I have been with MyTaxPrepOffice for several years, and have seen substantially improvement in the software each year. The cost is very modest, and I like the "no price increase for life" guarantee. The online client portal helps me manage long distance corporate and personal clients without much effort, and the software engineers are growing the number of automated links between federal and each state form. They are open to suggested improvements, such as future year tax planning modules, personalized customized organizers for each individual business and personal return based on prior year entries, customizing invoices, and other suggested future improvements. Overall I recommend this software company and their products as a great package for the sole practitioner or smaller CPA firm.

When I enrolled with My Tax Prep Office in 2015, the service has always been exceptional. The system is very user friendly but if I run into a snag, the customer service staff has been very helpful in getting my issue resolved.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI really like MyTAXPrepOffice tax preparation software. It is easy to use. Clients like safely and securely uploading their documents into the portal. I have utilized My Tax Prep Office as a tax preparation platform for the last three years. My experience has been quite positive. I do believe the Platform is better suited to Preparers who have a fairly broad knowledge of and experience with the Internal Revenue Code and the various forms which are used in tax preparation. In addition, my experience has been the customer service aspect is handled quite professionally by them. Their follow-up on software issues and access problems is very adequate, in my view. In addition, their extensive online support, including critical 24/7 support during key parts of the Tax Season is very impressive.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have no complaints. I have used the software for 2 years and 2023 will be my 3rd year. The software was a little difficult getting use to my first year but I caught on and it makes my job easy. Customer service was great in resolving the issues I had and answered quite quickly. I love I can work from anywhere at anytime on any computer! I work from the beach, hotels and wherever I need to make my office.MyTAXPrepOffice

Love this software for my tax prep business. So easy to use and easy for my remote clients to get all of their info to me easily and safely. Been using if for about 3 years now.
