      The mold in the rooms left me unable to breathe. I was treated with disdain when I asked to move rooms from it. The next room had the same exact problem but there was no staff that would even speak to me about any further room change or change of itinerary or anything. By the time I left I collapsed driving home and have been hospitalized ever since. I will tell my story everywhere. Your staff chose to ignore my pleas for what reason? Was I too young? Was I too inconvenient due to your maintenance that you did not ever tell us about when we booked these dates? I am close to dying and it is in direct result of staying at great wolf lodge. This is sickening.

      Refused to reimburse our room deposit. We have stayed at Great Wolf many times because kids enjoy it so much. In Novemeber we were staying at the Wisconsin Dells location. I had paid in full before we arrived. Upon check in we were told that they were putting a $125 hold on my debit card for a room deposit in case of damages, (We had already paid almost $450 for a room for one night) and that money would be reimbursed in 5 to 10 days after check out. We never got our deposit back after leaving the room in perfect condition. After 2 months, 4 phone calls and speaking to 6 people they claimed they refunded our deposit. Our bank shows the $125 extra charge and it was never refunded. They also tried to tell me my bank statements are incorrect. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I wonder how many people they do this to that don't catch it.

      I REALLY RECEIVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY FAMILY AT GREAT WOLF LODGE THEY TRY TO STILL OUR MONEY AND BAD SERVICE THE FIRST DAY THAT WE WENT THERE WOW WE WANT AN APOLOGY AND FOR THE TO GIVE US BACK WHAT THEY STOLD FROM US HAVE SPERVISOR CALL RIGHT AWAY AND APOLOGIZE AND REINBURST US

      It was a very disappointing experience, we reserved our stay weeks in advance. I was charged for a balcony and they gave me a room in the first floor, which is pretty much the baseman, and instead of a balcony I got a patio under construction. The A/C in the room does not work and the sliding window has a big gap without seals, so christmas night was very cold and loud with wind whistling throught that gap all night. When I approached the staff they said they could not change the room and gave a 100 dollar credit on a **** dollar stay like that would solve anything. I asked to speak to a manager or for them to give me a number where I could place a complain and they did not provide one. They said they would e mail me that number right away and then didn't. The room was ****, dates dec. 24 and 25.

      If I could give their customer service a less than one star I would. First you cannot get a hold of anyone at the resort, second, the customer **** ******** refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I could not understand his middle eastern accent and he said that was not a reason. WHATEVER YOU DO, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING.

      I was hired by Great Wolf Lodge in September 2023. Due to excuses and reasons on the company's end my training and start date was continuously delayed. Reason went from covid, to the trainer is sick or not going to be in the area, I was interviewed for a higher paying position, they were understaffed for the training, the website was glitched, and finally they were eliminating the positions they were hiring for. I never was able to speak to anyone on the phone or face to face. I requested documentation for the job such as an offer letter showing my title and pay etc. I was only contacted via text message. When told the job was being eliminated I asked for another position so that I could be working again and was not offered one. There apparently were other people in the same boat as me as the HR person I was talking with, Christina, said she took over this area and had 10 people to train and get started.

      We have reached out to Great Wolf Lodge 3 different times and have had no response. We did not have the excellent experience we are accustomed to during our last stay in October. We went with a large group. One of the beds in our room had a large piece of metal sticking out that I hit my leg on. Maintenance did come to fix it. We also were not offered the upgrade we normally were, and then were told those junior suites were not available however someone in our party went online and was able to book it. We then attempted going to the restaurant just before closing for a friends birthday and were turned away, but when the other half of our party went they were allowed to go and we were able to join them. The next day I took a bath and the drain stop in the tub was stuck, so the rest of my family was not able to shower or use the tub. I reached out via the app, no response, I put in two complaints via the website no response. So now, here we are.

      The ONLY reason I am giving this place 1 star is because my kids had fun. GWL is an absolute rip-off. 1) The food is expensive AND terrible. I can say with 100% certainty that the hospital I gave birth at had better food than GWL. 2) They charge you fee after fee after fee. I noticed a $120 pool towel fee on my account...ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS? For towels that looked AND smelled like they were picked up off the side of the road? Yes, they refunded it instantly when I called but what was the point? GWL WILL scam your family with every fee they can. 3) We stayed in room 223 which like all rooms, is set right around the grand lobby.... let's just say the 30 minute dance party that started at 8:15PM woke up both of my children, and then as soon as they fell asleep again, the 9:15PM family trivia started. Why in the absolute f*** can you not hold these in a conference room? Is your goal to make this experience terrible for every family? Because you sure did that for my  my husband & I. I will never in my life recommend this place to anyone and I will absolutely not go back. I have 2 friends with young children that made reservations for Dec/Jan and they have since cancelled their reservations because of the experience we had.DO NOT GO TO GWL. DO NOT DO IT UNLESS YOU HAVE UNLIMITED FUNDS AND UNLIMITED MENTAL SANITY.

      Not terrible, not great either. Attractions were okay, albeit fairly pricey. Restaurants were okay. Big problem is how badly crammed the place is, and the clientele they cater to. We stayed three days... Day 1: this **** who looked to be around 13 started bullying my kids during magiquest. Told him a few times to leave them alone before firmly telling him to leave. That's when his parent finally showed up. Words were exchanged. Later that day, my oldest son is attacked in the basketball pool by some jerk trying to hog all the balls. He came away with marks on his shoulder. Lifeguards didn't do anything. Day 2: I'm taking pictures of my wife and daughter in the lazy river. Then I sit down to fill out some business paperwork on my phone. Next thing I know, I get some meathead come over and accuse me of taking pictures of his daughter. Like seriously, even when I'm sitting there minding my own business, it's like this human trash can't help themselves. That night, a mom and teenage daughter had a swearing match at the kids night party. Real classy. Day 3: woken up to kids running up and down the hall screaming at the top of their lungs at 7am. Be warned, this place is jam-packed with people like this. I've literally never seen anything like it. If you must go, make it during the week to avoid the day pass crowd. It's slightly less congested then.

      They owe me $315 and are refusing to refund the amount. I paid for my trip and they owed me a deposit refund since I paid it twice. I’ve tried to resolve this numerous times and now they are just ignoring me. I’ve never had this issue at ********. ************* and ultimately Great Wolf Lodge has lost my business.
