I have been pleased with this software. I switched to them about 4 years ago after being with another software company for 20 years. I am very glad I do.

This is my fourth year using this software and it works for me. Easy to use and it has all the required features. Something I like is that Clients can use the Client Portal Login on our website to send their documents which make it easy to take care of the client and I can make requests for additional information.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using the software since the 2014 tax year and I have watched and benefitted from the growth and expansion of services. For an affordable mobile full service tax software I doubt you could do much better than this. I have no problem recommending this platform to any tax professional.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using My Tax Prep Office for two years and I have already renewed for my third season. It is a very strong program and very competitively priced. I can't speak highly enough for the customer support that accompanies this program - live support via telephone and computer sharing if you wish, as well as live chat 24/7, and a very helpful and extensive video library for training purposes. The client portal is very helpful for sending and receiving tax materials securely and e-filing is quick and easy. I highly recommend this tax program to tax professionals who know which forms they need to complete ( as opposed to an interview program) and their criteria are efficiency, ease, accuracy, and support with using the software when needed.MyTAXPrepOffice

I really like this program. I previously used a different program that didn't offer all the forms needed to complete taxes for small business and costed twice as much. I can now offer my clients a more complete service as well as more services. It took me awhile, but I'm here now.MyTAXPrepOffice

I am generally pleased with the software. There was a learning curve having converted from a competitor's product that I had been using for many years but training was excellent. As other reviewers have noted, there are certain forms and situations not automatically generated even when converting prior year returns with that information, so it is necessary to double check everything to make certain all of the appropriate forms, worksheets, etc. are included and that the calculations are correct. You do need to have some background with tax prep to effectively utilize the program - it would not be great for beginners. That being said, it's a great product at a great price.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been with MyTaxPrepOffice for the last 4 years and before I used other recognized brands in software. My Tax Prep Office offers the most friendly software and support that includes bilingual and very well trained agents. I have few (almost none) issues with the software, but when I have need help or assistance, I have found a great service and personalized attention. Another important reason why I remain with My Tax Prep Office is the affordable price in comparison with the other brands. I am happy to have this alternative for tax professionals.MyTAXPrepOffice
