It is a good product for the money and easy to learn. You have to be careful to review it and answer the relevant questions, like Earned Income Credit to be sure it is calculated. More difficulty with high earner returns such as K-1s for a real estate professional. Submitted help tickets and was told over a two week period that they were working on the problem. Finally gave up and did a work around. I did several help tickets over the years and usually the solution is pretty fast. Easier to override than ********* and *** ***.MyTAXPrepOffice

This is my 2nd year using the software and have been quite satisfied with it's program. I have had good contact and support when needed. Software has steadily improved in friendliness for use. Tax preparation software is for knowledgeable tax professionals. This is not a DIY package site, the tax professional must be able and willing to see the connection of forms that carry to main return. Garbage in garbage out theory, so KNOWING what you are expecting to see and able to identify as proper data entry is for the tax professional; that being said, my minimal contacts with Customer Service have been addressed timely and professionally and I look forward to continuing with this affordable and efficient software.MyTAXPrepOffice

I am a tax preparer and switch to this software over four years. It been a good software and the cost is reasonable. I believe they can improve more on the little glitches and make the software better more.MyTAXPrepOffice

This is my fourth season using the software and I'm very happy. The webinars, both on demand and live, are helpful. Every year they've added features to improve the experience and the support is GREAT. The support team is very nice work with and quickly resolves the issue.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using the software for three years, and it has been a pleasant overall experience. I have run into issues where I needed support, and the customer service was always handled quickly and professionally. This is my 2nd year using the software. The program runs accurately for the most part. Whenever I have had any issues they have been resolved quickly by the support team. I enjoy working with the support team and they listen to my input so they can better support the program. I would recommend this software. It is always a good practice to go over your return to make sure that everything is calculating properly, but I have found only a few things that I have had to correct.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using this software for years now. Its a user friendly software and I love it. The customer support team is awesome. Whenever I need help they respond quickly. After bad experiences with other software companies I chose to try MyTaxPreOffice and I don't regret it at all. After over five years working with them I can say the ride has been a pleasant one.
