I started w/My Tax Prep two tax seasons ago. I have been with ****** ********* for over 10 years. I started w/MTP because it was marketed as a new software w/unlimited usage for both personal and business returns. I decided to try the introductory offer and have not looked back. I still have ******, but I think its only because I am so used to their system but definately this will be my last year as I am planning on using MTP as my primary tax software.

I absolutely love this software. It is incredibly user-friendly and more affordable than other options on the market. The extra features included at no additional charge truly set it apart. Cassandra was great in my training! She explained every piece of the software in grave detail. Though the training was longer than expected, she made it easy to follow and was extremely knowledgable when I had questions. My Tax Prep Office is definitely top tier when it comes to customer service. 2024 will be my first tax season handling clients all by myself and I feel confident in this software and the team that serves it. I am satisfied with the software. There are a few missing features if you have used other software and do not know exactly which forms to use when filing a return in specific tax situations. This software is for tax professionals and not beginners. This is simply my opinion.MyTAXPrepOffice

vielka was a great provider to show me all the steps to the program. Im new and she made me feel very comfterable and like they will be there to keeping helping me out with further instruction. i highly reccomend this company especialy vielka c***** as your guide or walkthrough provider she speakes both laungues and gave me very helpfful and useful information for my company.MyTAXPrepOffice
