.Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend Great Wolf Lodge ******* to anyone. The harassment, discrimination, and unfair dismissal of guest concerns are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of what should be a family-friendly resort. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different destination for your vacation.
