I would rate this five stars if I were able to download 1099B Info directly into form 8949 or schedule D, The current process with template is extremely time consuming and frustrating! Every thing else from customer service and easy of use is a 5 star. Hoping for an upgrade Karen B

I've used MyTaxPrepOffice for three years now and I have enjoyed my experience so far and I see so many improvements every year since I have joined. Also, I have had a much better experience with this software for a better price. The mainstream software is way more expensive and I had some software glitches that caused issues for clients with other software. I am glad to say that I have not had that problem with MyTaxPrepOffice. I would recommend MyTaxPrepOffice.MyTAXPrepOffice

I've been with MYTAXPREPOFFICE for over 5yr. I did come over some problems within the software but customers service ALWAYS come in fix the problem. This software is very computer friendly, my tax preparers were able to follow it and complete each return accurately. What I like about this software is if I'm having a problem with a return were a form doesn't calculate correctly, I can contact customer service and they go right in and fix the glitch. Another thing I must say that help my clients is this software offer the lowest fee for the bank product and I pray that fee stays the same!!! What I would love to see more is when I come across a line in the return and I want to know where the calculation came from, I can just click on that line and it will take me directly to the form. I want to see more, when I click on that line, it gives me information on that line. It does give me information on that line but not all the time. Overall I'm satisfy!!! The price of the software is reasonable and affordable. There always room for improvement and I cant wait to see all the new improvement to make this software #1MyTAXPrepOffice

I began using this software in late 2023 so 2024 was my first full tax season using the software. It has been a game changer for my business. The MyTaxPortal tool integrated into the platform makes the document upload experience a seamless process for virtual customers. Change is hard for most people, including myself, but to help with the change, the online training tools, videos, and live training sessions, make learning the software much easier. Also, the support provided by the customer service representatives has been positive, for the most part. Just like most companies, there will be room for improvement, but overall, I truly enjoy using the software and plan to use it for many years.MyTAXPrepOffice
