      I contacted great wolf lodge on Monday to see if they had better prices on their rooms, when I spoke with the representative it was 276.** with taxes, I attempted to order the same room today it was 322.**. when I contacted their customer service I was advised that their prices change every day. I should have been told this by the representative on Monday. Nevertheless no one could help me. As consumers I feel this is price gouging. The same room is priced at ****** on Friday. It absolutely makes no sense. A couple of years ago I had a birthday party there and for as much as we spent on the party, they would not even provide a discount for a hotel room. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

      Great wolf lodge is HORRIBLE and refunding a cancellation. I made reservation in may, had to cancel in July because my daughter needed brain surgery. The debt card I had made reservations with, I accidentally lost prior to cancellation. Great wolf lodge cancelled my reservations and told me it would take 4-6 week for a check. I called half way thru to confirm the check they said it’s still on the way. It’s now sept 15th 2023 and I’ve received no check. They tried to put me with their accounting members, saying they would call me back, only for them to text me.unprofessional if you ask me! So I called, Monday this week and the front desk said it will go back into my account by the end of this week. It’s now Friday, and I reached out to my bank who texted back saying the charges won’t be refunded because they are submitting it as a new transaction with a debt card that is not active and would need to go to the original transaction as a refund. I communicated that via text to great wolf lodge and the response I got was “based on their information it should be going through”- . I have been back and forth with literally 6 people! The 1-800 number keeps pushing me off to the lodge in mason and the lodge in mason don’t know what they are doing no matter how nice I am! This is exhausting to keep dealing with but it’s an amount I deserve back into my acct. I have my cancellation numbers for the room and cabana, I have text messages, I have wrote emails and I don’t know what to do besides go round and round. I have more important things and I really don’t deserve this stress! What else can I do? I wouldnt even give this a star and I use to love taking my daughter here. We’ve been here almost every year!

      The absolute WORST customer service ever. Refusal to let my husband use his card upon check in, because I have a family emergency and I'm unable to go. But I have to drive 6 hours anyway just to CHECK MY FAMILY IN. Because they won't let him use my card, they won't allow me to change the card "on file". So that also tells me GWL maintains your CC information in their system at all times. They say it's for "fraud prevention". Yet I've already paid $500 down. And they have no way around this. So if I buy my kids a weekend at GWL and use my card for a gift, guess what, I have to drive 6 hours to check them in. This is absolutely ridiculous.

      They charged me $45 for return towel fee when I had my own towels and I have an unexplained $75 fee and I have no idea what its for. Ive left and checked out and my card is still being charged

      Horrible!!!! Complete money grab. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Stay at an Airbnb and buy a pass to the water park. Most of the slides are broken anyways.

      Even Though There Policy Is No One Under The Age Of 16 Years ************* WEARING A GREEN ********* Can Make Charges/Purchases On The Room they Still Somehow Manage To Allows Minor Children 8/11 Yrs Old To Run Up Over $1400 In ************ Without Adult Consent. Breaking There Own Rules They Allowed 3 Children 1 Autistic Under The Age Of 11 Sit ************ A $100+ Dine In Breakfast ???? The 2 Girls 8 & 10 Walked ********* 11 Yr Old Boy Was ***************** To Charge It To The Room. Still Not Alarming No Attempt To ************* An Adult Lets Just Charge It To The Room With A Tip Why Dont We ?? Lets Not Investigate Even Though They Have No Adult Present Nor A Green ********* In Sight In Fact They Have Kids Orange *********s On

      Pricing is so misleading and their advertised deals are such a scam. Be prepared to pay double what the nightly rate shows. Their annual 8/4 $84 deal is a joke. I was in a virtual "waiting room" for 8 hours today before it allowed me to try to book, where I discovered that all of the $84 days were sold out. The total for 2 nights came to $564, a far cry from the $168 it should have been. I did not book and will not try again, they are a joke.

      Great Wolf Lodge refused to allow a cancellation to a reservation that was booked on the same day for a trip that is over 20 days out. Below is the T&Cs from the confirmation email. As stated, this cancellation should be allowed without penalties nor fees. Their customer service reps were not helpful and could not provide any solution at all. They insisted because we booked a special rate, it could not be canceled despite stated T&Cs. Standard Change and Cancellation Policy: Guests making a reservation eight or more days from their arrival date have 24 hours in which to modify or cancel a reservation with no penalties or fees. After that point, guests who wish to modify their reservation are subject to the following change fees:$25 if reservation is modified 8 or more days from arrival $50 if reservation is modified less than 8 days from arrival

      Hello, so this is the 5th time I have had to explain my terrible day on July 12th 2023 at Great ***** Lodge in ******* **********. I have been giving the run around. My name is *********************************. I took my 2 daughters to Great ***** lodge for my daughter's 8th birthday. Expecting the best as advertised. I got 3 day passes and the pup passes. I also rented a outdoor cabana. When we got there and was walked to the cabana , the employee walked away really fast before I could tell her the ** would not turn on. So I walked til I found her and told her could they please fix it. She told me that's not her department but she would send someone over. As my girls swam, I sat in the cabana waiting and nobody came. As a hour went by the ceiling fan turned off in the 108 degree heat. Would not turn back on. I walked to find someone and the employee told me to find the girl helping me. So I found her and she rolled her eyes and said well tell the person that comes for the **. I said it's been over a ************* came. So I went back, each time I had to get my girls out the pool to find the girl. Couldn't leave them alone in the pool. Never once did anyone ever come fix my cabana. We left at 8pm. And the food we got ordered off the kiosk , they never called our name b by the time I went in check about 12 minutes they gave me $54 worth of cold soggy food. From buckets. The cabana was number 17. Please let me know can I get a refund or not or do I need to call corporate office?Thanks, *********************************

      I had a weekend trip to the Poconos location for my family and I called to cancel may reservation due to the bed bugs and other health code violations. They process most of the refund, but are still charging me $40. The woman I spoke with was flat out lying to me. She kept saying I am getting a full refund and I am not. Plus she kept denying the health code violations and bed bugs. She refused to connect me with a manager or provide me with any other additional information that could help me, Absolutely terrible customer service.
