5 starsive been preparing taxes using software progams for the pst 25 years and Mytax prep office is by far the best. Customer service is 5 star they know what your trying to accomplish and they proceed in walking you thre the steps to fix it. there have been few software bugs over the past 5 years that ive been preparing taxes with this software. Anyone going to use turbo tax proseries be prepared to spend thousands of dollars for inferior software. you can use My tax prep office for a quarter of the cost. This company has really helped me with the my clients connection. The software is awesome. The price and quality is awesome. You have to take the time to learn the software. The IRS was in my office to check out my office and they ask me for certain things and it was at my finger tips. I give them 5 stars. They are easy to work with. You call or text and they send you the solution to the problem. I'm grateful they called my office to give them a try. It happened when all companies were changing over to cloud based software. I have had My Tax Prep Office for 4 years now had it is the easiest program to navigate through. Tech support is top notch as they solve your issues. I have used Pro Series in the past and hands down My Tax Prep Office is the best.MyTAXPrepOffice

It's a great portal to work from! everything at your fingertips. Only issues I had was having the program exit while I was working on a tax return. It saved my progress automatically so it was just an inconvenience. I'm hoping this year it's fixed.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using this product since 2016 and 2021 is the first time I started having issues with it. A few of the client email addresses are not being recognized so I cannot get their information, send them an invite, or anything else thru the program. And it repeatedly wants to upgrade around the clock as if I did not do it the first time. Other than that I would have gave a better review and five stars.MyTAXPrepOffice

I would like to give Bailey W***** 5 stars on her customer service , I wish 10 stars was an option! I had called 3 times over a months time with no resolution …then on my 4th try I got Bailey and she solved my problem .
