I have used this software for the last 3 years. Except for a few coding errors, the program runs accurately. I always review my returns before I submit them to the IRS and state. I've had a few issues, which were resolved quickly by the support team. I enjoy working with the support team and giving my input so they can better support the program. I would recommend this software, unless you are having to file extremely complicated returns. In that case, I would make sure all the calculations were correct before filing the return.

I have used several software programs for tax prep and I am happy with MTPO. I started using them several years ago when they were new and it was less helpful and intuitive however over the last several years they have improved dramatically and are now a complete excellent program. I have been with MyTaxPrepOffice for severral years. I always come back because the customer suuport is excellent and any issues with the software they address in a timely manner. They offer training which is nice. I am sure I wil be back next year.MyTAXPrepOffice

4 starsIt works well and is an affordable solution for personal federal tax preparation and e-filing. I would give it 4.5/5 stars. it has a few quirks like new forms not being immediately updated when selected dynamically from another form. Sometimes you have to go to the forms list on the left and click it again to get the screen to refresh properly. But overall, it is fast and easy to use.Review fromGeorge S

I am an Enrolled Agent and have been in the taxation industry since 1975 when all was done manually with your brains. I have used a few software programs like ORRATX, and TAXWISE to name a few. For my needs, MyTaxPrepOffice ranks above them. The software is very user-friendly and accurate, and its product is very well presented in print. The support staff is just phenomenal. And for a nascent company with such a glowing performance record, you must attribute that to its management. I am happy I joined this company. I am thoroughly satisfied.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using this software for many years and I am totally satisfied with it. First, the simple and easy to use it and also the accurate of its calculations. In general all the process of elaborating and filling up an Income Tax is very easy with this software. Also have a support service that is Number One in this industry, they always help you and do it very fast. At last but not least the price is absolutely incredible, more in this times where all the prices are going up they maintain their A1 Software at incredible level.
