I have used this company's tax preparation software for about 10 yrs now in my small business. I have had very few issues and all were resolved rather quickly. There was one issue that took longer but it was also resolved. I am a small business and this program allows me to utilize every platform I need to run my office smoothly.

MyTAXPrepOffice has been supportive of my business since 2015, if anything technical arise within software, their team address it and ensure errors are corrected. Software affordability is a major plus being payment arrangements allow peace of mind if impacted financially. I have been with MyTaxPrep Office since 2014, The customer service is awesome. They always help me when I have a problem, my wait time when I call is never long time. This is my fourth year using this software. I have received prompt customer service in the past and expect it to be the same this year. The program is easy to navigate, and the desktop provides more information than the other programs I used. I especially like the ability of sharing my desktop so that I know we are reviewing the same things. Often times information is lost in the interpretation. This year I have added a person to my team and Customer Service helped set her up quickly. (Thanks Angel)MyTAXPrepOffice

Excellent customer service. I have been dealing with MyTaxPrepOffice for the past four or five years and at the beginning I was kind of worried because I never heard about them. I can tell you that it was my best decision. They only show a great level of professionalism and courtesy with customers and the software is supper easy with a great quality. I started with MyTAXPrepOffice in 2014 when I had problems with another software company. I decided to take a chance with MyTAXPrepOffice and I have been with them for 9 years. Over the years there have been a couple of issues that came up. I contacted customer service and had an answer right away or technical support would have a work around.
